Well, we'll have to hope for Jordan since the hot blonde intern "Devon" (Jennifer Finnegan) was blown into a zillion tiny pieces in a fiery plane crash a few episodes back. However, they never actually found the body, only her cell phone. I was hoping that they might come up with some theory like her luggage made it to the plane but she didn't and then the closing shot would be an innocent looking suburban house. Then we pan down to the basement and there sits "Devon" bound and gagged and being menaced by a nut who tells her that "No one will even be looking for you because they all think you're DEAD!" But alas it didn't happen. She'll probably stay dead since Finnegan has a new sitcom deal with (I think) NBC. |

If it doesn't have to be an actual saw, there's the serial "King of the Forest Rangers," with the heroine tied to a conveyor belt heading for some sort of grinder--two converging wheels with big teeth. And in another chapter she's tied hoh with an airplane propeller on a conveyor moving toward her--sort of like bringing the buzzsaw to the victim instead of the other way around. Einstein would consider it equivalent.
And I recall a quick flash of Betty Hutton tied to a log in The Perils of Pauline. Might have been just a still, though. |

Saturday November 27 13:16:44 2004 RE: Veronica Mars |
The upcoming episode of "LM" has Laura going undercover into a cult to investigate kidnappings. Sounds like a promising scenerio but I'm not holding my breath. This show has been a dissapontment thus far. In the Nancy Drew novels, Nancy was often getting into some bondage peril, yet when the stories were done on tv we never see our herooine in any kind of restraint. Hopefully this weeks episode will pay off, something like Laura undercover in the cult and getting found out, in the next scene then we see her bound and tightly cleve gagged as the cult members decide what to do with the trader in thier midst. Not holding my breath though. |

Saturday November 27 13:26:10 2004 Suprise bondage |
In reference to Goofus' take on Laura Mars, remember that Wonder Woman never really payed off with good bondage until the last season. Sure they had Lynda Carter tied up every now and then, but nothing really worth noting, that is until the last season when Lynda got to taste the tight cleve gag a few times. Especially nice was the "Dolphin" episode where she's caught by the baddies, I'm saying , well maybe they might tie her up and that's all, but then the heavy says to the other "it's a good thing we gagged her"- next scence- wolah- a close up of Lynda's pretty fice with a nice tight black cleve gag. She struggles nicely and eventually escapes when the doofus bad guy leaves her alone. The tight cleve she sported in the "Hot Wheels" episode may even have been better as there were more close-ups of her, and may I say how pretty she looked with the black hair, chisled cheek bones, too die for blue eyes and tight cleve, if I could have changed one thing in these scenes I would have had her in a skirt or dress with pantyhose and have some ankle bondage as well as I find that very sexy but you can't have everything. So hopefully we will see the cute Ms. Bell get a taste of the cloth sometime in the future. |

Saturday November 27 13:54:52 2004 Veronica Mars |
> This show has been a dissapontment thus far. In the Nancy Drew novels, Nancy was often getting into some bondage peril
---- Before the first episode of "Veronica Mars" aired (and prior to a server crash experienced by Brian's Page), I'd posted excerpts from an interview with its producer and lead actress. The producer had made it a point in noting that it was NOT going to be a Nancy Drew type show ("...Nancy Drew was about finding the missing jewels in a hidden cave...") and instead was going to be involve realistic, social problem-solving; while Bell had stated that what specifically interested in her with the role was also that it wasn't an ol' Nancy Drew knock-off. With both the executive producer AND the lead actress on record as wanting to steer the show as far away as possible from Nancy Drew storylines/situations, it's rather unlikely there'll be a 180-degree turn. |

The early ratings for this show were beyond bad, even by UPN standards. Haven't checked it lately, but I wouldn't expect more than just one season for this dud. Plus, the lead doesn't interest me as a potential damsel, IMO. She looks completelt disinterested. |

Not holding my breath though. Unlikely. From the preview, it looks like the tension is around Veronica Mars finding the cult somewhat attractive. The climax will probably be more along the lines of her finding out they really are bad than of them finding her out. |

Saturday November 27 21:36:54 2004 Species-III on the SciFi Channel Tonite! |
I meant to mention this earlier, but a THIRD installment in the "Species" saga will air on SciFi at 9PM. Nothing explicit is shown in the previews, *BUT*... I swear it looks like when the blonde is lifted into the air by a big tentacle-thingie, it *looks* like she's naked & *may* be sitting in a chair similar to the famous aluminum & blue strap chair Nasty Henstridge rode in Species-II. Maybe there are restraints earlier in the scene.
Anyhoo... it's possible. A Left Coast Alert from our Right Coast bretheren (or sistern) would be appreciated. :-) |

Robert Rodriguez, say in an interview that she made the movie frame by frame acording to comic book, and if you se the trailer, you can see the similarity between the scenes and the comic. So not only wee see JA Tied and gagged, we see nude. |
