Thursday July 26 05:54:33 2007 Weird Things that Throw You Off Scenes |
I'm not talking about the usual stuff: injured damsels, damsels who wind up dead, loosies, putzes, etc. I'm talking about little bits of weirdness.
Like, I was watching Jamaica Inn the other day and trying to enjoy Maureen O'Hara's fine turn as a damsel in distress, but I couldn't because of Charles Laughton's eyebrows. They were about an inch too high on his forehead and kind of broken in the middle and and the front half didn't match the back half somehow and they were just fricking wrong. So instead of just enjoying Maureen, I kept thinking, "What's the deal with Laughton's eyebrows? Makeup artist have a hangover or what?" Anyone else find weird bits in scenes that throw them off? |

Thursday July 26 06:12:09 2007 The Bill - Caught by the Killer |
British cop drama The Bill has a scene coming up next Thursday. In the tantalisingly titled episode "Caught by the Killer" Det Jo Masters finds herself taped to a chair and tape gagged by a killer.
Looks like it could run the course of the episode (an hour - less adverts)and -SPOILER ALERT! - it's girl on girl action. Double yummy! check out the website for a couple of preview pics. http://www.thebill.com/page.asp?partid=2 |

Thursday July 26 11:57:14 2007 Actors Who Are "One of Us"? |
Haven't seen much speculation that perhaps some ACTORS share our interest. Without getting too explicit, I wonder if actors who've gotten the chance to handgag or gag pretty actresses have kinda gotten...excited about it.
Do they sit in their trailer and think, "Man, I just did an extensive hand-over-the-mouth scene with ______," or "That was kinda hot when I tied and gagged ______." Because you KNOW multiple takes are filmed, which could equate to HOURS of HOM and B&G fun! |

For those interested: I'll have to look up the episode, but Brinke Stevens during an interview where she had fun with this. Recall correct? Brinke said some guy said she seems to seek out roles like her Slavegirls from Infinity one, and she told him yeah, she does. Quite humourous Perhaps somebody ran the interview up on Y00t00b, if we have anybody here with time to kill and can work their search? |

Pointed out that the gal had been kidnapped in one outfit, but had a change of clothes for the scene? He correct. Since when do street assassin/drug dealers behave like husbands and take these gals to the mall for a new outfit, huh? |

I taped Today's The Young and The Restless. There was not a scene. It ended with a dude finding Amber's ransom note. |

I just love it when a damsel's lips show through a tape gag, especially when the gag looks like it was applied very tightly so as to appear that the damsel has a second skin.

Thursday July 26 19:25:05 2007 Back to Back DiDs |
Recently somebody posted a image Teri Hatcher and Kristianna Loken tied back to back. Lois and Clark also had Teri Hatcher and Nancy Everhard tied back to back. For the readers: what other memorable Back to Back DiD scene are out there ? |

Thursday July 26 22:09:09 2007 Indiana Jones and the HOT Ex-Girlfriend |
From the Ain't It Cool News site, from the Comic-Con Indy Jones presentation, from my dreams...
Let the baseless speculation and wish-fulfillment begin!! Marion Ravenwood: "M'RMM'PFH!!" (Gaglish to English translation: Twenty years pass, I run into Indy, and *again* the bad guys decide *I'm* the one who needs to be bound & gagged?? Rope... why did it have to be rope?) Seriously, HOW CAN KAREN ALLEN LOOK SO HOT?? (...not that I'm complaining.) ;-) |

Well? Which is it? In the scene database it says Amanda Bynes arms are tied to her sides, from the pictures i see online, it looks like her hands are tied behind her back, which is it?

It looks to me like her *wrists* may not be bound at all. I guess someone will have to take one for the team and go see the movie. :-) |

Thursday July 26 23:18:31 2007 I Know Who Killed Me |
Well we get some of what we hoped.
Lindsey is tied down to a medical table. You only see from the waist up, wearing a slip it looks like. She is gagged. There is a thin blue cleave with a knot in it. She has it taken out and given a pill. You see her scream into it a few times. Lots of nice big close ups. She has a few nasty things done to her hand. So it might turn a few people off. Later she is tied to a table while she is seated. The rope just runs around her torso. |
