No closeups and the damsel was sitting on a bit of an angle. Not much of a scene. Preview for next week shows Vanessa Marcil going undercover to bust a money laundering operation hitting the casinos. Hopefully, they'll put that roll of duct tape to good use, with closeups. |

Afew years back, there an Interview/Clip type show featuring Producers, Linda and others and their comments, that passed around to Collectors for the scenes. Though it more on production and stunts in the show, ones like the Purple Monster featured. They mock the Martian for sounding like a 30's Gangster with a B&G'd Linda. Humourous. Recall correct? Linda was abit of a rowd whom irritated afew Producer types by doing her own stunts. Apparently, really her getting knocked off the horse and other things a goon girl would normally be in there for. Since brought to attention, I have noticed some either B&G'd DiD's, or just there when the scraps start, slink off to the side, or up against a wall. Haven't really noticed if B&G'd Linda is closer, or right in the middle of the mayhem in comparison? Problem is, 30's-40's serials appear to have scraps break out every single chapter. A dedicated Serial fan would have better idea if Producer type comments related were factual? Or rumours passed on to hype the show? |

Was there anything on "Missing" on Saturday night? The plot synopsis sounded promising; it read, "the daughter of a politician's aide disappears while investigating a human-trafficking ring", or something similar.
When does this episode repeat during the week? |

Absolutely CRACKING facial close-up/reaction shot!! Well lit, calm, resigned, reasonably composed in the circumstances, with just a wee hint of worry. Such a pleasant contrast to the hysterics on show on "Coronation Street"! Very 1960s too, right down to the camera tracking upward from her bound ankles |

I can´t find the Clip on line but i went to See "Captain Sky..." at the Theater, they show the Teaser-Trailer of "House of Wax", you can see Paris hilton, tied and gagged in some kind of table and Elisha Cuthbert tied too but presumably dead.

The show along with "Wild Card", I think, are currently in reruns for the holiday months, so these are shows that already aired. New episodes likely will begin in January. |

Also have had no luck finding anything on this movie. Pretty amazing that WB would book two huge stars in Cuthbert and Hilton and not promote this thing one bit with its release date scheduled for April 2005. The official web site is nothing but a banner of the title. Also, I doubt Cuthbert's character will be killed in this movie, since she is the lead. Likely just KO'd in that clip. |

His accomplishment in doing so is the equivalent of a normai person making a six drawer bedroom dresser, with mirror, using only a dull axe. Keep up the great work Biff! ---- Not sure if persons are generally aware that MSN TV2 Internet & Media Player (MSRP $199.95) was released last month, and received a relatively favorable review on November 24 from Matthew Fordahl (AP-Technology writer). It now supports high-speed connections, an updated browser, Flash player, and document viewer to support Adobe PDF and MS Word. |

I have recurring habit of pushing the edge of the "on topic" envelope, & I know Mr. Mod says this is *not* a critical forum, but the following has been building for a *long* time, & I have to get it off my chest. I saw "National Treasure", & thought it was a very good movie (especially for something by the House of Mouse) & I gotta tell ya Nicholas Cage & the other guy just *talking* about whether they were gonna use a roll of duct tape on Diane Kruger (especially with her watching the exchange) did more to ring my chimes than any number of serial killer victims getting "the full treatment". I'm in this for the DAMSEL-IN-DISTRESS action. You take your scenes where you find them, & *try* to ignore the parts that turn you off, but I want to see a heroine or damsel restrained in a context of Action, Adventure, Fantasy, & *not* in what amounts to a rub-your-nose-in-it snuff movie. Am I alone in this? |

It's often a double edged sword that for me goes all the way back to the early seventies with "Last House on the Left", pretty girl, good scene and a terribly violent and disturbing film. The tag line catching the duality of vicarious enjoyment mixed with revulsion: "It's only a movie... it's only a movie." |

I still get something out of doing it ... so until that equation changes, it's business as usual. Re Kinky-napper's post: I was initally please to see MSN TV2 on the horizon ... but a little investigation revealed that all's not well in the world of internet appliances. Unfortunately, 2 has no Page Builder program ... meaning that anyone using it won't be able to create a website. And no image capture capacity ... other than with a digicam. Oy vez mir. |

Tuesday November 30 21:31:14 2004 House Of Wax scene |
I never thought there would come a day when we would be treated to the sights and sounds of "spoiled socialite", Paris Hilton bound and gagged. This is potentialy a dream come true as far as I'm concerned. If this scene lasts long enough to allow for some struggling and mmmphing then this will be amazing. Elisha ahs already proven that she can deliver in these types of scenes, so not only might we be given the magical opportunity to see Paris with out the ability to move or speak, but we'll get the best gift of all and that's seeing 2 girls bound and gagged together in the same scene! It doesn't get much better than that. I just hope that if they are in fact gagged, that they are both still alive obviously, but that they're also gagged with tape so as not to allow them any way of communicating with one another. The main reason why I enjoy multiple DID victims together in teh first place. The interaction between 2 helpless girls. Can't wait for it to come out. |

Likely just KO'd in that clip. i Thing you right, i saw the Clip, and the Quality is very poor, and is Small, but i thing that in one moment a blondé gir´s mouth (i can´t see the face) is covered by the hand of a short man with a hat. (Probably is Elisha). Pds: Paris is blonde too. |

(unsigned poster) wrote:
>multiple DID victims If they follow the plot of the previous two versions, don't hold your breath. My guess is that Hilton will be an early victim. IIRC the heroine';s best friend was turned into a wax dummy, and it was the discovery of this that led to the denouement. Given Ms. Hilton's acting talents, I suspect they'll want to get her out of the movie as early as possible--it's stunt casting. However, none of the early victims in the previous version got tied up, so that's a distinct improvement. The climactic scene the last two times was the heroine helplessly waiting to have boiling wax poured on her while the hero fights with the villain. Last time around was not very satisfying, since Phyllis Kirk was supposed to be nude and in the 50s you couldn't show anything, so we got numerous closeups of her manacled hands and feet, but never in the same frame with her face. |
