Theres some good PG Poser DID stuff here, although sadly the updates seem to have stopped. http://www.superstories.net/posetteintrouble/ Plus the following site contains some amazing superheroine pictures (imo) of which there are a couple of tie-ups. http://www.sable-fox.com/ Also, loraxx's yahoo group contains monthly updates from the master of poser bondage himself. http://www.superstories.net/posetteintrouble/ This is a bit of a pet subject of mine, Poser is incredibly hard work to get right, but it does give you the advantage of being able to decide what distress your damsel is in, what she wears and looks like. There are even a few free downloadable characters like Black Canary and Wonder Woman that come ready made with rope props around their limbs to get you started. http://www.animotions.com/ is a good source for stuff like this. Although a lot of people charge for their models and props theres usually a free (if substandard) alternative available. Hope all these links come out ok otherwise I'll look a right idiot. |

Sunday March 30 06:38:43 2003 Tied and True Tales updated 30/03/03 |
Tied and True Tales is now two years old and I'm celebrating the second birthday of my 'baby' with a very special double-size Gallery feature focusing upon 'Love Bondage'.
Bondage can be... fun! These pictures show that bondage doesn't have to be about whips and chains - and you won't see any ball-gags, leather straps, armbinders or other specialist bondage apparatus used for restraining people here either. What you will see, however, is plenty of fun, 'clean' bondage featuring fully clothed damsels and cleave-gags, the way it used to be during our childhood and this gallery attempts to recreate that spirit, the innocent fun (or otherwise?) of our early tying-up games whether as kids or adults. This is a page you could show reluctant partners new to this bondage thing. I've also added heaps of new fictional and non-fictional tales for your reading pleasure as well as a full review of Captive Culture. As usual, check out the "Updates" page for the latest here. Lastly, thanks to all those who contributed pictures or stories for this update. |

Sunday March 30 10:04:33 2003 Mr and Mrs Smith |
There was a scene a few years ago on the CBS show called Mr and Mrs Smith With Maria Bello, and Scott Bakula. I recall a scene where Maria was bound and tightly cleave gagged in a big wine vat. Unfortunately so was Scott. He removed her gag with is teeth and left her to squirm and wiggle on the floor trying to get loose. Does anyone have these vid caps in their collection ? |

Sunday March 30 11:57:13 2003 Why gag a Did? |
In all the discussion, I have not seen what I consider a primary reason to effectively gag a DID. Yes, to prevent her from making noise is important as well as the psychological effect of having her under control. Usually, a DID who is being bound will resist and it is imperitive to ensure that she cannot bite her captor. Obviously ball gags are the most effective as well as bit gags. Some law enforcement manuals that I have read address this point. Anyone know of any movies ot TV shows where the DID attempts to bite her captor and is gagged. Your thoughts.... |

Sunday March 30 13:00:15 2003 Salma Hayek-Chiquita in Chains |
This week's Entertainment Weekly magazine (Oscar recap) has an article about upcoming projects for this years Oscar nominees. There's a picture of Salma Hayek and Antonio Banderas from the new movie "Once Upon A Time In Mexico". The photo shows an action shot from the film with Hayek having a large cuff attached to her right wrist, with a thick chain. It appears that both her hands are cuffed in front. The cuff or manacle looks somewhat of a loosie. This movie is a sequel to the 1995 film "Desperado". The picture is on page 56. |

I don't have vidcaps, but I'm about 98% sure I made a clip of this scene for my now defunct website. Since you are a regular contributor to this site, I will make this clip available to "you" if you want it. Please email me and I'll tell you when and where you can get it. Sorry I can't accomodate everybody, but I don't have the bandwidth any longer. |

There's a scene of her being carried > away from the scene on a gurney with an oxygen mask on > her face and one of the cops talking to her while she looks at the cop. Thanks for the info, Pat. I find the oxygen mask bonus scene following the main full treatment scene especially interesting, just like Kate Jackson's scene in the "Magic Fire' episode of Charlie's Angel's. What is the exact name of this Crimes En Series show/movie? I can't seem to locate an entry in the database under Crimes En Series, Crimes Series, or Double Spirale. In addition, can anyone think of any other full treatment scenes which are followed or preceded with the same damsel getting an oxygen mask, gas mask, or anesthesia mask? Any help would be appreciated. |

The one Pat's talking about is this one Mornad: Record number: 7586 Title: Crimes en serie Medium: TV Series Actress: Christine Kay Description: Episode: "Le Disciple" About an hour and five minutes into the episode, Christine is abducted, stripped nude, hog-tied hands behind to a large water tank and cleave-gagged with a white cloth. Shortly after this scene, she's then hog-tied, hands behind, to a bar at the bottom of the inside of the tank, with a hose filling up the tank with water. Some squirming and mmmphing during the scene. Ep: "Double Spirale" is the one with the orange tape gag tied to a bomb. Nice little scene as well. |

Sunday March 30 17:33:32 2003 Gagged after attempting to bite captor(s) |
> In all the discussion, I have not seen what I consider a primary reason to effectively gag a DID... --------- Other than Amanda Peet's scene in "Saving Silverman" (which utilized a catcher's mask, rather than a true gag), I'm hard-pressed to think of a mainstream scene. IMO, it's not a very bright idea to attempt to bite one's captors when one is bound. It doesn't really advance the chance for escape, and instead will only really tick off the captors -- who can certainly do a lot worse than gagging the DiD. Similarly, I rather doubt any POWs try to bite the hand of a captor, no matter how hated. That is, unless one is the limbless Black Knight of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail". |

Sunday March 30 17:35:53 2003 Re: Why gag a Did? |
> Anyone know of any movies or TV shows
> where the DID attempts to bite her captor and is gagged. Your thoughts.... There are probably very few scenes like this-offhand, I can't think of one. It may be true that realistically, the captive would try to bite her captor, but in "Hollywood", it isn't too common. There are, however, a few scenes where an ungagged captive tries to chew through her bonds. |

Sunday March 30 20:06:04 2003 Re: Why gag a Did? |
Regarding biting and gagging a DiD:
The only example that comes to mind is from an old episode of 'Wagon Train.' Susan Oliver takes a bite out of one of her captor's hands and he says something to her along the lines of "I'll give you something to bite on!" When we next see her, she has a thick cleave gag tied between her teeth and said bad guy is gloating over her: "Told you so!" I believe this is the scene mentioned in record 3914, although the write-up is a little sparse on details. |

Sunday March 30 20:59:20 2003 No gag for Rose tonight |
She's just tied lying down to a table for a few minutes--pretty good scene of her loosing consciousness. She is tied in the somewhat unusual legs-crossed position. |

Sunday March 30 21:03:00 2003 Charmed |
Brief scenes of Rose McGowan tied to a table. She's knocked out about halfway into the show and her scenes are shortly after the commercial break. Her hands are tied to her sides and ankles tied together; she's wearing a very short tight blue dress. NO GAG! Guess the spoilers were wrong on that one. No struggling. A major disappointment in my book. |

Sunday March 30 21:20:17 2003 The Pitts |
Huh, I was suprised to find that this hadn't been mentioned. A preview I saw for this new comedy on Fox appeared to show the whole family (which appeared to include a fairly youthful wife and a teenage daughter) secured in standing spreadeagle to racks and hooked up to some sort of electrodes. As is sometimes the case with new shows, this scen might appear in some future episode. The premiere is tonight at 8:30 pm central on Fox.

Sunday March 30 21:43:53 2003 Re: Charmed |
I thought Rose McGowan looked pretty good on Charmed tonight. That dress of hers was slinky. The lackagagga was disappointing, but considering the way things have been going in the last week or two, any scene in a good scene, and this one was pretty if unimagnative.

Sunday March 30 22:32:25 2003 Rose, you little tease! |
Yes, a gag *was* in the script, & no, Rose was *not* gagged in the episode. This has happened before. Lucy Lawless was supposed to be gagged in the first Xena episode in which she played three versions of herself (tramp, princess, & Xena), but she wasn't (gagged, that is.)
A TV production is like a speeding freight train with people jumping on & off & producers, writers, directors, & stars scrambling for the controls. Even if everyone gets along & agrees on everything, there are a dozen decisions an hour, multiple episodes are in rehersal, production, & post production *simultaneously*, & the phone's constantly ringing with "suits" from the network wanting to get their two cents worth in. "How you want to gag Rose?" "Wait... don't gag her at all. Then we don't have to redo her makeup." "Works for me. We'll save two setups & be back on schedule. Action!" Van's Second Law of Mainstream DiD-scenes: The reality of TV/movie production explains almost everything. |
