I don't out of hand reject threads that have been done to death, only those that I know from experience will shed more heat than light, and where I'll end up cracking skulls later. We've been over this the little deal before, and it only leads to arguments. It's all subjective. It's fine to list what you like in a scene (or don't like) but to put a qualitative value on a scene just isn't possible. For instance, the so-called best ever doesn't even make my top 10. Why? I don't like over the mouth. Simple as that. What does that mean in the grand scheme of things? Not much. Like I said, you can discuss it to an extent, but the first sign of confrontation or argument and debate stops immediately. |

| The "Credit Where It's Due Dept" would like to point out that Jay L. provided that scene for me to clip.
I wasn't impressed so much with the gag, it was a well done (but not realistic) gag. I prefer red cleave gag or the more rare tape cleave gag wrapped around the head. Altho Im a gag snob, a gag doesn't always "make or break" a scene, there are other ways to improve a scene even if the gag sucks. Its just one element of many of those elements. But I thought the scene on a whole was pretty good, when you take all the elements together. Cute damsel, interesting outfit, lots of screen time, variety because they change the scenery often and the bondage changes throughout the episode, clear lighting, humor, and a decent gag too. |

-------- Good "gloating" by an evil captor (e.g., T.J. Hooker "Trackdown") or by the damsel's rescuer (e.g., One West Waikiki "Manpower") is one of the elements that makes a particular B&G scene memorable for me. |

| I just watched this action movie tonight; it contains four scenes featuring damsels bound and gagged. The first damsel is not that attractive; she plays the mother of the heroine, and her hands are tied behind her back and she is stuff-gagged with gauze. The second damsel is a blonde hottie, and the villain secures her to a chair with duct tape and suffocates her to death by tying a plastic bag over her head. The third damsel is a beautiful black woman, and she is tied to a tree and gagged with duct tape. The fourth damsel is the heroine, played by Melissa Crider, and she is bound with rope and also gagged with duct tape. The delectability of this scene is enhanced by her attire; she is wearing a snug hot pink tank top and black hip huggers. |

Many thanks to Mick for giving me the server space & letting me join the Restrained Tales Family. :-) At the moment the only NEW thing posted is the final chapter of the story "preproduction," but I'm working on an all new story that will be posted... soon (meaning eventually.) The site is already up again! I think it was a server problem at lycos, because I don't think that there was that much traffic, that the site has exceeded its traffic limit. | Don't turn off those VCRs just yet. Fox is debuting a new summer series called "Keen Eddie" featuring a N.Y. dectective who goes to work in London with super sexy British actress/model Sienna Miller. That's the good news. The bad news is it appears the "Fastlane" writers found a new gig. The male lead was seen tied up and hopping around while blindfolded in one of the previews. However, a Sienna scene would seem almost certain, wouldn't it? Debuts Tuesday, June 3. Web site doesn't say how many episodes.

I've actually been a loyal follower of this blasted show for some time now (for one, hoping something would pan out, and second of all, it's pretty damn funny at times). I know Sheridan will be conked over the head this week -- she has been having dreams about clowns carrying her out and throwing her into a pit (no bondage there) for the last few weeks. Lets hope it happens differently when it actually happens -- they knock her out, tie her up and gag her is the way I hope it happens. |
