Larva
Rachel Hunter appears in this Sci-Fi movie, which was scheduled to be on Saturday night from 9-11 only to ber preempted by the tsunmai benefit. Premise looks decent, and stars the actor who played the Invisble Man (Vincent something). Whenever that guy shows up, usually a hot actress gets tied and gagged. Not only Shannon Kenny in "Invisble Man" but he was also a regular on "Prey" where Debra Messing got tied and gagged. Will try and track down the next airing.

The Batman ("Q&A")
> This morning on "The Batman" (the new Batman cartoon) a young woman was bound and gagged while being kidnapped. She is a chess champion, wears glasses, and has an eastern European accent. She is later shown bound in a cell (but not gagged) and later cuffed to a podium (but not gagged) while taking part in the villain's deadly "quiz." It's a good cartoon scene.

I haven't seen this, but judging from its Scene Database description, I gather that the animators aren't aware of Alexandra Kosteniuk, the Maria Sharapova of chess.

The 21-year-old Russian brunette not only won the 2004 European women's championship, but her looks have garnered her several corporate endorsements (her ads for the electronic company L.G. are plastered all over Moscow buses and billboards). Oh, and she also happens to wear glasses when she's playing (she was Russia's top board at last month's 2004 Women's Chess Olympiad).

Raffish
Have not been here for a while and may have missed something, but has there been any thing on when Raffish might be back? His site was great and missed by many I would think.

Switch - UK soap scene
The long-awaited resolution of one of British soapdom's best DiD scenes should occur at 1200 GMT 22nd January on BBC 2, with the first ep of a new series of the Deaf soap "Switch".

The previous ep, at the end of series 2, left blonde Claire bound, gagged, mmmphing and trying to sign, at the mercy of a knife-wielding nut, while her friends banged on the door.

There is also a "making of" documentary, repeating in some BBC 1 regions at 0040-0125, Tuesday evening-Wednesday morning. I caught a few seconds in which Claire's stalker story was being discussed, but was unable to watch any more. It's probable that the actress talked about the story and, perhaps, even the making of the scene. Worth a look, anyway.

For more details, see UK Alerts and General Discussion forum at Rob's Damsels. (Link in Friends' Pages).

Re: Switch - UK soap scene
Please note that the home page I gave in the previous message is that of my DiDfake and story site. It does NOT(so far) feature clips or discussion of scenes on TV or film. The site for that is Rob's Damsels. Sorry for any inadvertent misdirection.

D.E.B.S.
I just finished viewing the short where it's established that Lucy spends her time capturing Amy (Alex Breckenridge). Has anyone caught the 90 minute version floating around the film festivals? (It gets a limited theatrical release in March.)

A campy, fluffy film starring girls with guns and short skirts just screams bondage scene(s).

Tonight's burning question:
Is Stephan Pastis, the cartoonist who draws "Pearls Before Swine" One of Us?

Gee, you gotta wonder. Two weeks in a row now...

And should fans of Ms. Guisewite's pride and joy start to take umbrage, they may want to take a look at what SHE did in the last panel of today's strip.

I only played through with Carmen Electra (not really a game to play through several times, unless you are interested in that one scene, which comes late in the game after a lot of fights....but I digress). There was NO on-screen gagging, and in fact I think the slight gag-talk you hear in the trailer was non-existant in the game itself. Nice surprise if you didn't see the trailer, but really nothing more. And you can't watch all of the FMV sequences when the game is over, which is quite inconvenient...
