Sunday October 31 00:07:21 2004 Real Gilligan's Island |
I saw an ad for this TNT reality TV show at the movie theater today (Regal Entertainment Theaters show a pre-film commercial called "The Twenty" which is...you guessed it...20 minutes long). It consisted mainly of a music video by Bowling for Soup doing the Gilligan's Island theme music. The actresses playing Ginger and Mary Ann are tied up--Ginger to a tree back to back with Gilligan (one vine strand) and Mary Ann bound AOH to a tree. Mary Ann's struggling was both energetic and very sexy. It would be very cool if this music video were available on TV, online or on DVD. If anyone finds it thus, please let us know. |

I thought that episode wasn't supposed to repeat until tomorrow nite? Or was this a different scene? |

Nope, brand new scene. I must say that someone REALLY has a thing for duct tape cleave gags on that show. |

Is this what you saw? Click this link, then click where it says, "Good for a laugh: Watch the video" to see Bowling For Soup's video of the Gilligan theme song. Past the halfway point you will see the scenes I think you describe below.. http://tbssuperstation.com/shows/therealgilligansisland |

Why in the world would anyone order a gag scene with a duct tape cleave? It's absurd. Plus, it's a totally ineffective gag, which would get worse as it gets wet from the damsel's mouth. Plus, you'd think it would be uncomfortable for the damsel to be biting down on duct tape as opposed to a cloth or just lightly place the tape over her mouth. Would love to solve this riddle. |
Sunday October 31 15:09:09 2004 CSI |
Possible CSI alert for Thursday at 9 p.m. Promo shows the cops getting a note from a serial killer saying "I have her." Of course this show's track record isn't good for live damsel scenes, but I'll post it anyway to the alerts page. |

Sunday October 31 17:26:57 2004 Scene ID? |
1. Wrists bound in front with a white cleave gag in the back of a pink (ice cream?) truck. A lady in a flower dress is the one that added the gag. The truck is driven through a desert-like area and seems to be cross a country border as the truck is stopped for inspection. Charlies Angels perhaps?

(accidently hit enter and it got posted)
2. Lady bound in chair talking with a guy putting on white face paint. Later she calls out to "Nick" who seems to fight a nun before rescuing her. At the end she says when she calms down she will call him (Nick) to apologize. Dark Justice? 3. She's transported in a crate of which the guy at the right side of the screen says he looked forward to seeing her. The gag is partially removed then she says "How dare you!". Scarecrow and Ms. King? |

Sunday October 31 21:18:58 2004 As The World Turns - Peyton List kidnapping |
I saw a spoiler for this week that says Lucy (Peyton List) and Craig (her dad) will be kidnapped. I haven't seen any other spoilers for Lucy for this week and no particular date was listed for her abduction. |

Sunday October 31 23:12:26 2004 Thinking of starting a site. |
Well, 72 members since the evening of the 29th, it seems that there are a ton of lurkers on this page ;)
I have a question for the great folks who have been putting did sites on the web for the past couple years. Any legal problems? Anything to watch out for? I want to put my list up and ask for requests, but am not sure if that is a good idea. Also, roughly how much bandwidth do you use a month? On this yahoo group, I've transferred about 0.75 GB in about 3 days, and that is from one vid cap and a couple images. BTW, it wasn't posted (by me at least) anywhere else on the web. Assuming that remains more or less constant, I'm looking at transfers of about 22GB a month, which runs about $7/month. Not terribly pricey, but then again, I'd like to have more than one cap. I'm guessing in the area of 90-100GB a month. . . I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting something though. 100 GB a month will run me ~$9 a month as far as I can see, pretty cheap, but it is still $120 a year out of my pocket. Hosting it on a non-yahoo site would probably eliminate most of the legal problems as the yahoo gods and other folks wouldn't be snooping around. Of course, this costs a bundle. People have offered me free hosting for pics before (thanks again btw), but I really can't accept. I know beggars can't be choosers, but all my stuff is in video form and it is a fair bit of extra work for me to extract images. I have about 75 hours of hi-res tv episodes, etc sitting on a hard drive waiting for me to cap right now, and I really don't have time to extract pics. Oh, BDSM friendly and cheap ($$) hosts would be great too. I'd hate to have my site pulled because the host just doesn't like it. Any insights would be great, feel free to email me off list if you want to. |

Explain please and thanks again! Stacey's wearing a tight fitting black cowgirl outfit with the obligatory boots, etc. Sorry I can't fire your imagination any better than that for the moment, but I will say that the hair and clothing on all the lead actresses was kind of the motivation for me taking a flyer on this one. The thing about the OTN faux gags aka robber masks is that at least two of the robbers are shown in extreme close-ups, where their eyes are simmering over the top of the masks. Imagine the scenes in cap form, and they look like close-ups of gagged women to a good extent. |
