Glad to see you return, the new site is more responsive than the previous server and pages open a lot quicker now.

FreeNet
I'm testing the feasibility of offering larger clips via the FreeNet system, I know it's slow however since the bandwidth is distributed among multiple nodes there's less of a hit on a web server. Here's the CHK key to "Abducted(1975).zip" (see DB for details) which is a 15meg file. If you don't have FreeNet installed yet I've also provided a link to their homepage where you can download the client.

CHK@ryH~VhNHv~KWD8cLtU1vJooHhp8NAwI,WiVhRAR1~fJ8tdPMcJkF8w

Please read the FAQ and use the online support system for FreeNet rather than requesting tech support via this message forum or with me. I've confirmed the file has been successfully inserted (FreeNet's terminology for "upload") as I was able to redownload it afterwards.

Great Buddy, thanx
At least one of the tapes reached it's destination.

Hoping tapes will start waddling into collector POboxes after Christmas.
Gets expensive when they do their own thing

As an infrequent contributor but a very frequent lurker, may I second the motion. It can't be easy to Moderate some of us dolts, but the fact that you are still around is testament to your patience. Thanks Brian - and if you see that grumpy Moderator wish him a Merry Christmas too.

its a thriller and Holmes is a hero...don't assume no-one survives!!

also the age thing isn't a particular problem

I expected that one to take it's time going down with the Santa stuff.
But the first one should have made it to Fuzz by now, like Anubis did.

Appears with ones like this where the girls put on a show, tapes take their sweet time getting down huh?

IMO, I wouldn't cop a Grinchy attitude towards Jay L. Next to the site owner, he's probably the one who's most responsible for keeping this site alive with his countless (unpaid) hours each week working on the Scene Database entries, Database Corrections page, and VCR Alerts.

So here's a holiday "Thank You" to all those who make positive contributions to Brian's Page.

Fuzzweb
Glad to see you back Fuzz !!!!

Regarding the clips in your newest update, any back story on them ??

It looks like some college kids recreating the 'Clockwork Orange' scene.

Are Italian college students as fun loving as some in the USA ??

Anchorman DVD
Comes out Dec 28. Should be some bondage scenes for Christina Applegate in the Extras section (lots of unused footage put in the 2nd disc)

Anchorman DVD
I work at blockbuster and we have already got the unrated extended version of Anchorman, and I've watched the movie and every deleted scene and there was no scene for Christina Applegate. There is an Anchorman giftset with even more special features but we didn't get that one for rent so I don't know if there is something on that. Aside from that it still one of the funniest movies to come out in a long time.

It is also a bit more permanant than other distributed protocols such as bittorrent (which, although it is much faster, the mpaa seems to have their panties in a bunch over that right now).

Christmas present for y'all.
This was initially supposed to be only for Gman (he sent out a whole bunch of caps by email, thanks again), but I discovered I had a bit more bandwidth to play with before the end of the month. About 65GB worth.

All the caps (pictures) I have, around 6500 files totalling just under 200mb.

If you want, email me and I will send you the url. It's on an OC3, so the speeds should be really good ;) I just don't want to go over the monthly limit and pay a ton for bandwidth overage.

If you folks want any other requests, etc from my lists, get them in before the month is up. I'll try to fulfil.

Thanks old friend for the tip. I was going away for the weekend and wasn't anticipating anything new being on the tube so wasn't planning to check ahead as I usually do. Your heads up will allow me to tape the episode now and check it when I get back. Again thanks for the heads up.
