This movie is one of my Holy Grails. It is not about a series of kidnappings, only one. The victim (a cute blonde), the wife of ASTROS player, is held in the back of a van, handcuffed, by a disgruntled minor league baseball player. It's been quite along time since I've seen it, but as I recall there are no gags. It was also renamed THE GIRL IN BOX number something or other, the box being a boxseat in the stadium. I would love to find this movie on DVD or video.

I just looked on the IMDb and it says it's about a series of kidnappings. But I still only recall the one. It also says it stars Linda Day George, but I can't recall if she is the one who gets handcuffed, but I think it might be.

Thanks for the scene. I loved when Jessica got it in BWOC. That scene was one of the best of last year. Here's to hoping she gets more gags...I mean gigs...or is it gags...

I have a REALLY bad fuzzy copy somewhere...its actually a very poor scene there's no gag & her bonds are never even shown

Brian, you have so totally taken this out of context...my post was about a totally different subject ("House of 100 Corpses" or something like that...), and I happened to jokingly mention I was surprised those other posts hadn't been deleted by you & allowed to go on for so long kind of as a joke, as you are pretty up on deleting off-topic posts (as you probably should be)...figured you were being "lenient" on them (and I want to stress I didn't care if they were posted, deleted, or what...didn't bother me) I certainly wish I had never made that little comment but didn't think it would have raise such a big issue...figured it would be taken as a gentle dig by someone you knew wasn't a problem child here.

I do not remember saying that at all...in fact, I know I didn't. I didn't say a thing about you deleting any of my posts (I didn't even noticed if you did delete one & would have cared less)

Again, the comment wasn't for you to "get to work & delete it"...I guess it was sort of a gentle dig on your bulldog attitude about off topic posts.

Jeeze, how did this get to be such a big deal. Brian, I've been here since back in your Dreambook days, have corresponded with you via emails, hell, even swapped a few videos with you. I guess I thought you wouldn't think I was critisizing your moderating or whining about your not deleting posts I may have felt are "off-topic". Actually, I have NEVER commented on any post that's offtopic..they don't bother me in the least (and I was sort of digging that topic anyway!). Similar to what happened with another longtime poster a few days ago, I guess I felt as an "old-timer" I'd get cut a bit of slack. Not bending rules or anything like that certainly, but not automatically assuming the worst.
In 6 years I've never had Problem One with you or anyone else on this page & didn't want to start now.

For any misunderstanding on my part my apologies. I'm done...now back to the arts.

Actually this film used to air quite a bit on the old "CBS Late Movie" back in the early 80's. Her bonds ARE shown quite a bit. First she's handcuffed and attached with a long chain to a piece of furniture (bookcase?) in the guy's apartment. Then she's handcuffed in a van with a bomb. I'm pretty sure that both scenes are a decent length, especially the apartment one.

It's definitely NOT Lynda Day George. The guy kidnaps this cute little blonde (early 20's) by mistake when he sees her sitting in the seat that the player's wife was supposed to be in. George may have played the intended victim, can't recall. It's one of my holy grails as well.

Yeah, what about those scenes in "The Ref"? Where the little kid is wrapping a gag around that one lady (Christina something, I think) and this old, grey (or white) haired chick...

Christine Baranski.
The older woman, playing Kevin Spacey's mother-in-law, was Glynnis Johns. In an interesting bit of dialogue, Spacey instructs the actrees playing his daughter to "gag you grandmother".

Katharine Hepburn
The passing of Katharine Hepburn reminded me of the reported scene she has in "The Iron Petticoat." I've never actually seen it or any caps from it. It sounds like a short scene, but depending on how it's done, it could be worth seeing. If anyone has any more info. about this scene-or if they know where to get a copy of the film, please let us know!

Record number: 5335

Title: Iron Petticoat, The (1956)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Katharine Hepburn

Description: In this updating of "Ninotchka" which co-stars Bob Hope, Captain Vinka Kovelenko (Hepburn) is grabbed and her hands are tied behind her, her feet are bound and she is cleave-gagged. Then she is slung over some guy's shoulder and removed from the room.

Ms. Hepburn is wearing either a flying coat or a trenchcoat and knee length low heel boots.

Tied by kids
Moro wrote:

In "House Arrest" there are a few quick shots of some teens tying up their middle-aged moms. Also, there is a film called "Kidnapping mom and dad" where one of the kids gags the mom.

Interestingly, I can't think of any scenes where a kid actually unties his mom. You would think there would be a few of those. I think a child unties Vanity in "The Last Dragon" (although this is only briefly shown).

Speaking of which, I've been waiting patiently for a video clip of this scene to appear somewhere, yet nothing. As a matter of fact, now that I think about it, considering the babe and the cleave-gag, the response to this scene has been subdued at best. Is this a case where the pics are far better than the scene itself, or what?

Looking for anyone who can send me caps of this scene
y2jericholic9@yahoo.com

Also, if anyone is interested in doing a fake of this beauty, I suggest picking up July's Vanity Fair (don't laugh my gf left it in the john) and there is a pic of Amanda in a great bondage pose. Arms overhead and crossed at the wrist, looking straight at the camera. She is in a pink fishnet top that shows her stomach and a cheerleader skirt. If anyone does make a fake of this pic, could you PLEASE share?

Ms. Hepburn would have been 49 at the time, going by her Date of Birth--I'm not suggesting it still might not be an interesting scene, but it's too bad it couldn't have come 15 to 20 years earlier, because she was kinda sexy back in the day, in a strong-jawed classical beauty kind of way.

That said, imdb.com indicates it's available in only one format: PAL VHS (and French, no less!). Too bad it's not on DVD or even NTSC VHS (for Americans such as myself). Anyone out there got a PAL VCR so they can check it out and/or make caps?

Issue #4, the final issue. Its a very minor scene, one panel and she's in the background, only plus point being she's in her underwear.

Very much so I'm afraid. The fact that O'Brien does little while gagged (no MMMPPHH or gagtalk despite being led to her death) and the fact that she's wearing typical english school girl outfits, and baggy and dull grey (not the kind that appears in male fantasies) renders the whole scene rather weak.

Too be honest the recent Hollyoaks scene is far sexier and fun, despite the bondage being less effective and the scene shorter.

I remember this series, and there was a girl tied up and tape gagged in her underwear in a hotel room. It was at the end of one issue, and picked up again at the beginning of the next.
But I could have sworn it wasn't Talia, unless she has another scene in the miniseries that I dont remember.
It's been a few years since I read it, so I could be wrong.

They're not the ones that have caused all the furor by making out with each other in public, are they? Lotsa kinky stuff goin' on over there these days, it seems.

Yes, the scene you're thinking of was in issue #1 and #2 IIRC where Bane binds and a gags a asain hooker so he can deal with his victim, an arms dealer and the hooker's client. This was a very good scene with close ups and expressions and many panels

Talia gets the same treatment in issue #4 but not the same detail unfortunately.

Funny that you should mention TATU. I saw a picture of one of their members tied up (at the wrists only), gagged and barefoot. It's too large for Brian's Page, so here's the link to where I saved it:

Agree with you there Steve, and the fact that Izzy's gag was not effective is a minor point when we're talking about the delicious Miss du Toit! She looked great and I myself don't even like coloured scarves as gags. Nice touch when she's trying to talk to Ben through the scarf too.
Sad though isn't it that we have so few soap DID scenes to actually talk about in the UK. Hollyoaks must be the pioneer in this respect and has racked up 4 entries to date in its relatively short life with, you sense, more to come.
Coronation Street has been on air over 40 years now and has a paltry TWO in all that time, both of them recent. EastEnders, next biggest, just the ONE.
Oh for a General Hospital or As The World Turns to get our teeth into.

Well our soaps are more mainstream and less action oriented, but our main problem is shows like Strange, Spooks, Invisible Man, Beck, The Vice, which fail again and again to B&G their main female leads. The only gags we get in the UK nowadays is small time guest stars who have little to do except be victims, and are far less satisfying that days of lore or having female leads B&G. The last female lead to be B&G in an action adventure show here was what Jaye Griffiths in BUGS or Joanna Lumley in Class Act? Hell we're the country that gave the world Diana Rigg gagged in a leather cat suit.

And she went on to be one of our greatest actresses.

When it's "old-timers" causing problems, no they don't
get slack. Sorry. I can't run on the crony system.

That's fine. Again, I don't mean to be nasty, but I'm
still in a pretty foul mood over that whole thing. I
saw your post as a continuation of that, but I'm more
than happy to accept that it's all a misunderstanding.

The regulars are the backbone of the page, and I don't
want to alienate anyone, but this was a situation where
I really felt let down by some of the old-timers, so
any "slack" went out the window before it really got
going.

Very cool...(man, where do you find that stuff)-

esp. interesting since MTV in the US has a rule about no bondage in music videos...(granted, the rule was invoked for a putz, but whatever goes for putzs goes double for women, I'm sure...)

The scene you are decscribing sounds a lot like Legends of the Dark Knight "Prey" - about issue 14 in the LOTDK series...

and if that's not what your talking about, I highly recommend you grab a copy.... Brunette who looks a lot like Talia (she's not, though...Mayor's daughter, I think) tighted arms spreaded to the bed in her pink bra and panties and gets tape gagged a couple panels later....

Really a stellar one...I'll get my scanner up and running maybe and scan them someday

Asia Argento flick that may be tasty
For all you fans of Asia Argento (been one for years myself, long before XXX) she has just completed a movie with Dennis Hopper entitled "The Keeper" and IMDB has this summary for the plot:

When an apparently exemplary cop (HOPPER) abducts and secretly imprisons a beautiful dancer (ARGENTO), a deadly battle of wills between captor and captive ensues.

This sounds like this could be an all-time great movie, or it could fall flat on it's face. But know this: Asia is not one to be bothered by being tied down. Not by her father, for sure. Here's to hoping this flick pans out as it has the potential to do so.

That said, imdb.com indicates it's available in only one format: PAL VHS (and French, no less!).

Fans of international DiD's should check out the Toshiba Multi VCR - plays all international formats PAL/SECAM,NTSC and prices have dropped drastically due to DVD invasion to about $140US - opens up a whole new world.

With regard to a couple of things...
Middle-aged woman tied by kids-Sorry, but "Kid Cop" doesn't qualify, its title notwithstanding. Sondra Currie's captors were adults-though, in keeping with the script, they didn't act much like them.

Depending on what age kids you had in mind, you might want to consider "Teaching Mrs. Tingle". Sorry to have to admit it, but at my age, high school seniors are "kids" to me.

"Murder at the World Series"-I must admit to having only a vague memory of this one-and, of course, it was eons before I owned a VCR, so I don't have a tape to refer to, but I seem to recall a woman handcuffed, perhaps only at one wrist, inside a van rigged with explosives. I also seem to recall that she didn't come to a happy end.

The continuing "Wonder Woman" buzz-Well, I'll say it again-Julia Roberts would be my choice, even though she almost certainly would consider such a role beneath her. Then again it hardly matters, since no studio would fork over the gigabucks she'd command, unless...Hey, I've got an idea! If enough of us out here make enough noise, it just might be sufficient to overcome both Roberts' resistance (just think of her as "Erin Brockovich" with fewer clothes, Julia) and the studios' tight-fistedness (just think of Roberts with fewer clothes than she wore playing Brockovich, guys-and with a lasso and shackles to boot!). Start those cards, letters, and e-mails, everyone! We don't want the Kate Hepburn of OUR generation to end up with only one more scene than the first one did, do we?

That '70s Show
Just caught an episode of That '70s Show... It was the one guest starring Roger Daltry as the choir director. The kids TP Daltry's house in a series of quick-cut, sped up sequences. In one of them, Jackie (Mila Kunis) is seen mummified from neck to feet in toilet paper and hopping. Unfortunately, the scene lasts for about a second.
