That's the good news, along with the fact that all were
at least fairly attractive, two are quite nice. See photos.

The bad news is that the central figure in each was a guy,
and so got the majority camera time. The tieups were with
rather thick ropes, and not well done (as the challenge
was to get free).

MTM actually was cuffed (in front) in an episode in which she refused to divulge her source of a particular story that the newsroom was airing.

What, no spreader bar between her ruby slippers? They're not even trying. :-)

That was a wonderful scene. Sure, there was so many elements, that would have been nice. It was her second handcuff scene. There is something about MTM and handcuffs that go welltogether. Perhaps it is that sweet, innocent persona of her characters. What I remeber is that she actually looked petrified as she encounters the cuffs. She holds her wrists back when the cuffs are brought close to her. She cringes as they are clicked on. (Is she this good of an actress or was she really scared?) As she gets tangled up with her co-workers as she huggs them good-bye the cuffs get tangled up. Perhaps they even tightened up as she got snagged. Watch it frame by frame to really appreciate it. She really made it after all that day!!!! Her first cuff scene with the putz was even good. I loved her 3rd cuff scene in "Flirting with Disaster." There were some nice closeups including the shot where she holds up her hands and exclaims something like "if I'm overreacting why am I in a jail in handcuffs.) Her 4th scene was a true lost opp. This was thing she did last year about the mother and son grifter team. She was cuffed only once, behind the back, and I don't ever actually remember seeing the actual cuffs applied. They could have showed in a ton of heavy metal going off to jail. Oh, why does she take nothing opportunities and turn them into sunshine, and blow such a great opp as this.

Hunch
Was reading a promo for new 'Hope & Faith' series on ABC starring Kelly Ripa and Faith Ford. The creator Joanna Johnson, who had a scene on the Bold and Beautiful says she plans to include a LOT of physical comedy in the series. Call it intuition, but I can smell the possibility of a good scene at some point, especially with the soap opera star angle - keep the VCR warmed up.

According to the September 19 New York Times movie review (which unfortunately, made no direct mention of a "bondage" scene), "Demonlover" opened September 19 in Manhattan (Landmark's Sunshine Cinema in East Village) and Los Angeles.

Have any Brian's Pagers in NY or LA seen "Demonlover" yet?

And the premise is they are always fighting each other, and it has a Walter Mitty type tangent built into the show where they imagine what they would really like to do to each other (like shut that big mouth of yours).

I agree totally - these scenes often pop from the most unexpected directions, and this thing has lots going for it...I'm hoping for a Jessica Walter, Love American Style treatment at the least - hopefully a scene with both together...
A big PLUS - both actresses are of a fairly advanced age - they've gotta score with this series BIG TIME or it's probably their last shot - I'd watch for a scene when the series is in jeopardy of being cancelled, as are 90% of them - and wait for them to put out all of the stops.
Most of all, I like the soap opera connections - Kelly knows the ropes...as apparently does Joanne from B&B - I can imagine them bringing up the topic in a discussion of possible script scenarios.

Apparently the Highlander producers made 5 different pilots, each with a different actress (Claudia being one of them), that last season. But, right or wrong, they ultimately bypassed all 5 and decided to go with Elizabeth Ward Gracen.

> Claudia hasn't even come close to bondage since

IIRC both her Babylon 5 and Relic Hunter scenes were after the QL one. But neither of them were that great, the B5 being a real letdown since her hands were tied in front and no gag. I guess, though, it could be chalked up within the story to the captors being aliens and not knowing how to properly b&g a human.

Fudge
Has anyone ever seen the tv show Fudge from the early 90's. It was a Saturday morning show based on Judy Blumes books. It starred EVE PLUMB of the Brady Bunch fame. A friend of mine told me there was a good b and g scene of a hot older lady on one episode.
Also did anyone every see the show She's the Sheriff w/Suzanne Somers. Supposedly she got bound and gagged a few times on that show. Any vid caps?

Not a couple times, just one bound and gagged scene, although in the episode she was tied and cleave gagged in the closet and later captured again in the stationhouse and handcuffed to a chair. Sloppy camerawork hurt the scene as we had no closeups of Suzanne gagged in the closet, although the setup and outfit was one of the best of all time. Great cholorform scene from behind as Suzanne figures out the case ("The Butterfly.....mmmmmppppph.") Plus, awesome blue party dress with lots of clevage. Great struggle scene as Suzanne slumps into the captor's arms and some nice "mmmpppffing" when they opened the door. Suzanne also looked great in uniform, but was never B&G in it.

Never seen caps of the gag scene.

"Jeremiah"
Never seen this show, but the 10/2 episode will feature a blonde plasti-cuffed in front; from the article, I'd guess the character is "Erin", played by Ingrid Kavelaars. The link has a photo of her along with some guy cuffed also. It airs on Showtime.

Grimm News That's Good!
According to cinescape.cpm...

"Monica Bellucci has been cast as the evil queen of the forest in Terry Gilliam's BROTHERS GRIMM movie. Bellucci's character is a sorceress who kidnaps virgins to harvest their blood so she can stay forever young and beautiful...

"Matt Damon and Heath Ledger play the two Grimm siblings who are actually con artists, duping simple townsfolk into believing they're the Middle Ages equivalent of the Ghostbusters. The brothers are called to the task when they investigate the haunted forest where Bellucci's character resides. The film is scheduled for a mid- or fall 2004 opening."

Sounds promising! Ever know a virgin to let a evil queen steal her blood *without* requiring some sort of restraint? :-)

T And T "Cry Wolf"
I must admit that I was blissfully unaware of this particular Mr. T vehicle until the tape from Jay L. arrived in the mail -- but since it did give us this fairly nice scene, I now feel obligated to say something nice about it.

Um..."It's only a half-hour long..."?

Caps and clips in the usual place.

Okay. Now just hold on. Mary Tyler Moore "petrified?" That's just plain evil genius.
