Please reread my post, and the quoted material.

I wasn't talking about Hound of the the Baskervilles,
but This Gun for Hire.

Well, my vote for Boo Hoo of the Week this week would definitely go to the Gladiatrix ep of Birds of Prey. So much potential, so little of it realized.

You know it's coming
I feel it coming with several scenes this week and none in the Scene List. The reprimand from The Editor. It's coming. You know it's coming. Maybe even tonight, tomorrow? Let's beat him to to the reprimand.

I'll get the two scenes from tonight, but I didn't see the brief scenes earlier this week.

Also, hope "John Doe" gets canceled for that noneffort on Friday.

"Justine" Question
With all the tying action in the "Justine" series are there any instances of Daneen Boone's character or any of the other actresses talking about bondage in it?

Jennifer Love Hewitt
A big potential scene is Jennifer Love Hewitt in the new Jackie Chan movie. I forgot the name, but his movies have had some good scenes like ' Police Story 1 and 2" 1 was really nice. Maybe we will get lucky cause that is all it is.

The Jackie Chan film with Hewitt was called The Tuxedo. It came out a while ago and had nothing in it.

For the People
Real longshot here, but TV Guide's photo promo says Lea Thompson's character is stalked on "For the People" at 10 p.m. Sunday on Lifetime, yet written description only mentions something about an actress. Not expecting anything but may be worth a look just in case.

It says this is a new episode, but I also read somewhere this show has been canceled by Lifetime.

Check this out
Hello All,

I was just doing my daily visit to nerve.com and was surprised at the little treat of a hog tied babe, right on the main page! It's "Transgressions of a Dangerous Mind" by Bruce LaBruce. As I am not a premium member of Nerve, perhaps someone else can fill us in on what lurks inside. Usually it's a photo story, out takes, articles or all of the above.

Nerve from time to time is gratuitous with it's bondage imagry. I'm not familiar with Mr. LaBruce, but sure like his style.

Can't remember much about a scene, but...
...maybe somebody here will know what I'm talking about. If I remember correctly, I saw this movie when I was about 8 or 9 in the late 80s or very early 90s. It was a sci-fi movie, and we flipped by the channel and stopped on the movie for some reason. I remember seeing the hero and his girlfriend I guess tied and gagged in a spaceship, while the villain and his girlfriend (or whatever) gloated. Somehow the hero manages to free himself and they take over the ship, and in return, tie up and gag the villain and the villainess. I don't remember much about the scene, other than they were gagged with black tape. Anyone recall a scene like this? This has been a scene I haven't been able to forget for over a decade.

Neat pic
Our good friend from the Great White North, Jay L., sent this newspaper pic of an unhappy Toronto teacher. Jay, sorry it took me so long to, ahem, get it up. Much appreciated, buddy.
And if this teacher ever loses her job, she can make a Frank's Attic video.

In the top picture, there's another DinD behind Brit Lind. You can see her in the shot where the villain runs to the door and closes it.

Thanks for the scan & post, ES! :-)

My guess is this particular mission contingency never made it into Major Carter's briefing packet. :-) Of course she might have been ready if she'd known the planet's principal industries are (1) Gaffer's tape manufacture; & (2) Bondage photography.

Ain't she purty??? I just *love* a woman in uniform.

Re: Tonight's Hack Scenes; A Good Show
Not only were her wrists bound when she was on the bed in the RV, she was further restrained to the bed with at least 2 blue straps. In the scene toward the end just before she is rescued, her hands are tied in front with a long rope dangling, as if she had just been cut loose from in the RV, and not re-tied hands behind.

Wow, tough room! Three scenes (including two with gags) in two consecutive episodes, and you're hoping for cancellation? Sure, it can do better than last night -- but my guess is that it will.

BTW, I believe JD has officially been picked up for the rest of the first season, with a good chance of a second.

Hound of the Baskervilles bondage
The 1939 20th Century Fox verison of "Hound" starring Basil Rathbone omited the B&G scene, as did the 1959 Hammer version starring Peter Cushing.

A late 70's/early 80's theatrical version starring Ian Richardson as Holmes had Beryl Stapelton CHAINED and gagged, the 1982 BBC version starring Tom Baker has the B&G scene, as does the Jeremy Brett version.
