I agree, also, as the past has proven, if the producers choose to mahe the lead a "Didnt" and go with slower story lins, the public generally chooses to tune out. If this occours, the show will have to fall back on several tried but true formulas...mainly more skin, more drama and give the audience what it wants..... Ill lay a bet that if it lasts 5 weeks, it will have a DID senerio within 8 my humble opinion |

I loved the playfullness of the whole scene and the host (Julia's) going along with the gag (pun intended)...the gag was a thick cleve that resembled a OTM so it even satisfied two different clans so to speak. She had some great gag talk and stayed tied for almost the entire episode even though she obviously could have escaped in a second. Another bonus is that every time a mainstreem scene like this (consentual, un did bondage) hits the airwaves, its only bettering our cause....there is no such thing as bad publicity or too small of an audience when it comes to putting more bondage on the tube.... Go Julia!!!!! Also, I know at least one of our members has had some luck cyber-interviewing bound celebs....It would appear that Julia might be "game" for this type of thing....any takers? |

Okay, there was no DiD action in the pilot episode. If people want *guaranteed* bondage they should look into "commercial videos". I can think of three different scenarios that would result in Veronica Mars being B&G'd, & all of them would fit the premise & style of the show. People need to LIGHTEN UP. The makers of Veronica Mars are shooting for "Nancy Drew" meets "My So-called Life." Okay, fine. We still might see a DiD scene or two. We also might see a few car chases or bar fights, but the only thing guaranteed is Teen Angst. |

Hey fans, just commenting on the posts from a few days ago regarding this subject. Would love to see a website or bondage magazine/video do a layout with girls bound up in cheerleader outfits, preferably those worn by NFL cheerleaders with the hose, boots, etc. There is something about a lady in uniform , weather it be a nurse, schoolgirl, waitress , hooters uniform, whatever, add to it some tight bondage and gaggage and boom, touchdown.! |

---- What are some of our favorite (and least favorite) TV show "mid-course corrections"? Some that come to mind: 1) T.J. Hooker: Around season 3, moving Heather Locklear from a minor desk officer to a squad car (somehow also finding reasons for Stacy Sheridan to go "undercover" every other week). 2) Melrose Place: Starting off as a plodding show about yuppie angst, season 2 added Locklear and switched to a evening sex & soaps. By season 3, it became the must-see show in its target demographic by going for over-the-top storylines (which included Daphne Zuniga held b&g'd on a boat; Marcia Cross b&g'd spreadeagled on a bed by an obsessed fan; Laura Leighton b&g'd next to a bomb by her deranged sister and left tied to bedposts to gain some breathing space; Josie Bisset b&g'd onscreen by a robber; and Jamie Luner stripped down to her bra & panties and left b&g'd in a bathtub). Not so Favorable: Buck Rogers in the 25th Century: From a lighthearted romp featuring Col Deering in a Lycra suit + some of the most appealing actresses of the era in space babe outfits as guest stars (who often needed rescue by Bucko -- such as Dorothy Stratten, Ana Alicia, Morgan Brittany, etc.) to its 2nd season as a "serious" Sci-Fi show. |

> > can anyone name a single female character written in the past several
politically correct years that IS just a sappy ingenue? > > > > IMO, there is nothing at all wrong with a female charcter having "grit". Indeed, with a little imagination from writers and producers, I would think that a "gritty" female character could end up in more DID situations than a non-gritty character. ---- I'll agree -- such as female secret agents and crime fighters. One of the few exceptions might be 24's Elisha Cuthbert, although her probability of being b&g'd didn't seem to differ whether she was a clueless ingenue daughter or a business-suited federal agent. There have been a number of sappy TV ingenues, but usually they're used as a measuring stick for character development (e.g., Melrose Place's Alison Parker) or as a comic figure (Murphy Brown's Corky Sherwood would fall under both categories). |

>>>>>Kinky-napper wrote:"Las Vegas" is one of only two non-cable TV shows I actually tune into.<<<<<<<
That's becoming more and more the case for me as well. Other than a small group of sitcoms I find funny ("Scrubs", "That 70's Show", "King of Queens", "2 and a Half Men") there aren't too many networks shows I consider "must see". NYPD Blue, NCIS, and JAG are about it. The rest? Here's how utterly moronic network programming has become: There are 6, count 'em, SIX CSI & Law & Order shows running right now, when two is plenty. In additon, I count 14 hours of "reality programmming" which I despise with a passion I once only held for pro wrestling. If that's not bad enough, they run several of the shows TWICE in a weeks time! All of this is BAD, BAD for us DiD lovers. While we might see an occasional tie-up, reality shows are barren wastelands for damsels in distress, and the CSI/L&O hexagon rarely give more than a trickle. The good news is these things tend to run in cycles and hopefully some tongue-in-cheek action/adventure show with hot babes will take off in the ratings and be widely copied. |

I posed the question why movie and television producers never broached this topic. Fictitious sports teams are always being created in the movies and television programs; why has it not occurred to producers in the entertainment industry to incorporate one or more bound and gagged cheerleaders into the plot of their movie or television show? I speculate that this might be because cheerleaders rarely, if ever, are integral to the plot of a movie of television show featuring a sports team. They're usually shown in the background. |

That would be awesome I can assure you that it would not be worth the effort. She is barely tied and barely gagged, and the horrendous "impression" of her by the band member is so grating that I think it would've ruined a naked Cameron Diaz moaning through a ballgag. |

That's obviously not an opinion shared by all, as previous messages should tell you. Typical played-for-laughs scene. I liked when the female producer yells, "WILL SOMEBODY GAG HER!" |

I wasn't expecting much in the way of the bondage, so that didn't bother me, but I took two Advils and muted the computer while I was recording it thanks to him. This one is diffently more of a capping scene then a clipping scene. (but the camera work was also not up to par on the episode either.) If it didn't involve Juliya and done for fun, it would have gone in the scrap heap. |

Thursday September 23 22:38:39 2004 Def Jam Fight for NY |
Okay, I know this was mentioned pretty recently of having a scene in it. From what I can figure out so far, you design your own character and end up picking from a nice variety of girlfriends. One of them happens to be Carmen Electra, who just happens to "probably" be the female from the scene in question. So, it looks as if she gets a scene in a game before RL...too bad.
Another thing this has me wondering about is, earlier in the game you get to decide who your girlfriend will be. If you pick someone other than her, will they end up bound and gagged? There are quite a few other nice females in the game including Lil' Kim. |

You know the type that doesn't mistake a shadow for a black tape gag or a glass reflections for a clear tape gag. Anyways, that seems like Carmen ducttaped up plus in the clip she mmphs quite nicely. I think the game itself should be pretty cool. |
