| Caught this Buck Rogers episode for the first time the other day. The DB mentions a handgag, but I searched through the episode and couldn't find one. Edited for time, perhaps? Can anyone confirm one way or the other, so that I can either change the entry or make a better clip? :)
As for the rest of the bondage in the episode...yeah, probably a minor scene, but (a) Ms. Leary's outfit and (b) the somewhat amusing manner in which the guard recaptures her when she tries to escape -- wasn't that "accidental" butt-grab maybe just a bit risque for 1979? -- make it a keeper IMHO... |

| ...and my copy of last Friday's "John Doe" scene simply didn't clip to my standards as a result.
Anyway, despite the hands-in-front mistake (boo) and lack of a gag (BOO), I thought it did enough of the things that a good DiD scene is supposed to do to be worth clipping. I'm happy to grant site credit to anyone who can help, and of course I'll post the clip here... |

...(a) Ms. Leary's outfit ---------- Oh no, possibly another SciFi channel edit? The Brianne Leary handgag was one of the most memorable on TV. After Rogers exits via the bathroom window, Leary leaves Rogers' room. The suspicious military guy has a huge guard handgag her, and he literally drags the petite Leary (in that wonderful slavegirl outfit) down the hall with his hand clamped firmly over her mouth. Keep watching that first season of "Buck Rogers" (before it got revamped). It's still one of my favorite TV series: Many of the sexiest actresses of the day in alien space babe getups, and series regulars Erin Gray in that spandex suit and Pamela Hensley in various intergalactic slutty Princess outfits. |

The space-age henchman's hand is firmly applied over her mouth as he moves her from room to room. No mmpphing. She does look good though. Erin Gray briefly comes to her rescue before they are both captured. They are both cuffed, hands in front, before the end of the first episode. The scene was included in the SCIFI airing a couple of weeks ago. |

The highest proportion of bondage scenes in any TV series, and notice that it got renewed whereas others that were less DiD intensive have been cancelled. There's a lesson there. I was kicking myself over missing this ep when it aired on SciFi. Sounds like I was right to do so. Grr. That said, the SciFi Channel has been on a major roll lately. Dagon, Do or Die, Devil's Prey and that night where they had new scenes on three shows in succession have just rocked the house bondage-wise. Probably just an accident of programming, but I like it. |

| Another one I missed -- it's airing on Cinemax right now, and I checked out a promotional websiter for the star, Misty Mundae, and found promotional images showing naked gals in chains and in cages. But I'm not sure those images made it to the film, or in what form they did, if they did. You can't trust thes Skinamax types at all. I do plan to check the film out when I get the chance.

Isn't this typical. I've seen plenty of bondage and non-bondage Betty Page pics, but I can't recall much leather (some gloves, maybe? Admittedly, I'm not obsessed with BP, and its entirely possible there are some pictures of her decked out in leather somewhere). But even after the Sarah Kozer incident, apparently a site like cinescape.com can't just say, 'a part that requires us seeing Miss Tyler tied up in various poses.' |
