Don't know if this was already mentioned but one of the recent Entertainment Weekly issues (August 5, 2005 to be exact) had a small photo showing a woman blindfolded with duct tape (wrapped around head) & cleave gagged w/ a dark, nasty looking, thick cloth. She appeared to be in a cage. Pic only showed head & part of her shoulders. It looked like she might've been tied/chained/cuffed w/ arms spread out against the back of cage but hard to tell for sure. |

| I think we all missed this when the international trailer was released last month, but there's a lightning fast image of Jessica Alba tape-gagged that we haven't seen in the promo stills for "Into the Blue."
Click on the trailer at the link under official UK site. About 30 seconds in, right after Walker comes up from the water and says "Yeah", they flash a couple sequences really quick. One of them shows Alba tape-gagged in a great closeup with Josh Brolin next to her. This is another angle of the scene shown in the stills where he's holding the cell phone. Second scene shows Alba cuffed but not gagged dragging the guy she's cuffed to that we saw in the 2nd gag promo still when she's on the ground. |

| Hi guys,
The ol' Greyman reporting to you from my home in central Mississippi, where we just got our asses seriously kicked by a hellbitch named Katrina. No loss of life or limbs here, but I just got my power back on in my home. It's been out since Monday afternoon at 3PM and let me tell you that Mississippi in August is NOT FUN with no A/C or even a fan. Worse, I have relatives farther down south that I haven't heard from yet. We don't know what's up with them. Communications are spotty. Here's hoping they got out. The biggest problem around here is gas. Only about 20% of the stations in the area have power and people have gone utterly insane. They sit in lines for 4-6 HOURS for gas. We're under a 9PM to 5AM curfew and so I got up at 4:30 this morning trying to beat the rush. Ha! The line for gas was a quarter mile long! I think some people actually slept there. The only good thing to come out of this is I hope to actually finish a story or two and update my site this weekend. Seriously, I'm bitching about some inconveniences, but as long as my relatives are ok, there are others who are doing far worse down on the coast and in New Orleans. |

Anyway, if it's any consolation, Keener had a rather pedestrian hands-tied-in-front scene-sans gag, sadly-in "Being John Malkovich" that believe it or not almost secured her a place in the Hall of Fame. You see, she was nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her role in that film, which meant that she and not Angelina ("Girl, Interrupted") Jolie would have become Bound Oscar Winner Number Two, after Susan ("I Want to Live!") Hayward and before Charlize ("Monster") Theron, had she won. As it is, though, we'll hardly remember her once she's done unless she gets busy and puts some more scenes into that database. |

Thankfully this one got resuscicated. While it was not Ana Layevsky I'll settle for it. I don't the characters names in this one or the actress, but it's the couple I call the plastic couple, because the guy is so made up that he looks plastic. Didn't catch the beginning of the scene but found the middle aged wife sitting in a couch and the guy on the floor both being taped up. They were being menaced by the killer dressed like a woman. While he was taunting he got a call notifying that someone was coming, that's when he goes for the tape to gag them with. We then see Victoria Ruffo come into the darkened room and is surprised when the lights come on and we see the couple in a wide shot taped at the waiste and ankles. There are two close-ups of the woman and one of the man. Great looking masking tape gag wrapped around the heads. The episode ends with the killer confronting Victoria. Previews showed only old scenes. Continues monday at eight with a two hour final episode. |
