| Just finished catching up with 2 weeks of tapes.
La Mujer de Judas (Telefutura, 10AM EST): Last week, the very hot star "Gloria" got tied to a chair and gagged with tape for about 5 minutes. Although loose at the ends, still many great closeups. She was tied up by boyfriend? and other friends out of the blue. Today, "Cordelia"(her very cute friend) got grabbed by serial killer and nicely gagged with duct tape. Many great close ups as he taunts her before he puts her in a cage. She is rescued after about 10 minutes. There was also a short scene of a woman duct tape gagged before being killed last week. This show is ending next week and has had about 10 small scenes, and a few very good ones. Mi Gorda Bella (Telefutura, 5PM EST): Cute brunette in a scimpy red outfit got bound and cleave gagged by some older guy yesterday. A couple walked in the next room and at least 5 minutes of scenes of her gagged being held at knifepoint while they talked. She finally breaks free and escapes. This show always seems to be ready to throw in a scene. Angel Rebelde: Had an older wider woman bound and gagged by the psycho hot blonde in the back seat of the car. Gran Finale is next week so something good may happen. |

It could be that the ball gag cut just looked really cheesy. Ball gags are supposed to go IN the mouth, not kinda sit in front of the teeth :( Oh well. At least they tried. I think the tape gag they used in the final cut seemed more appropriate. A big red ball didn't quite fit the scene, everything in drab greyish colors and a big bright red ball gag. Besides, if the damsel is sitting inside a car, paralyzed, tied up with others 100 feet away by the ocean, there really isn't that much chance of her getting heard, gag or not. |

| There's really no mystery surrounding that shot - it was a publicity still taken on the set for distribution and was probably the first time the gag had been applied to Garner. After the still was captured, she probably complained that it hurt her jaw and she didn't want to shoot with it, or the propmaster had purchased a gag too large for her and the director felt it wasn't convincing. So in comes the tape.
There's no other explanation. Process of elimination. |

I'd say that given that info & the pic of rachael with her hands behind her & a stake behind her also that it's pretty good evidence that there will be some bondage on the show in a headhunter reinactment. I WILL *USE* THE IMDb. :-) I haven't seen "Mango Kiss" (aka "Mango Me"), but the IMDb led me to the Official Site. (URL below.) There's nothing "on topic" in the photos, & while the synopsis makes reference to dominatrixes (is that the plural of dominatrix?), I get the distinct impression this movie has a lot more in common with "When Harry Met Sally" than "The Story of O". Even if you're just asking a simple question like "seen it?", it's nice to include relevant info in your post (like Official Site, IMDb entry, etc.) ...& it's important to be nice. :-) |

| Maybe they were going to use the ballgag but realized it really didn't belong in the scene at all. I mean, why use a ball gag on her? Does the old guy have some kind of fetish?
Maybe they were worried it implied a scene coming straight out of "Pulp Fiction" and went with the ever-popular duct tape. Think if that scene included a ballgag, it would have totally distracted from what was going on. Then again, the sight of the lovely Jen G tied and gagged is enough to get me distracted. |

Not having watched the first episode, I may just be blowing smoke, but I do read a lot of entertainment related stuff, and my take was this show was one group of castaways against (challenging) the other. So my guess, since we are all guessing, is that you may see "Survivor" type ties on the ladies because of different games or challenges they are involved in. I'd be stunned, but happily, if there were any gag scenes involved. And if I am just blowing smoke.. I didn't inhale, honest, LOL! Oh, and somebody mentioned that "Gridlock" with Kathy Irelands tape gag scene was being shown again (see alerts). I just wanted to mention that this was one of those semi-rare tv movies that was also released on video. Netflix has it for one. No commercials and prolly a better pic on the dvd than you'll find on your tv. |
