Tuesday September 21 06:33:41 2004 Tied & True Tales updated |
Another day, another week… It's all good news! For those of you asking about my father, the big news is that he's finally out of hospital and back home now! (the hardest part is learning to walk again but he's progressing remarkably well in this respect) - and I've also updated Tied and True Tales with 14 great fictional & non-fictional stories along with the continuation of two serials, as well as "A Lesson well Learnt" from my pen. For the rainwear fans out there, I've added 'The United Colours of… Rainwear' gallery (25 of 50 pictures with the remainder to be posted next week) featuring rainwear in every colour of the rainbow - who says rainwear has to be dull grey or black?
As usual, check out the Updates page to find out what's new at http://www.restrainedtastes.com/ttt |

It is not only the "skimpier outfit, it is the pantyhose and leather boots. Who would not like to see a cowboy cheerleader tied and tape gagged? Or, a raider cheerleader, in the black hose and boots, bound and gagged? Not only are there no scenes in the media, but there are no web sites about this topic. |

Apparently, a professional > cheerleader has inadvertently discovered some dastardly > deeds and has been caught by the villains. <snip> She merely has a frown on her face, and is not restrained in any way. Furthermore, she is in street clothes, not her squad's cheerleading uniform, which was a snug leotard. Yes, I recall that one, and IIRC she is actually restrained, wrists tied behind her back as she is shoved into the villain's car. But you can't even see anything -- the only reason I could tell her hands were supposed to be tied is that she has them awkwardly behind her back as she is forced into the passenger seat in the car. And yes she is in high-1980s street clothes. A wasted opportunity. There was also a cheerleaders' episode of Charlie's Angels IIRC, in which Kris (Cheryl Ladd) and Kelly (Jacklyn Smith) become pro cheerleaders. And it turned out IIRC that there was a weird cult (again, only Aaron Spelling would combine pro football cheerleaders with Satanic cults!) that captures Kris and threatens her with -- gasp -- cutting her blond hair! No restraints, and by that time our Cheryl was in a monk-like cassock. Another waste. |

Here on the east coast, the ep appears to be scheduled today for 8 p.m. tonight and then 3 a.m. Wednesday morning. So those are the EST times. Anyone in between, CYLL and adjust accordingly. BTW, for my two cents, she is quite hot in a certain pierced, gothy way. I'm really hoping this scene pans out. |

Tuesday September 21 13:10:42 2004 Y&R - Lauren - action - maybe |
Psychopath Kevin is expressing his obsession for Lauren. (Tracey Btegman) Lauren is compaining to Kevin's brother about it. Kevin has more legal problems on the horizon, and one can infer that he might want to go on the lam again. Let's see, how can he escape the authorities and still have Lauren. Hmmm. He can ask her to go on the lam with him, but she most likely won't. Soooo, he'll have get her to come willingly. And, he'll have to find some way to keep her from leaving him, right. And to keep her from screaming out, right. And because he'll be on the run with her, this could be a prolonged story line. Let's hope the writers don't blow this one. |

You may be on to something here, Carl. Why has it not occurred to any of the phenomenally creative and intelligent individuals who create manipulated pictures of female celebrities bound and gagged to create such pictures for professional cheerleaders? Pictures of professional cheerleaders abound in the mass media, and I'm sure a few of them could be modified to show the cheerleader bound and gagged. |

Would kill to see an NFL cheerleader bound and gagged. Especially a Philadelphia Eagles cheerleader who happen to wear the skimpiest outfits in the league. Also like that they wear pantyhose without the socks, love seeing nylon clad ankles. |

No restraints, and by that time our Cheryl was in a monk-like cassock. Another waste. ---- And the missing cheerleader and blonde choreographer who were previously taken captive submitted to "The Good One" without being placed in any sort of restraints. Even Cheryl Ladd's abduction was a letdown -- a Mickey Finn in her drink, rather than say, an onscreen chloroforming (as was Farrah Fawcett in "Centerfold Angels"). I've a feeling that TV/movie depictions (and photomanipulators) have to be careful about trademark infringement. Pro teams are on the watch for unauthorized usage and counterfeits -- so it's rather rare that we see an "authorized" production featuring actresses in their authentic costumes (e.g., Jane Seymour starring in the "Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders" TV-movie and Shari Shattuck in the one on the Laker Girls). Hence, most "Pro cheerleader" scenes we see on TV/movies are of fictional teams. Come to think of it, one of the few hot-buttons "The Abductors" didn't include was that its opening prologue had the three cheerleaders being forced to strip down from their streetclothes, rather than from their uniforms. |

Hence, most "Pro cheerleader" scenes we > see on TV/movies are of fictional teams. This is a thoughtfully composed message, Kinky-napper. Paradoxically, professional sports teams attempt to depict their cheerleaders as wholesome, all-American girls, despite their wearing sexually enticing uniforms. They are vigilant for what they perceive as the sexual exploitation of their cheer squads, and will do anything to nullify what they believe engenders a less-than-wholesome image for them. The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are especially protective of their putative clean and wholesome image, and would become very enriled at a Website that featured pictures of their members bound and gagged in their uniforms. Such a Website would induce a very adverse reaction, namely legal action. There are, however, countless unofficial fan pages that feature pictures of professional cheerleaders, and these are permitted to exist, despite their unauthorized use of cheerleader pictures. Perhaps a personal Website that featured images of cheerleaders manipulated to show them bound and gagged would be permissible, provided it wasn't for commercial gain? Furthermore, problems with trademark infringement might be circumvented if the trademark uniforms are subtly modified so that they aren't an exact match of the actual uniforms. The infamous "Debbie Does Dallas" movies featured this. > Come to think of it, one of the few hot-buttons "The > Abductors" didn't include was that its opening > prologue had the three cheerleaders being forced to strip down from their streetclothes, rather than from their uniforms. Were these professional or high-school cheerleaders? The producers could've simply dressed the actresses in cheerleading outfits with the name of a fictitous school to circumvent any trademark infringement issues. |

The producers could've simply dressed the actresses in cheerleading outfits with the name of a fictitous school to circumvent any trademark infringement issues. ---- They weren't professional cheerleaders, so it surprised me that the production team didn't spring for three generic "cheerleader" uniforms from a costume shop (such as Dianne Kay's school uniform when she was b&g'd in "Starsky & Hutch") -- then again, B-movies have to cut corners whenever possible. |

A letdown, at least for me...the hostess is hot, but the bondage is entirely superficial (loose ribbon tied around her torso and to a chair) and a clunky OTM gag. They barely cut to her while one of the band members does a grating impression.
Didn't someone say she had another scene on this show? Or am I just wishfully thinking? |
