Well, it's great to have someone on board who has some experience in the mechanics of movie bondage. A lot of the stuff we do is speculation. I've got a lot of questions. To start with, what is the DSF Society?

Who calls on you? The director? The producer? And how do they know they are going to have a problem? The nature of the bondage? The nature of the actress? Or both? Did you have a rep established for doing bondage scenes right?

She spent four hours in a hogtie without being released? That would make most pro bondage models kinda grumpy.

If that was the one shown on Granda plus, some of it was cut (some of the closes up with Judy crying where edited out). Just to let you know.

I would think it took him 4 days, from he got the idea, until he finished writing the post.

I'm willing to extend him the benefit of the doubt unless he says somethign that's obviously BS. Granted, there's a high TGTBT (Too Good To Be True) factor on this one, but that alone isn't proof the post is bogus. What's your point about his calendar?

As mentioned, this guy didn't just drop in out of the
blue. I had extensive contact with him on this subject
at a few years back.

That doesn't mean that his story is true, but it isn't
something he just made up. I investigated him at the
time, he had an extensive posting history of reasonable
(non-trolling) posts on usenet, and in all dealings
seemed to be on the level.

If you have some sort of proof that he is not telling
the truth, then you are free to post it. Simply declaring
him a liar will from this point be considered abuse
and deleted under the rules.

Clear?

I have heard alot about the scene from spun, and saw tidbits in the trailer on movies.com, but was wondering if anyone actually had the scene. I don't really have anything to trade, but would love to see it. If anyone has the scene or knows someone who does could they e-mail me at the listed adress.

Crystal clear Brian...

Just another example of why this site has been along for so long.

My opinion, for what is worth... even though it does seem TGTBT he just doesn't strike me as a liar or phoney.

This is not the trade page, you are not allowed to make
requests for personal reasons. You may ask if there
are sites where clips or caps are located, as that is
for the general benefit of the group.

The DomSubFriends Society. It's one of the SM groups here in NYC.

I've been out for a long time to just about everyone. Until she died I had a manager who handled all that stuff. Usually it was a casting director who called my manager, but the ultimate decision was made by the director and I suspect it had to do with how much negotiation he had to do to get her to do the scene. I was never a party to that, but sometimes the crew would warn me. On the other hand I was called for another job where the actress requested me specifically because I'd done one of her friends in an off-off Broadway show and she wanted someone to teach the co-star how to tie her up. Can't remember the name of the show, but I could look it up if anyone in interested.

No argument here. I noticed someone asked about the gag. If you notice how easily he pulls it out of her mouth in the scene. It was rigged so that all she had to do was spit if out if it became uncomfortable.

Paul,

I agree with you. What kind of proof do you need? As Brian said, I'm a long term member of the S/m community, you can check out my column at http://www.crystal-bridge.com. I've been a member of SAG for 30+ years and frankly the reason I'm coming out now about this is that it is more accepted in the mainstream, because of movies like Secretary. The name at the bottom of the post is my acting name and the name I use in RL.

I suppose, it was a long time and 4 moves ago, if I went back into my records I might still have my copy of the contract but I don't know how I could post it here.

As for this being too good to be true, I'm pretty sure that my experience with this is unique, so if I'm the only one who is both into the scene and a professional actor there aren't going to be dozens of people coming out of the woodwork to make it not too good to be true.

Water Rats "Final Chapter"/"Silent Running"
Major props to Lee and Jay L. for this one! First time I've ever made 24 caps for one scene -- though of course the cap specialists would probably squeeze even more out of it.

If there had been just a bit more gaggage, I'd rate it as a classic. (Okay, maybe I just will anyway...)

There actually does seem to be a real live Rick Umbaugh actor/columnist/BDSM enthusiast.

The homepage link has an interview, with picture.

Whether or not the Rick Umbaugh in the interview is actually the person posting here, or just somebody who saw the interview and used the name, who can tell.

The Gwendoline Game
While we wait for Mr. Moderator to descend on the forum & clean up the clutter from the Great Purported Professional Rigger Flame War... let's play THE GWENDOLINE GAME!

I've decided we have NO CHOICE but to cast Catherine Zeta-Jones in the role of U-89, *especially* since she'll be in her Chicago Lulu bob. (See below.)

The real problem remains: Who do we cast as Gwendoline? I'll be honest... I'm stumped. (Tall as C.Z-J., blonde, hooters, figure to die for, classically beautiful features... 'tis a puzzlement.) Who would *you* cast as Sweet Gwen? How 'bout the role of The Mysterious Countess? Fifi the maid? U-89's aunt? Zaza the *evil* maid? :-)

I thought of her, Raff, but she's got that "goofy-cute" thing going. She could pull it off, but what we need is a *CLASSICALLY BEAUTIFUL* blonde.

Yup, that's me. I would send you the picture I use online but there is no one tied up in it so it probably doesn't belong here.

This is going to be my last post on my bona fides, I want to thank all those who defended me and particularly thank Raffish for the apology, one seldom sees something like that on line. I quite understand that there are a lot of phonys out there and I'm sure this place draws them like flies so skepticism is warrented. I just don't know how to prove anything. I'm not on that film website because I've never had a major role. I've been limited to small parts and stunt work over the years. (You can see me as a butler in Maid in Manhattan, the J Lo movie, but I wouldn't go see it just to see me as my big scene was cut.)

Per, as Monard will tell you, I do much of my bondage without knots.

As to Gwendolyn, I have a picture from some porn site that could be a double for her, but I don't know where I got it, image thief that I am.

For Gwen I'd go with Sandra Reinhardt (aka Sandra Ferguson) who starred in the soap "Another World". She falls into my "classically beautiful" cagegory. FYI, she is a Miss America contestant, I think Miss Pennsylvania. Here's a URL:
