Wow! I'm a sucker for the classic damsel images, and this certainly qualifies. Two real cuties, tied back to back, struggling, catfight talk while tied together, good stuff there. The full episode is available for viewing online, but the video quality trails off in the latter part of the show. All the damsel action takes place in the last 30 minutes of the episode. There is only one track, and the damsels are lying between the rails. The feet of one of them appear to be secured to one rail, though not so that she cannot move them clear of it. If a train comes, the cowcatcher may harm them, but the wheels certainly won't. Sorry, but apart from the location on a railroad track I think this one is a bit lame. Classic track tie scenes have the damsel or damsels tied across the rails, making the peril palpable. |

There's an ep of Law and Order which opens with two office workers going to a conference room to talk and finding a nude bound and gagged (with her own panties) lying on the floor. It WAS an eye-opener. As a bonus, you see her a few moments later in the ep being hauled off (now clothed) by the cops with her hands cuffed behind her back. Seems she was a member of the Russian mob who crossed someone she shouldn't have. |

| Some new tidbits on Empowered:
On Warren's blog at Deviantart.com, he mentions that one of the stories in Volume 2 is sort of serious/touching, but that he lightened the tone by "bookending it with bondage" (reassuring anyone who might have feared he was dropping that element altogether). He also mentions that Dark Horse has given him the go-ahead for a Volume 3, to be released March 2008. |

Lots of squirming and complaining about how tight the ropes are. Hopefully they'll drag things out a little today before they escape. |

According to some soap pages, there will be a chloroform scene Wednesday in the USA (it ran today in Canada)- the handcuff scene presumably happens Thursday, but might be later on the Wednesday show. |

| I'm really looking forwaerd tio seeing yesterdays footage.
Todays WOULD have been great but it was all close ups no full length shot. How ironic when its ussually the opposite. gags would have definitly made it better for us but I guess I see the need for the banter. |

| Anyone see this on an HBO channel about 2 days ago? It seems they cut out the entire tape gag/kidnap scene in the beginning of the film and replaced it with a jawbreaker coming out of a machine into someone's hands. I saw this film and the scene a long time ago and I think the scene was in the very beginning of the film with flashbacks later, right? If that's right then HBO has censored the scene.
Now I know this happens a lot on reruns but almost always someone says that's it's just edited for commercials or some other excuse, but if that scene was in the beginning of the film it's now out of the movie for HBO and that's censorship pure and simple. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I watched it to the point of the girls putting the dead body back in her own bed. The scene was supposed to be before that, right, it's not just flashback? I checked the database and it doesn't have scene times. Really really surprised HBO would do that, and if they are, how many other films are they censoring because of content? |

It seems that that opening scene was sort of essential to the plot development of the movie. IIRC when the premium pay channels first started way back in the 70s, there was a big bruhaha about them editing films. Again IIRC, the FEDS stepped in and said if they were going to charge money for people to see a movie, said movie had to be what was shown in the theatres, NO EDITING !!!!!!!! Again that was many years and mucho insulin ago :-) |

| I'm been looking for this commercial for a while now, but I can't remember the details about it. It was from several years ago, and I believe had to do with sports casters.Two guys, like, replaced the usual sports casters, and the end shot was of a woman bound back to back with a man, gagged with duct tape. Does anyone know what network this commercial ran on, or where it was from? I might have it on a tape somewhere, and it'd be a lot easier to find it if I had a time period or channel to reference.
