Yes, the stunt was called "The Rack of Fire" and she performed it on one of the last editions of "Circus of The Stars" (1995?). Back in 1980, on that year's edition of "Circus of The Stars", Michelle Lee performed the same trick and that scene is my number one holy grail. What was really great about Lee's version is that it included a "Behind The Scenes" segment that showed Michelle practicing how to untie herself. Included a lot of great closeups of her hands. | As regards to the scene in this movie, just to point out to everyone, its not Debbie Kara Unger(?) who's the damsels, but rather an unknown who plays a kidnap victim. The scene is short and we get few if any close ups.
The film itself is painfully average, and the scene is IMHO not a keeper. Please do not go see this film, certianly not for any DiD action. |

| The biggest comic release this year, and certainly the most hyped has been DC's excellent Identity Crisis.
In issues #3 and #4, the Atom's ex wife is left blindfolded, gagged and lynched, struggling for her life. She's recused in the nick of time. In the recent final issue, #7, a flashblack reveals how the villian did the deed, with more images of struggling. The scenes are quite realistic for comic scenes and the gag is a tight red cleave. Sorry if this has been mentioned here before but I havent seen anyone mention it. |

| In addition to "24" debuting tonight, "Missing" is now airing new episodes on Sundays at 1o p.m.
Tonight: Jess and Nicole find a man with a gunshot to the head in the trunk of a car. He survives but has no recollection of who he is. It soon becomes clear that he is the only link to a missing heiress. Can they recreate this man's life and save this woman? Looks like "Wild Card" may have been canceled. It's now airing at midnight on Sundays and looks like the episodes planned in the next two months are reruns. They obviously wouldn't run original episodes at midnight. |

In my humble opinion, it is by far the best gag scene ever in a mainstream movie. It blows everything else away. Just be warned it is not in a "cute" or inoffensive movie. As for suggestions, there are two. One is that Anubis has a very good clip of just the DID scenes up on his site, which you'd have to purchase tokens for. It's wonderful work. Another suggestion is to try Netflix. If you don't want to sign up for the service and haven't already had one, you're eligible for a free trial. So sign up and put Funny Games in your queue and just make sure to cancel your membership before it is up and you'll get to watch the movie for free. |

| There two scenes I need help with the titles.
The first one I have a cap of, click on "Unknow Asian".( I had found a possible match in the DB but forgot to write it down.) It's from a reenactment cop show. The lady is grabbed getting into her car and forced in to a trunk where the guy binds and gags her with tape. He makes a ransom demand and drives around with her til the cops pull him over. The second one I found today on an old tape. Unfortunately, I had taped over the bondage so I'm going from memory here. It's a foreign film I saw on PBS about 10 years ago with a midevil princess type. I remember she was bound hand & foot and her ropes were attached to something overhead so when she struggled she fell into a weird position. The brightest memory I have of it is the way she was freed, some sort of weird creatures came along and chewed through her ropes. I was a gag snob snob back then so I know one was involved, but I can't recall any details on it. |

| See link, click on Features for video. New Fox series 13 episodes starts Jan 19th from ex Buffy executive producer. Very pretty cast; seems a little more serious and less fantastical than Buffy.
So, some good new shows with potential, Numb3rs, Medium, Point Pleasant and a couple of others already mentioned here. |

He then puts her in a standing position and ties her ankles, babbling about some evil plan he has in mind (he wants to marry her or something). A taut rope is used as a connection between her bound feet to the beam above her head and back down to her tied hands. After the baddie's left her, Falchi moves around and tries to free herself but falls on her behind instead with her legs and arms in the air. After some more struggling and yelling she's rescued by wooden puppets using their sharp teeth to gnaw at the thick rope. Several nice close-ups of her gagged and exhausted face. |

Have to get at it later, as can't recall Title off-hand myself. So for now: Sent this re-enactment show out, but sure there two Asians in it. Show took place in Vancouver, Canada. Wealthy lady from Japan was tied to her bed. Her daughter was jumped and taken. Shown at kidnapper's place, as Mountie kidnap squad investigating- tapping phones, etc. End up bringing her old man back from Hong Kong, or something for ransom sting. Kidnappers put her in a car, but the Mounties were on top of them at this point. Blocking the car in. This Arrest-rescue scene sounds what you describing. Okay, get back on trying to recall the silly title of the show |

As a bonus, you can plainly see darked saliva-soaked areas at the corners of her mouth (a plus for me!). No really good close-ups, though. |

An older Chinese woman (Tsui) is grabbed by organized crime villains and tied spreadeagled to a bed with cloth ties. When her daughter Selena (Ng) arrives, the villains grab her and tie her with duct tape. She has her hands bound and is also blindfolded and gagged with the tape. The daughter has a brief scene where her tape gag is removed and then spends the rest of the episode with hands bound behind and blindfolded with duct tape wrapped around her head. She's eventually found by police in a car trunk still bound and blindfolded. |

This is anonymous, so it wont be to embarsing to go in to more detail. Funny as a teenager I would watch GH in the hope of a DID scene. Anyway when the Emma Samms charcter was first on the show she was kind of a con person with her farther, I think. Anyway there was some big plot involving Luke, he ended up kidnapping her and hiding out in an amusement park booth. When he has to go he tied her up and gagged her. Then they fell in love, ect.. Just filling in some more of the details. Id love to see this scene too, but it might have been a one shot deal. |

| Hey at the end of the first epidsode of the new 24 season has given us a scene. The new love interest has been kidnapped at the end of the epidsode. There is also a putz but the damsel is grabbed and gagged and blindfolded with some black strips of cloth.

| Well, 24's new season is off to a rousing start.
Very end of first hour features kidnapping of William Devane & Kim Raver (?). Last shots show her cleave gagged with a semi thick black cloth, and then another black cloth is being tied over her eyes. Cue is to see a shot of Devane in similar situation. P.S> He's one of my fave actors; please no one refer to him as putz :-) Hour 2 now starting. Updates to follow. |

| Last few minutes of the episode.....a lady & an older gentleman were grabbed off the street & forced into a van. The last shot of the episode showed the man blindfolded & cleave gagged & a nice closeup of the woman cleave gagged before a blindfolded is pulled over her eyes. I only saw the last 20 minutes of the episode so I don't know if there was anything else before this. I did think I saw a quick glimpse of what looked like a young Asian woman tied to a chair (no gag) but didn't see anything else. Were there any other scenes of her tied beforehand, possibly gagged?
Part 2 is starting now...I'm sure the scene will continue. |

Kim returns right after 1st commercial break. She (& Devane) are brought into the prodigal deserted house and seated on chairs. Her blindfold and gag are almost immediately removed. Her hands are still tied. |

I don't recall the exact time of the "scene". Maybe was a little past the :30 mark. Update on Kim Raver - she was just shown (1:30 mark) untied. |

| During "Desperate Housewives" a promo for Wednesday's "Lost" ran. It heavily featured a guy tied up, but I did catch a glimpse of the missing girl also wearing rope.
