Question For The Moderator
Moderator, I have a question please:

Why do you delete some posts and yet send others over to AG? I mean, if AG is open to anything, why not just send them all over there? Is it just more trouble to move them than delete them or is there another reason? (I'm not talking about the huge pic posts. I understand why they're deleted.)

NOTE: I'm not trying to be a smartass here, I'm honestly curious.

Yeah, probably not ! A well secure gag would prevent her from singing, too :)

Actually, her voice isn't too bad. It's just the songs that suck.

Just remember, last year the Signy Awards were cancelled in mid-vote because some scumbags were rigging the vote. No reason to suppose it won't happen again this year.

It happened again this week. I'd previously entered a "VCR Alert" (based on TV Guide magazine) that Lifetime would be re-airing the b&g-laden episode 1.2 "They Come As They Go", but my online TV lising indicates that a new episode "I Thought I Knew You" will be aired instead.

The new episode's description: "The parents of a teenage girl disappear in broad daylight from a highway gas station." Well, as always, Check your local listings...

This description is of a repeat. Their listings are confusing to say the least.

It's hard (so to speak) to argue with the classics:

---A leopardskin over-shoulder-boulder-holder;

---An OTM-OT*Ears* gag;

---A mostly naked putz with a pageboy on a wet elephant.

They should make it into a TV series! ...only move everything to present day New York & make it a teen soap opera/crime drama. :-)

DVD Home Recorders
I've just posted this message on "Anything Goes". If you would like to contribute to the thread, that's the place for it.

Now that the first flood of domestic DVD recorders has settled down a bit, I’m thinking of buying one. On the face of it, they look very attractive, offering instant access, low storage space requirements and, best of all, the ability to transfer scenes directly to your PC without going through an intermediate analogue capture stage. Would anyone care to share their opinions of the technology, and is “now” a good time to buy? Thanks.

Me too. I especially like when the one in control winds up in bondage. Very rare that the people pulling the strings understand this dynamic. The Avengers was very special. Few producers of tv series understood the bondage theme on their level.

Same as Thursday. Tons of chat by Natalie but no gag. They did show her working her roped wrists. The good guys are in the basement ready for the Monday rescue scene. Not looking good. The lead goon placed another phone call and still didn't gag her.

Nat is tied up all day. This time it includes some shots of her hands tied, and there still could be more for Monday.

Nice Study in Contrasts (Power Exchange)

Still, the "Power exchange" theme pops up quite often. It has to be conceeded that there's seldom a "reason" that the captive would *need* to be gagged in both circumstances, so "The Avengers" scenes w/ Linda Thorson and Kata O'Mara stood out in that respect. An oddity would be Nash Bridges "Swingers", where there was no particular reason why policewoman Yasmine Bleeth gagged suspect Kari Whitman when it was her turn.

But when a person of power (e.g., a policewoman, assistant D.A., gun-toting secret agent babe, etc.) is b&g'd, TV series do often incorporate a lot of evil captor gloating over her situation. E.g., Walker Texas Ranger ("Return of LaRue"), Street Justice ("Tables Turned"), The Pretender ("Amnesia"), and The Lost World ("Amazons"). Soap operas don't have the same time constraint as a one-hour TV show, so they can incorporate even longer captor-gloating.

Of course, movies can go a lot further than TV. The whole "Women in Prison" exploitation film genre is built around the humiliated prison inmates revolting and turning the tables on their evil warden and her sadistic guards. And I can't think of how TV would be able to top "Girls Are For Loving" (the 2nd in the "Ginger" series) forced involuntary orgasms predicament swapping.

The novels of Sallie Bissell
This lady has authored two novels thus far, both of which incorporate bound and gagged women in their respective plots. Her female characters seem to have a penchant for being bound and gagged.
Her first novel, entitled "In the Forest of Harm", featured lengthy bondage scenes for two female characters. Its plot parallels that of "Abducted II:The Reunion":three beautiful women who were friends in college go camping together, and they are menaced by a deranged hermit. Two of the girlfriends are kidnapped and bound and gagged not once, but twice! One is even led on a halter while bound and cleave-gagged.
I am currently reading her second novel, entitled "A Darker Justice". I've read ahead to learn that the female protagonist, who returns from the first novel, will be captured by a white supremacist group, and bound and gagged with duct tape in a cell. She was the girlfriend who escaped being bound and gagged in the first novel.
The bondage is even described in some detail, which enhances its delectability.

Are you refering to ones I consider abusive? I could do
that. I generally have only been redirecting off-topic
ones. The reason I created the "move" system was to
avoid deleting what were otherwise ok posts, just
inappropriate for this forum.

If you have some specific examples, let me know and I'll
address them individually.

How about Jessica Biel (who escaped the full treatment in TCM) for U-89? I noticed in the grocery store line that Biel is on the cover of the current November 2003 "Seventeen" magazine, for her "Hot New Look". Well, Biel would have the right height and physical attributes to play off Jessica Simpson.

Potential Jeremiah alert for tonight 10/24
I was watching SHO and in what I think was a preview for Jeremiah at 10PM EDT, a woman was tied arms apart in a long sleeveless shirt and only panties while being hosed down. There's only 1 scene for Jeremiah on the DB, and this doesnt sound like it.

on Jeremiah tonight - 10/24
2 brief non-gag scenes:

Before the opening credits, a black girl with a big short sleeve shirt is tied loosely arms apart and hosed down.

about half an hour in, the same black girl, wearing full jeans, shirt and jacket, is led into a house arms tied behind and thrown to the floor. some dialogue occurs for a minute or so and that's it.

Normally, a tease like that would not bother me. Especially in soaps, where there is a good chance they will be in another situation to be B&G. (Federal law requires a kidnap plot every month.) And both of these actress already have scenes to their credit anyway. (but Ms. Archer could use a better one. I'm not a big fan of stuff gags for the simple fact it stretches the face, and her one in Febuary had her body hidden under a jacket.) But this tease was just WRONG!

I mean what are the chances there will be another plot for these two to be B&G TOGETHER. (In leather pants and a short skirt no less.)

POLAND, NEW HAMPSHIRE
Read in the local papers that this is the first to bite the dust this season, and probably won't see the light of anybody's living room again. Which is a bummer for those of us who missed this weeks scene and was hoping to catch it in a mid-season re-run.
