I remember when they had a spin-off of America's Funniest Videos called America's Funniest People. The premise of America's Funniest People was that viewers sent in home video comedy skits. There was one skit which parodied babysitters as if they were police like the reality tv show "Cops". One scene has a cute teenage girl as a sitter going into a house overrun with brats. Her "partners" (other babysitters) are waiting outside as backup. Then we we see the babysitter squirming, cleavegagged and bound to a chair with rope. The kids are dancing all around her. The other sitters rush in and save the day. Pretty dumb show but that was a scene that stood out in my mind. |

The previews for next week, showed a woman gagged with duct tape. ------- According to today's newspaper,"1-800-Missing" was the most-watched premiere in Lifetime network's history. So if it can hold onto its initial viewership, the TV series should have a good shot at renewal. |

Saturday August 09 06:30:03 2003 Spiderman |
I just watched the animated "Spiderman" program on MTV, the episode in which the redhead hottie Mary Jane Watson and another girl are bound and gagged in the back of a van. It was a delectation to see Mary Jane bound and gagged, especially since she always seemed to successfully evade being gagged in the comic book.
I consulted the database, but found no mention of her being bound and gagged in the comic book. Can anyone tell me whether she has ever been bound and gagged in the pages of Spiderman comics? |

Saturday August 09 08:29:37 2003 Dog Eat Dog: NFL cheerleaders -- Alert! |
Just for everyone's information, the reality game show DED is re-airing their special cheerleading episode tonight at 10pm ET.
At the very beginning of the episode, we are given an introduction of the six contestants coupled with video of their stay at some boot-like training camp. Anyway, In this episode, one of the blonde cheerleaders is seen doing some sort of task with her hands tied behind her back with a scarf or bandanna. Scene last for a few seconds, so you may want to tape it. |

Saturday August 09 09:41:46 2003 General Hospital replay |
Hello All,
According to my calculations and if I'm reading the Soapnet page correctly, this morning they have been replaying the entire week of General Hospital. So at 10 a.m. EST they should be airing Friday's episode. Again, that's as best I can tell from looking at their page, if it's wrong. . .don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. |

Ahoy there,
It looks as though Soapnet will play the past week of GH again, starting tonight, at 7pm EST. Seems each Saturday they do a whole weeks replay mini-marathon twice a day. |

Why couldn't it be a hot
little babysitter? There was a hot little babsitter tied and cleave gagged in her chair. The kids she was babysitting where runing around her like indians. It was on a best of the year episode , so I do not think it was ever on the regular weekley show , but then again maybe. It seemed to me to be a new clip for that episode. I think it was 96 or 97. I would really like to get this one but I have not seen it mentioned anywhere ,so I do not know if they ever showed it again. |

I saw one where there was a substitute teacher tied up with hoola hoops(lame as hell,I know) and no gag. It was called "American Parent's" and it was a parody of Cops also. I never saw the babysitter one. And I think I saw every episode of America's Funniest People. Maybe you dreamed it? :) Who was the hostess on the show, was it the tiny blonde or the girl from the Whitesnake videos, Kitean? |

Saturday August 09 12:08:40 2003 elvira and rhonda |
I saw one episode of Rhonda Sheer on UP ALL NIGHT where her neighbors were going to burn her at the stake. She was tied up all through the episode but no gag.
Have any of you seen anymore episodes of Up All Night where Rhonda was tied up? And were there any episodes of Elvira where she was tied up? She was tied up in both her movies. |

Not there, but don't forget her appearance on Howard Stern several years ago which was televised on his E! show. IIRC, they were going to tickle her feet. Here wrists were tied to the chair, and one of Stern's lackey's started to gag her, but was told not too. He had a thin black strip of cloth pulled tightly between her teeth and was getting ready to tie it behind her head when Stern nixed it. |

I also checked the Imdb to see if "Toolbox Murders" is available on DVD (it is), and happened across the fact that TOBE HOOPER is busy filming a movie called "TOOLBOX MURDERS" slated for release in 2004. The plotline souns simular to the original, but not quote exact, so I am not sure if it is a remake. It stars Juliet Landau (daughter of Martin Landau) and Angela Bettis (who was in Girl, Interupted). If it is a remake, one of these two might have a scene worth noting. |

I'd INSIST she sign it WHILE B&G'd, with a pencil clamped between her teeth and screaming.....but maybe that's just my personal preference... |

I vaguely recall seeing that episode during an alcohol-induced fog. To be honest I thought I just dreamed it up since no one here has mentioned it before - at least to my recollection. But yeah one of Howard's gophers wanted to gag her but he said something like "lets not go overboard..". Damn you Howard!! |

No, never, not in 400+ issues of "Amazing Spider-Man". She's been tied poorly on a couple of occasions, but that's about it. Gwen Stacy, on the other hand, was. Also, in the Spiderman newspaper daily comic, Mary Jane was tied & tape-gagged not too long ago. |

Thou to be fair she's not prime DiD material of the likes of Lois Lane or Catwoman so we shouldn't be that surprised. And speaking of comics in the last few weeks Black Canary, Vamperella and The Baroness (from GI Joe) have all had tie up scene but none with a gag? Very frustrating |

Saturday August 09 21:06:22 2003 Jessica Steen on Stargate? |
Here's one of those things to put in your "might be something" file.
Jessica Steen will be guest starring as Dr. Theressa Weir in the season finale episodes of STARGATE SG-1 & *might* be in the cast of the spinoff series: STARGATE ATLANTIS. Hmm... with Jolene Blalock as a new recurring character (Ishta the Jaffa amazon), maybe there'll be a season eight episode with Major Carter, Dr. Weir, & Ishta captured by the Goa'uld, stripped to their undies, B&G'd, massaged with perfumed oils, etc., etc. Oh, oh, & the Tok'ra scientist Anise (Vanessa Angel) tries to rescue them, but she gets captured too, &... &... [BLAM!] (<-The sound of Van's head exploding.) :-) |

Saturday August 09 22:10:59 2003 Liberty Stand Still Replay Tonight(last time during August) |
Tonight at 12:20 AM on HBO
Record number: 7752 Title: Liberty Stands Still (2002) Medium: Movie Actress: Linda Fiorentino Description: Liberty Wallace (Fiorentino) spends the bulk of the film with her left ankle shackled to a hot dog stand in the middle of a public square on a crowded city street. She is not bound in any other way, and, to facilitate communication with her captor via a wireless phone, never gagged. There is a nice scene where she removes all her clothes while chained to the stand (she puts them back on shortly thereafter). Ok, there are a few good closeups during the movie of her ankle. Times goes at times. 4 closeups during the first 30 minutes(not before the first 10 though) another at 40 min into movie, yet another at 58 min mark finally there is a tugging scene at the 67 min mark while she is talking to a cop. If anyone can, can someone caps these scenes? Thanks. |

Saturday August 09 22:30:58 2003 1-800-Missing scene |
For you West Coasters and also those who will be taping the many subsequent showing LIfetime will have this week, the action starts in the opening scene with some very nice closeups of an actress wearing a rare duct tape cleave gag. She loses the gags and bonds in the next five minutes or so, but there may be more.
Van, she's a redhead, and she's stacked! |

No packing in the mouth, but still awesome for a TV series. I hope they don't lighten up on future episodes. |

Saturday August 09 22:57:48 2003 1-800-Missing continues |
At the half hour mark or so, she's recaptured and retied, this time behind the back with rope and a tape overgag that flexes back and forth as she pants in terror. Several such scenes, lots of closeups.

When his flunky started gagging her, he probably thought they were going too far and had him remove it. It was never even tied behind her head. Consider that she was the guest on the show. She had to be able to talk. Remember, this is a TALK show that originates on the radio. Most Stern listeners would not care to hear a half hour of a guest mumbling through a gag. |

Saturday August 09 23:42:17 2003 Re: Spun, really a classic scene? |
I agree that the scene in 'Spun' had some problems, because the bondage "hardware" in mainstream films is often wrong. It looked like the cuffs on her wrists were legcuffs. They were too big, and they had a long chain which was knotted in the middle. And I can tell you from experience, one piece of duct tape across her mouth would not have done the job. She'd have had that off in an hour or two. But that aside, I loved the idea of the scene. A gal left naked and helpless due to something unexpected. Kind of like Stephen King's "Gerald's Game." And I loved Ms. Hunter's acting. "You better untie me if you're gonna leave." Later she cusses him out. Still later she tries a nicer approach. "Are you leaving? Please untie me," she pleads. Yes, even with the mechanical problems, one of the best mainstream DID scenes I've seen. And by all means get the unrated version. Gabriela |
