General Hospital scene upcoming
Hey boys. Just happened to flip by Soapnet and catch a glimpse of this week's upcoming General Hospital. As some of you know, Carly has just been kidnapped, and it pays off apparently. I saw a few quicks shots of her hand-gagged, and then cleave gagged with a navy cloth. Get the VCRs rolling.

"I, Detective" late night alert
Late night alert on this one: There is an "I, Detective" marathon running on Court TV as we speak. I taped the 10 p.m. CST episode, which focused on a wife who is kidnapped for ransom. The woman is show blindfolded with a tight black cleave gag and her arms tied behind her back at least twice in the last 15 minutes, and possibly more in the first 15 minutes (haven't scanned that part of the tape yet). She is rescued at the end.

It's shot with typical Cop show cameras, so the image quality tends to lean towards the jerky, Blair Witch Project type visuals. But it's worth a look if you happen to catch this alert.

This episode will air again at 2 a.m. CST.

Summer Movies
Looks like there won't be much for us with films like Charlie's Angels and Hulk judging by the lack of any possibilities.

What lack of possibilities for Charlies Angels?
Three hot women going undercover several times into a den of criminals?
This is a lack of opportunity?

The last Angels film paid off big time, and Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu, and Drew Barrymore aren't strangers to bondage. Id say there are lots of chances in this movie for something good to happen.

General Hospital
"Carly" was just shown bound and gagged for a few seconds, then they went to a commercial.

What is the actress' name?

She was bound and gagged because the police came to the door to answer a 911 call. Ric convinced them that there was no emergency. Carly freed herself but not in time to attract the attention of the police, who just left.

Carly pretended to be bound and gagged when Ric came in the room to catch him off-guard. She hit him and ran out. Ric went after her.

Re: General Hospital
Fortunately (for us that is) Ric grabbed Carly and dragged her back into the room. She is not bound right now, but more is possible.

Ha! I love the soaps. I'm sure we literally couldn't count how many times this has been done- the damsel escapes only to be immediately recaptured and tied up again. Do the shows have an automatic computer program coming up with these plots? This is one cliche I hope never dies out.

The previews I saw last night on SoapNet showed a bit different of a scene than any of the ones seen today. There was a major close-up on the SoapNet preview for the week, so I'm expecting more tomorrow. I think the actress' name is Tamara Braun. (I've been waiting for her to get the treatment for a while now)

I love Jillian Barberie
On today's Good Day Live (a syndicated live talk show in the U.S.), Jillian Barberie was showing off some very interesting shoes she was wearing. She said they had "handcuffs" built into them. Upon seeing the closeup, they seemed to be high heel sandals with a very wide stainless steel cuff around the ankle. She said they were even locked on with little padlocks. It's a familiar design to the S&M community, but I've never heard of someone wearing them as part of their regular wardrobe. She also said they're Dolce & Gabbana shoes, which is a mainstream designer name. There has been a small trend in fashion this year for bondage inspired pieces, but it's usually small details. These shoes were all-out classic fetish wear. I was painting my living room when they showed them, and after almost falling off the ladder, I started a tape rolling. Unfortunately, I didn't get a shot of them in the rest of the show (dammit).

Re: General Hospital
The episode ended with Sonny and Jason coming to Ric's door looking for Carly. The preview for tomorrow showed Carly yelling to attract their attention, with Ric telling her that they can't hear her (presumably it is a sound-proof room.) I guess he bound and gagged her before because he had to leave the room to answer the door and the police might have heard her when he opened the door. Unfortunately, he may be staying in that room with her until Sonny and Jason are gone. We'll see tomorrow.

Goten, I certainly hope that you are right about tomorrow. Also, thanks for the name of the actress playing Carly.

One Life to life #2 for Bree
Bree Williamson (Jessica) was briefly tied to a chair today by Mitch...
she was in a motel room, she was wearing a bathrobe & her hands were tied to the chair arms about 20 to 30 minutes in...she remains his prisoner but was carried (drugged) unbound up to a bedroom.

Thanks for the information. Hopefully, there will be more (with a gag.)

Does Mitch have any old scenes to his credit?

Who is the ALL-TIME soap opera villain for bound-and -gagged scenes? Is it "Stephano" from DAYS OF OUR LIVES? "Sheila" from THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL? "Stenbeck" from AS THE WORLD TURNS? Or somebody else?

Not to mention the fact that their potential kidnapper would be the still-smoldering Demi Moore (who I'd take ahead of all three current Angels, personally, but that's just me).

There's the pic I'm talking about. I'm hoping that wasn't left on the cutting room floor or something and will be on there tomorrow. And the day after...and the day after that... :-)

While Fall Guy, like almost any other series, could have had more DID full treatment scenes, IMO it did not fall
short in the DID department. According to the database,
Fall Guy had a total of 13 separate DID bondage scenes (one show had two separate scenes) and 7 of these scenes were with gags. For a show that ran 5 seasons that is pretty decent, though not superb. Ms. Thomas had 3 out of thes 7 seven scenes.

The Dukes of Hazzard, which ran for six seasons, was a
bit thinner than Fall Guy in the DID full treatment department. However, the Dukes delivered 4 full treatment scenes out of a total of nine DID scenes, more than I (and many others, I suspect) would have imagined. Two of these full treatment scenes involved Ms. Bach. Hence, the Dukes situation may not be as bleak as some people think.

Catherine Bach
Record number: 2137

Title: Dukes of Hazzard
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Catherine Bach

Description: Episode: "The Great Hazzard Hijack" (3.21)

Luke finds a stack of $50 bills, which turn out to be part of $1,000,000 stolen in a bank-shipment hijack five years earlier. Daisy (Catherine Bach) is tied back to back w/her dad. Both are gagged with checked cloth table napkins.

Speaking of Catherine Bach, I have a question about the above scene. Does anyone know what type of gag the table napkin consists of? (cleave, OTM, etc) Thanks.

From what I can remember, it's like a really thick cleave gag that barely goes into the mouth. Not a tight gag or anything, but it probably would be more classified as OTM instead of cleave.
