You have to admit, "The Modulator" was funny. But that was then.

Happy New Year to all.

Manhunt on Mystery Island
I spent the evening watching a serial and making a few clips. I've added a cap of each of Linda's Bondage Adventures on Mystery Island to my list.

T.J. Hooker

All four of Heather Locklear's b&g scenes are top-notch: well-lit, with lots of closeups.

But even the episodes with "minimal" bondage and none at all, may be worth taping, IMO. Aaron Spelling got a number of the 1980s hottie actresses as guest stars (in addition to Locklear going undercover starting around Season 3): Lisa Hartman on this morning's episode, an early Sharon Stone as a policewoman on a hooker decoy duty, Tracy Scoggins as an aerobics instructor, Debra Farrentino as a lingerie model, etc.

I'd be willing to expect anything from Alias. Very early on in the series they had Garner chair-tied with a dental mouth spreader gag, and there was also a promo shot of her wearing a ball gag which for whatver reason never made it into the ep it was promo-ing.

The folks who make Alias are NOT shy about bondage imagery. They use it very intelligently.

'Toronto Star' Alert
On page D7 of the Movies section, there's a colour picture of Deborah Kara Unger duct-tape gagged and in a head clamp.

Cute caption: "You can experience Electronic Voice Phenomenon for yourself a la 'White Noise'. Duct tape and head clamps are optional.

Also, noticed TorStar airsched has a colour picture of Jennifer Garner strapped in an interesting chair.

How was 2004 for bondage imagery?
My impression was that bondage action in 2004 was mostly from the soaps and a few movies, relatively little on prime time, and most of that pretty mild. But I don't keep track the way some of you do. Am I close?

Do you remember the episode where she got the full treatment last season? I'd like to check it out at the local vid store...

...As well as any other really good recent scenes in the show. Thx.

Record number: 9710

Title: Alias
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Jennifer Garner

Description: Episode: "Full Disclosure" (3.11)

Sydney (Garner) gets her first full treatment in a flashback sequence explaining why she disappeared for two years.

About 8-10 minutes in she's inside a van, strapped down to a gurney, with silver duct tape covering her mouth. She's held down by padded leather restraints which aren't visible in most of the scenes, wearing a black pinstripe suit over a white shirt. Her captor injects her with a temporary paralysis drug, then adjusts the gurney so that she is in an upright position as he explains what's going to happen to her. There are lots of good close ups conveying the heroines' fear and frustration and the captor gets some good gloating in too. There appears to be something oval shaped (possibly packing or a lip protector) between her mouth and the gag.

(Advanced publicity photos of this scene had Garner wearing an oversized pink ballgag that doesn't appear in the aired episode. It is rumored that this was part of an alternate take for Brazilian broadcast, but this so far is unsubstantiated.)

A little later she's strapped to a chair undergoing electroshock therapy while wearing white medical scrubs. Close inspection reveals some kind of black rubber object in her mouth.

I thank you for the news about V for Vendetta, a graphic novel I love, but be aware: if they stay true to the book, her character will eventually be handcuffed and blindfolded, but never gagged.

Just hope they don't have too many more scenes of Jennifer strapped to a chair and interrogated. It's starting to get way too cliche and repetitive

Just a note: I had this whole scene scheduled for this week's
update, but Shelly turned out to be such an absolute 'dog' that I replaced it - I think my original comment was 'HIGH MILEAGE', but she pushes all the boundries.
I might run it if REALLY HARD UP for scenes, but NOT VERY likely!

Cannot remember name of movie...
wondering if someone can help me remember the name of a movie based on a particular scene. i have searched the database, but i cannot find it. i have not seen the movie in years, but i do remember this scene. it involves a woman having her hands tied above her head using the cord from the window blinds behind her. the man then strips her and does her from behind. i believe it is one of those cinemax type movies. any help would be appreciated.

Old GH Scene
Anyone remember a scene from General Hospital back in 83 that had Holly and Celia bound and cleave gagged in a dress shop. The owner of the shop was also bound and tightly cleave gagged as well. Anyone ever see this or know if it's available?

Sounds like "Married People: Single Sex II" with Monique Parent. Ranier Grant also had a similar scene in the film. It's in the Database.

Was wondering which channel Tivo caught this on. I'm guessing either Independent Film Channel or Sundance?
