> Frustrating, but still a nice white cleave gag. I think scenes like this, that are almost classic are a drag. Unconscious, a black overcoat (and she has a smokin' body) and hands in front. I hate to ask this, sorry, but what are the odds of her having a good scene anytime soon, now that they wasted her in the opening episode? God, I miss The Avengers. |
Thursday September 11 00:06:27 2003 New fall series with potential? |
I could be wrong, but I dont think I've heard anyone talk about any new series, particularly on the syndicated front, that may have potential for scenes. I caught part of Adventure Inc this wkd and saw Karen Cliche(sp?) tied back to back with a putz, but this may be an old scene.
Mightily important to me, and maybe to others, is whether or not we will get to see new episodes of "The Lost World" given the Aussie flap. I'm thinkin ABC's Karen Sisco and Threat Matrix may have some potential. |

> Frustrating, but still a nice white cleave gag. Speaking of nice white cleaves, Angel season 2 is now out on DVD. The season finale story arc had the famous "cow" scene where Cordelia is kidnapped and sold at a demon bazaar. Her captor gags her for being "a chatty cow" with what may have been the only clean strip of cloth in the whole dimension. |
Thursday September 11 00:26:56 2003 Nice white cleaves |
I forgot to post my name on the previous post on Angel season 2. Sorry about that...
to keep this post on topic.I did like the boots the damsel was wearing on the Jake 2.0 scene. I don't seem to recall a scene with such boots being bound. |

It looks like "The Lost World" may yet rise from the ashes. The ratings for the "Best of" shows this past season were actually higher than the previous season. Another season of "Best of" reruns will begin sometime this month. In fact WGN is so pleased with the shows ratings that they've asked for more new episodes. According to the last update (9/5) from the production folks, the efforts to bring the show back are going very well. And all of the cast members have expressed a desire to return to the show. Rachel Blakely is pregnant at the moment and would likely have a reduced role in early episodes depending on when production might get underway. So, bottom line is no new episodes this Fall but things are looking better for new episodes sometime next year. In other "Lost World" news, the DVD box set of season one is due in stores November 4th. |

Thursday September 11 02:03:08 2003 Sheila's Back! |
"Great news! "Sheila" (Kimberlin Brown) returns to "The Bold and The Beautiful" September 29th. And as we all know, when "Sheila" is around, beautiful women get bound and gagged. Happens every time. This time she'll have a sidekick, "Sugar", played by Robin Mattson who's role is described as a limited run.
I'd say that if "Sheila" sticks around long enough this time, the likely targets would be "Amber" (Adrienne Frantz) again or "Brooke" (Katherine Kelly Lang). Another possibility might be "Samantha" (Sydney Penny). Personally, I'm hoping for cutie "Bridget" (Jennifer Finnegan) but I think that's probably a long shot. |

Thursday September 11 06:17:28 2003 Info on new Fall cable shows?? |
So far there's been talk of new fall shows on the major networks, but what about the new fall shows on cable (basic and premium). For instance, Reno 911 on Comedy Central has had some handcuff scenes.
Anybody have more info on promising cable shows? After all cable gave us Cabin By The Lake. Remeber that one? |

I caught the tail end of the show yesterday and "Amber" jumped of a a small cliff into a rocky area. They showed a shot of her banged up and nobody was rushing down to help her so I'm taking it is she dead. (Of course in Soap Land she could just be rushed to the hospital to find out all she had was a sprained ankle.) |

God,the syndies are the best but I fear all we will get are more episodes of MutantX and reruns of Beastmaster. The era of AcapulcoHEAT types seems over. |

Thursday September 11 10:46:45 2003 Fall movies potential? |
Cabin Fever, maybe. Cold Creek Manor, possible. In the Cut, small possibility. The Missing, good possibility, great cast, director and story; western, with cultish outlaws kidnapping "teenagers" across the west heading for Mexico. Trailer shows nothing but the movie looks great.
Texas Chainsaw about one month away. Classic Jessica line in the film, "What's wrong with you people?" Five potentials, 0 for 5, or 5 for 5? |

From the San Diego Tribune: "If the writers of Jake 2.0 can avoid clichés (like Jake's girlfriend gagged and tied up and rescued at the final moment by a S.W.A.T. team), the series may become as popular as UPN's Enterprise. Hmmm. Perhaps the scribes should have Jake date National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice." |

Great B&G scene with Nancy kidnapped while watching a movie in a theatre. More bondage later in the book. Check it out if you ever come across it. |

We're always complaining about times the damsel should have been tied up and wasn't. If you watched the whole show, you'd see that, plotwise, she had to sleep through the scene to maintain her lack of knowledge of Jake's powers. Since it was required that she be knocked out, the director could have easily saved time by not having her tied up at all. Count your blessings. |

She's got a snooping impulse, and the unrequited love scenario (could they BE any more obvious about ripping off Spiderman?) suggests she'll be around a lot. At least for the entire first season, they'll have to make it that she doesn't know about Jake's powers, so get out your blindfolds, knock-out drugs, etc. |

Any time they have a gorgeous blond tied & gagged AND they show her tied ankles (and/or whole body, the tied up boots were a plus... almost as good as pumps & hose)You won't catch ME complaining. I am SO counting blessings. BTW it was a major plus that the show was VERY watchable (even beyond the occasional tie ups I loved watching Special Unit 2) |

The point is that Scene Database is pretty inclusive, especially for recent theatrical releases. |

That was a rare one with the high boots while wearing a dress. Some other nice ones shown include Megan Gallagher, Alicia Silverstone (taping her own boots) and Debra Messing B&G in high-heeled boots. Michael Michele was wearing a long pair of black boots in "Dangerous Curves" but not a dress. |

The newer networks have been known to do this, in order to attract viewers who might not be able to watch a program in its regular time slot. |

Can someone help me out here.
I remember an episode of Remington Steele, the one were they introduce Mildred Krebs. In it Mildred is an IRS agent after Steele, he flees to Alcopoco (sp) Mildred catches up with him, he knocks her out, and the next scene shows Laura gagging Mildred while Steele ties her up. After a while they come back to untie her and Laura makes small talk to her before she removes the gag. Now did this happen or not. It is not in the data base, and I can recall only seeing it once. Also was there a scene with Laura Holt and Steele taking over the house hold duties of her sister, and in one of the scenes shows Laura putting several peices of silverware wrapped in napkins into her mouth while she sets the table, as I recall she did a little talking with it in her mouth as well. Please set me straight on these two scenes, did they actually happen or no? |

She is lying on a bed on her back while Laura & reminton talk above her & she is mmmphhh-ing agrily like crazy. If I recall, the gag was one of those teeny tiny cloth cleaves, where the lady's lips are tightly closed & she is basically humming her protests. I never tried to "catch" it again because Doris Roberts doesn't really do anything for me. I don't know about the other scene you mentioned. |

Anyone recall this? You know, if MISTER ED of all shows has a DiD scene on it, I think we should compile a list of "unexpected sources" of DiD. It could make a great future article. I never expected to see a scene in Escape from Gilligan's Island, for example, and it turned out to be one of the better scenes I'd ever come across. Cute and consensual. For the curious, the scene is as thus: Gilligan was asked to tie everyone to a pole so they can safely hang on to something during a coming storm. Mary-Ann just happens to put her hands right behind her back, behind the pole, as Gilligan wraps rope around her. That's basically it, but the imagery was real nice. (Ginger later commented, "I'll never forget how he tied me up and saved my life", but her arms were over her head and weren't tied.) Anyways, if any sort of DiD exists in Mister Ed, it would really top the list of "unexpected sources"! |
