To quote acts which threaten or appear to threaten a person's life; this could include depictions of hanging, suffocation, or sexual assault involving a threat with a weapon; 390. However, subsection (3) goes on to state that an image is not excluded if it is contained in a recording of an extract from a classified work and it appears that the image was extracted solely or principally for the purpose of sexual arousal. Subsection (7) defines "extract" to include a single image. So, for example, if a video recording contains images extracted from a number of classified films and it appears that they have been extracted for the purpose of sexual arousal, those images would not be excluded images, notwithstanding that they have been taken from films which have been classified by a designated authority. Now it might be me, but that seems to make my collection, very dodgy. Sorry if this is in the wrong place. |

| On another message board ... I'm not ever sure which one ... someone mentioned that the defunct comics "Warlord" and "Conquerer of the Barren Earth" had a Gorean sort of feel to them. I'm not familiar with either series, I was wondering if any of you can confirm or deny that. Also, if you have any other suggestions wrt comics, I'd be glad to hear them.
This cover I found for "Conqueror" seems to confirm its Gorean-ness. (BTW, by "Gorean" I just mean "sword and sandals with slinky slavegirls strutting their stuff," nothing more.) |

Following up an earlier post, I see that one scene referred to been added to the database apparently recently. Years before SANTA BARBARA and YOU WISH, Harley Kozak got the full treatment on TEXAS. This was from the same rather nasty hitwoman who had earlier tied and gagged another DiD on the same show. There are still a couple scenes from SEARCH FOR TOMORROW, if anyone wants to add them. One was IIRC Marcia McCabe courtesy of the Ninja, this was when he again captured her a bit after her first scene (the one at her apartment). There was also Susan Monts, she was in one of the types of scenes where the DiD got tied to a swivel chair (and tapegagged). And yes, IIRC she managed to swivel around and get involved in the subsequent fight between the very busy Ninja, his confederate and the heroes. |
