IIRC, there were some close ups of the damsels gagged face as she walked in the room. I assume the show was some type of adventure or drama. I doubt it was a western. I have looked at the Batman series scenes in the database once again, and I have visited some Batman series websites. If all of the Batman series gag scenes are in the database, then the scene was NOT from Batman. However, it is possible that it is from a show the aired before or after Batman. |

Saturday February 01 02:25:39 2003 "Lost World" News! |
In spite of New Line killing a deal for season 4 of "The Lost World", Executive Producers Jeff Hayes and Peter Berggman are now pursuing a multi-year deal with several different distributors who want the show. According to the official website, they are working hard on a deal to start production on season 4 sometime this year.
I'd say that we shouldn't get our hopes up just yet though. Remember, this show is run by monkeys. But on the other hand it HAS managed to get through three seasons against tremendous odds. Keep your fingers crossed. By the way, New Line WAS selling reruns of seasons 1 thru 3 at NATPE so look for those to start turning up on local stations in the fall. |

In any > case, it makes for a *nice* between-the-scenes fantasy! :-) I noticed the change of clothes on that one when I first saw that scene. Possibly a day between scenes? Amazing how they can make a mistake like that. The other thing about that scene is what kind of white tape was that used in the gag? I haven't seen too many like that. It looked like it stretched on placement. On "The Bone Collector" scene cut by USA, that was clearly done because it was deemed too graphic. It was the scene where the killer is about to cut the bone from her hand, when Olivia mffppfs "No. No." |

"Andromeda" and "Mutant X" have both been renewed for next season. No official news on "She Spies" yet. The show seems to be a shoe-in for renewal though since it's ratings have been getting better every week. |

It was the villain's tape gag of choice before duct tape became so popular in the 90s. I sure do miss it. It was more flexible than duct tape and thinner so you could see the outline of the lips, and something about that white rectangle over the mouth just looked more like a tape gag. > On "The Bone Collector" scene cut by USA, that was > clearly done because it was deemed too graphic. It was > the scene where the killer is about to cut the bone from > her hand, when Olivia mffppfs "No. No." I was actually referring to the scene where the villian has just handcuffed her to the pipe and is wrapping duct tape around (something). There was a great close-up shot of her face looking up at the killer that was only a few seconds long. The reason I like that shot so much is because you can really see how tightly her mouth was taped. That was one of the tightest tape gags I've seen in TV/Movies. |

> strike me as having been a massive disappointment - > wasn't Cheryl tied up in a sleeping bag or something > along those lines, implying that she was stripped naked, > with really no decent shots of her tied wrists, legs, > etc. whatsoever despite some lenghty captor talk? Yes, I remember renting "A Death in California" with confident expectation, only to be very disappointed. I believe it was loosely based on a true story. The Sam Elliot character was an escaped convict who had murdered Cheryl's characters husband and I think he then rapes her. The sleeping bag thing was probably the weakest way to imply this, and it went no further. She was still Charlies Angels style hot in those days and, in my opinion, was no longer so when she was finally gagged in One West Waikiki. |

This certainly raised my > expectations but on watching the mini series she was > bound but not gagged. Does anyone remember this incident > and care to comment. "A Death In California" was allegedly based on a real life event. Sam Elliot kills Cheryl's husband, then convinces her that her husband hired Sam to kill HER, so he had to kill him to save her. While he was doing the killing, Cheryl is naked with her hands taped behind her back. The only naked part you see is her from behind, at about the shoulder. Sam lays down with her, and during the night she tries to get up to go see her kids- Sam easily catches her in the sheet before she even makes it off the bed, which is hard for her to do with her hands taped. For those who like sound bytes, in the 2nd half of the movie, Cheryl is in court testifying and says "I was all tied up." This was a 4 hour miniseries/movie, which delivered 4 minutes worth of interesting footage. The TV guide article mentioned that Cheryl had to sue some folks for using her likeness to advertise a kinky movie. She said "My next project definitely isn't a 'Bound to Please' number." and "I understand how being bound and gagged for a time can really break a person." This of course lead to all of us tuning in for a gag scene that didn't happen. |

Saturday February 01 05:56:16 2003 Onscreen Gag Order |
The only one I can think of that you didn't hit was an episode of Days of Our Lives- Hope is threatened: "You say one more word and I'm going to stuff your mouth with a gag..." Not only was she not gagged, but Bo picked that minute to break in and rescue her. Scene was from the Mid 80's when they killed the original Roman Brady. Where does the time go?
If there are no other entrants for this category, I'll add a couple of my old favorites, to see if anyone remembers another one: *Scenes where the damsel is gagged, but not tied? *Scenes where the damsel's feet are bound, but not her hands? |

Saturday February 01 06:44:12 2003 Gag Order, Holly Grails |
IIRC There is a "gag order" from the judge for Anna Claire (Sarah Buxton) on "Sunset Beach" TV series.
I remember a scene: The stupid villains at a TV movie are kidnapping Traci Lord with another woman inside a house. The leader told his goon: "Gag them!". The dumb villain said: "with what?" Any idea about the title? ### Holly Grail "Last Innoncent Man". I try to find the title for several years but failed. After seeing the DID caps of the scene, I found the title of the movie. |

Saturday February 01 08:42:01 2003 Cradle 2 The Grave/ Site Update |
I've begun to see movie posters at my local theatre for this film so it should be out soon. As I posted a few months back Gabrielle Union plays DMX's daughter and she is kidnapped to force DMX and his gang of thieves to steal something for the villians. DMX and his gang team up with an asian cop played by Jet Li to try and get her back. To me this says that Miss Union will be captive for a good chunk of the film and hopefully in for some restraint. If not maybe Jet Li's partner played by Kelly Hu will stumble into something at the wrong time and get that nice tight cleave gag we've all been waiting for! Does anyone have any more info on this film or it's release date?
I've updated my site with caps from the Japanese film Metropolitian Police Branch 82. |

The Green Hornet was done at about the same time as Batman by all the same people(howie horwotz..etc) but it was played straight. There was actually quite a lot of bondage in it but I'm not sure anyone has really cataloged all the eppys. |

(sound of screeching tires as fantasy comes to a halt) My cynical assumption was this was another example of putting the comfort of the actress before the integrity/sexiness of the scene--put her into more concealing and comfortable clothes. I know we've discussed other examples of similar clothes changes/comfort of actresses on this page before, but other examples escape me at the moment. |

The reason they had to change her into those clothes is because the villains wanted to make it appear she was killed during the race. Hence, the race attire. I don't think the actresses' comfort was considered. I'm sure if she had her choice she would have preferred to be tied up on a nice comfy couch or bed rather than laying in the dirt. |

Saturday February 01 12:53:57 2003 Barbie Benton's Scene |
I saw her scene in "When the Whistle Blows" when it aired and thought it was fantastic. Barbie Benton was a well-publicized starlet at the time and the only reason I was watching that show was hoping something like that would happen to her.
She was sitting in a hot outfit, her hands were tied behind her back, her feet were tied and she was gagged. This was before VCRs and well before Brian's Page existed when we were all on our own. To those of you who have been ripping the moderator let me say that this site is the best thing that ever happened regarding our shared interest. As I recall, there was a shot or two of the scene in the prior episode's coming attractions. So this scene wasn't so much a surprise, but one of anticipation. Made me think of an interesting connection. Hee-Haw Honeys in bondage. Benton got it here (and others). Misty Rowe got full treatment in Goodbye Norma Jean. Lisa Todd, who was on Hee-Haw, but not the spinoff, got it in Women Hunt. I never heard of any scenes on the show itself. Any other of the Honeys get it? Lulu Roman doesn't count :-> |

I have the best one, I think. In the "Seven Brides for One Brother" ep of "Jack of All Trades" one of a sultan's harem girls gets all excited about equality and starts mouthing off. "Gag Her!" cries the sultan. But before the guards could do so a platoon of Frech Legionnaires crashes into the place and starts brawling with the guards, apparently to prevent anything SEXY or INTERESTING to happen on a light comedy adventure TV show. |

There was only one gag scene in THE GREEN HORNET (as far as anyone knows), Diana Hyland bound and gagged in "Give 'Em Enough Rope." However, that scene does not fit Mornad's description. Diana is tied sitting in a chair, she is cleave-gagged, and there are other people in the room. I don't think that's the scene he is talking about. |

My favorite "close call" comes from the film "She's back" with Carrie Fisher. As the burglars grab her, one of them says, "Tie her and gag her!" But she continues to struggle and they kill her instead. :( This could have been a classic scene! Carrie is "semi-retired" from acting, so it may be a while before a chance like that comes again. |

In the commentaries on the 'Bound' DVD they remark about how somebody pulled Violet's [Jennifer Tilley] dress down after she was hoisted over Gino's shoulder. Her skirt is up around her butt cheeks while he is standing her up, but mid thigh when he is walking with her over his shoulder. Saturday February 01 17:18:23 2003 Goodbye |
I have been a semi-regular poster for a good couple of years now and I am writing my last post. I am even being a total rebel and posting on the Discussion Page.
I have always more or less enjoyed this site, and personally I always feel like I have always been respectful and followed the rules. But I find myself shaking my head over how much of a complete dink the Moderator can be, and how it has continued to get worse and worse. Enforcing rules is one thing, but to be such an ill-mannered haughty jerk about it is totally uncalled for. I could share a whole bunch of theories about what he must be like in his life outside the internet that finds him needing to act this way, but I don't think that is necessary. I know this will be deleted shortly so whoever gets a chance to read it....see ya.. It has been real, folks. Oh yeah, three other quick things; 1) I cannot accept the argument 'Have you ever tried to moderate your own website? It's hard work...' Whatever. Others do a fine job of it without being a rude swine. 2) A witty response such as 'Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out' is exactly the type of thoughtful response I expect. 3) And of course, the age old beauty; "You know, nobody forces you to visit this webpage and post here!" Well, that is exactly right. So again.....goodbye! Don't bother calling me out. Like I said, it's my LAST post on this site. If I am not blocked (another thing that would not shock me), I may visit later and get a kick out of any responses that might be pointed in my direction. |

Even if you disagree with the Moderator a lot, remember that we are all counting on each other. You may be flipping around the channels and find a scene that nobody posted a VCR alert for. We will all want to know about it. Also, there are always plenty of things to talk about that ARE on-topic. It doesn't have to be such a FINAL decision. If you are not in the mood to post for now, fine. However, if you do change your mind, don't hesitate to post. |

It was titled "Bad Day For Prince Charming". Dealt with a kidnapping. She is chair tied & gagged in a cellar if I remember correctly. Nice handgag scene to start. No closeups of the bondage scenes though. |

The episode has a costume change similiar to Knightrider's 'Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death'. When she's kidnapped, Barbi is wearing a nice bikini (she had just come out of the hot tub). When we next see her B&G, she's wearing tight shorts and nice shirt. Her fiance/captor says something like 'We got you better clothes than that bikini you wuz wearing'. |

Saturday February 01 18:30:14 2003 Green Hornet, ect. |
I reorganized the "Favorite TV Scenes'' page on my website, and put up the Diana Hyland scene from Green Hornet. Whoever said there was a second scene from that show is correct, but I don't have it.
Freewebs doesn't seem to allow putting a pic from my site here, but I've got more screenshots to put up there from the era I, Paablo, Lenny and the Mod dimly remember, ie. "the good old days.'' Drop by when you have a chance. I also have pics up of a new kidnapped girl, Angelica. My holy grails were the Mary Louise Weller "Supertrain'' and the Bracken's World with Karen Jensen. It took me years but I got them both. It was the captives' attitude as much as her bondage that made a scene for me. |

I don't care about any of the rest, but this always galls me. I go to great lengths to allow people to vent their feelings regarding the moderation here because I feel it's important that dialog on the subject take place. To insinuate that I would block someone for doing so is so ludicrous that I think we are well rid of this person. I hope no one will give him the satisfaction. It should also be noted that this person has been a persistent offender in posting off-topic material. I think everyone understands his hissy fit a lot better when it's in context. |

What's more, her character was a submissive... ------------ I also Really enjoyed Prather's scene in Fantasy Island ("Victim" episode, I believe, according to IMDB.com), where Madame Juneau commanded her to place her wrists into a pair of overhanging metal cuffs, as she flexed her wooden rod: "Julie, I tried to warn you, but you wouldn't listen. Let's hope this will be your last lesson in...cooperation." |

Saturday February 01 19:40:13 2003 Back to relevant themes: Possible Poppy on Without a Trace |
Okay, this is very much a "just maybe" alert, but I'm sure our Poppy Montogmery fans will be very interested...
Exactly what we've been hoping for from the CBS show "Without a Trace" is going down next Friday (see link for short teaser trailer). Seen it yet? Long story short: Apparently a woman gets killed. Then another woman, apparently played by Heather Donahue from "Blair Witch Project" (and kinda cute, IMHO), disappears. Then the Feds send in our favorite "WOT" investigator, played by lovely Poppy Montgomery, as.... LIVE BAIT!! No kidding, the promo actually cuts from Poppy, dolled up in a short black wig to go undercover, to a black screen with the words LIVE BAIT in big, bold capital letters. Gotta love sweeps week! Does this mean we'll get a scene? Maybe two? (A Poppy-Heather cleave-gag combo a la Felicia and Lucy on General Hospital?) Okay, more like silver tape gags, going by this series' production so far. (If Poppy gets one, hopefully it will be much tighter and the ropework far improved over her "Glory Days" scene.) Or maybe no bondage at all. But it is a good sign that they're going the Poppy-undercover route AND playing it up in the sweeps-week promos. Again, no definites here, but I know I'll sure be taping next Friday just in case. |

Ooops! Egregious error!! That's THURSDAY, Feburary 6, 10 p.m. EST for the Poppy undercover episode. I will note this possible alert on VCR Alerts board, too.
Please forgive me... I got too excited there. :) |

I think most of us understand why the Moderator must be a bit..cantankerous...on occasion. This has to be somewhat like managing a day-care center sometimes. If things aren't kept on-topic chances are most of us would lose interest eventually. And JC, just count to ten and come back. |

Well, thank you for the info, I know I will be watching. God, I hope this show comes through with a decent scene for Poppy! I think she is one of the most beautiful woman on TV today, as anyone who read my last e-zine article might know. |

Saturday February 01 21:56:02 2003 Buffy - Tuesday, February 11 episode |
TV Guide magazine's description of the Feb 11 BTVS episode: "A dinner invitation from Principal Wood piques Buffy's curiosity -- and her suspicians. Anya fumes when Xander lassoes a date with a flirtatious woman (Ashanti) interested in rope."
I know, I know, if anyone "gets the rope", Xander will probably get the rope. On the other hand, there are two other likely possibilities (Ashanti or Anya), so maybe the odds aren't so bad. And from an episode a couple of seasons ago, we learned that Xander & Anya did give Spanking a whirl during their relationship, so we can infer that they're both willing to try a little "experimentation". |

I know we've > discussed other examples of similar clothes > changes/comfort of actresses on this page before, but other examples escape me at the moment. ======= Uh... guess I didn't make myself understood. The "*nice* between-the-scenes fantasy" is the villain (who was Alan Fudge, by the way) either forces Liberty to undress & change her clothing (& I can't see this happening with a grant of privacy since they were in the hotel/motel & he *had* to keep her B&G'd) ...or... he manhandles her clothes off & ho her *himself*! Not your usual *Knightrider* moment, is it? ANYhoo... the whole point is *Knightrider* is a show you don't watch... you *GOOF* on it! David Hasselhoff as a tough cop/hero? A car that talks like a gay English butler? Sequential accent lights on the car's *ACCELERATOR PEDAL*??? He drives the car but it can drive itself; but he has to keep pushing buttons that flash & beep; but the car can drive itself; and he gives it voice commands & turns the wheel, hotfoots the pedal *&* pushes buttons that flash & beep ALL AT THE SAME TIME... but... THE CAR CAN DRIVE ITSELF!!! I love this show!!! It's so... surreal! :-) |

It was > the scene where the killer is about to cut the bone from > her hand, when Olivia mffppfs "No. No." The problem with that is that was not the only shot that was cut. In the first scene we see her bound the scene ends with a close-up of the masked villain and then there's a cut to something else. In the full scene the shot of the villains face is followed by a close-up shot of our damsel. Nothing graphic there. And one of the best shots in the whole scene at that. |

Saturday February 01 23:28:48 2003 Uma Is Bound And Gagged...In Script |
Johnny R was nice enough to advise over on the Movie and Video Alert page that a new movie with Uma Thurman called Kill Bill, does have a scene with Uma bound and gagged.
If you go over to that Alert Page, Johnny has a link to the script. It took a while to find the scene, but if you scroll to just past half way down, and look for a CHAPTER 7 - The Death Of Paula Schultz, it's there. The movie is slated for release in October 2003, and is supposed to be Quinten Tarantino's comeback film. I hope he stays true to the script. I am sure Uma has been on a few people's "Wish List" |

Kinda looks like next week > could be interesting as well I agree with the poster earlier that Thiessen has grown more beautiful as time goes by. In fact, I'd say she's about the most beautiful woman on TV right now, now that Lexx with Xenia Seeberg is past history. (I'm hoping that Xenia goes on to a rich and varied career in erotic thrillers and quirky indie films like, er, "Secretary.") But cuff scenes are so ... common, y'know. Did Tiffani do or say anything interesting whle cuffed? Was she dressed interestingly? Was the way she was cuffed in any way unusual? What I like about Thiessen is her face. It would look SO good in a ball gag harness, but a knotted cleave gag would work very well, too. |
