I found these pics from a movie called Nutzoids in Cannibal Cove. Has anyone heard of this movie before? The very end looks worth checking out.

It's a great waste of bikini girls in peril. Two girls, wearing bikini and shorts, are kidnapped by terrorists and all we see is a video shot of them blinfolded and with hands tied in front. Maybe two seconds, then they stay unbound in a cellar somewhere in the jungle where the hero find them. |

> Yes,
> she was a real babe, wasn't she?! Yup. Wish I'd seen the actual movie, not just a few little caps of that scene, because that detective gag looks rather tight. I was always hoping Ms P would get it in "The Roaring Twenties" - her character Pinky did get kidnapped in plain sight and taken away at hidden gunpoint, but only a guy got the treatment, to provide her with a male disguise. Boo-hoooooo! (How do you spell that in other languages?) Still not many marching > scenes around. Off shiny top of head, there's "Okavango" with a double scene, "A Quiet Day in Belfast", "Darkman", "Cabin By the Lake" and "VIP" (two more doubles), "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka!" and the shown-once-and-forgotten opus "An Unusual Way to Die", which hadn't even made the IMDb last time I looked. That featured a lady (and a bloke) being marched with hands tied behind and tight gags of wraparound black gaffer tape. |

Lets play our game: WHO WOULD *YOU* CAST AS THE WARRIOR QUEEN. Just for grins, lets limit ourselves to British actresses. (Remember, Bodicia was a "mature" woman with two teenage daughters.) ---- Van, I'm surprised you didn't nominate your favorite Julianne Moore, who has this month's "In Style" magazine cover and lead article (talking about herself and her real-life daughters). Moore will also be the subject of a new "A&E Biography" airing April 27 @ 8PM E.T. Of course, back in Boudica's day women tended to get married by around age 14/15 (and started having children afterwards), so a "mature woman" has different reference point than it does today. |

Wednesday April 21 05:48:27 2004 DVD makes some bondage scenes even better! |
I wonder if any of you have enjoyed the great features that DVD gives you. For instance the first DVD I bought that features bondage is I LOVE LUCY VOL. 4 with the episode, The Amateur Hour. Like my copy on VHS I can pause but I can also ZOOM in, thus getting a better look at lovely Lucy's bonds. And not only that, you can play episodes in other languages, in this case Spanish. Its interesting hearing another actress doing Lucy's lines, particularly the gagged sounds. Where Lucy was gagged by an apple, it sounds like the Spanish actress hand gagged herself.(Would've loved to have been in the dubbing studio!) Also, where as Lucy sounded angry in her gagged screams, the spanish actress sounds frightened in her mmmmmmghs.
Have any of you found other bondage scenes inhanced by DVD special features? And to those of you who speak spanish, does the following dialog translate directly into spanish? Mrs. Hudson: Oh listen now, I'm ALL TIED UP! Lucy: Yeah, well that makes two of us! Lost Cos |

I just recalled another such scene. It occurred in a defunct television drama entitled "Chicago Story". The actress was Molly Cheek, and she played a lawyer who was investigating renegade police officers who were murdering criminal who had evaded prosecution because of minor technicalities. Anyway, her investigation disquieted the renegade cops, and they kidnapped her. She was shown being overpowered by the villains; one of them pinioned her arms while another gagged her with a big strip of white tape. She fought ferociously, trying to call for help through her gag. The next scene showed her being marched to a secluded spot in a local cemetery; she made some noises through her gag while she was being marched. The camera then focused on her face, with her eyes closed in anticipation of impending death and her mouth gagged with a strip of tape. She was, of course, rescued in the nick of time, but her rescuer left her bound and gagged for a little while longer, and the camera showed her looking at her rescuer, her mouth still taped shut. |

1. The guy at the left accuses her of doing something and she's saying over and over that she's innocent. They bring over some wooden clamping device to begin foot torture on her. She's tied in an upper spreadeagle laying on her back with no gag.
2. Blindfolded, wrists individually cuffed to side of chair at about waist level. The first image shows her captor brushing his teeth in the background, later he offers her chicken noodle soup from a white pot of which she refuses to eat it. |

I could die a VERY HAPPY CAMPER if Julianne got the part, but the game was to choose a *British* actress. Rant: Ms. Moore is waaaay overdue to give us a good DiD-performance. She runs away from dinosaurs real good, but dinos don't have opposable thumbs & don't bind & gag their food items. Hannibal didn't tie her up (not counting the hair thing.) She's done action... ENOUGH WITH THE CHICK-FLICK STUFF! On with our game: What BRITISH actress would you cast in the role of Boudica? |

And for me that was a great sequence in so many ways: Dorothy has to use her skirt to throw over the heads of the goons chasing her and slow them down, revealing tight khaki hotpants and boots; she gets captured anyway, the scene cutting away as she struggles in the grips of the surviving goons (ones dies by banana peel -- really!); then as she is marched, her hands tied behind her back, gagged tightly, the Dr Evil Guy is in the middle of railing against his staff for letting her escape when he sees her captured. "Ah...I once thought you were clever, but you were foolish enough to try to escape...(to minions) Put her in the rocket!" Then there are scenes of her being led to a rocket and thrown inside and at least one where she struggles inside the rocket. And yes she was a major babe. |

> > So, a new Bodica movie! (It's spelled different

What have the Romans ever done for us?) Ancient Prythonic being an unwritten language, we don't have a guaranteed record of her exact name. In modern Welsh, closest to the Iceni queen's own language, it's Buddug, pronounced "Bithig" with the "th" voiced as in "that", and in English it's Victoria! > Lets play our game: WHO WOULD *YOU* CAST AS THE WARRIOR > QUEEN. Just for grins, lets limit ourselves to British > actresses. (Remember, Bodicia was a "mature" > woman with two teenage daughters.) Siobhan Redmond is about the right age, and can do lean, mean and driven very well. Okay, she's Scottish, with elfin charm rather than classic beauty, but a genuine fiery Celtic redhead and a fine actress. Diana Rigg or Rula Lenska would have been great in the role a couple of decades ago! Alex Kingston, bless her, I wouldn't follow across the street, let alone into battle with a Roman legion, and the script sucked sauropods. Sian Phillips was much more regal and credible back in the 70s. Whoever play Buddug and her daughters, I fear the sickening context of any restraint (whipping and gang rape) would put me off watching it. |

For most of the episode she is held hostage in a remote cabin (i.e. remote enough for her not to be gagged). She is blindfolded with a blue bandanna, and her hands are cuffed separately to the sides of a heavy wooden chair which is bolted to the floor. Couldn't agree more about Emma Thompson.
I was lucky enough to attend the BAFTA awards this year (the British film awards, like the Oscars), and she was absolutely stunning. Meeting her, even briefly, was an incredible experience. If anything could have saved the "Avengers" film from Fiennes, Connery, and the script, it would have been Emma T as Emma P. |

In "Blood of Fu Manchu" about a dozen babes dressed in rags are led through a jungle to Fu Manchu's hideout, their wrists chained behind their backs, their collars chained in coffle, and with hoods over their heads so they can't see or make noise.
In "Strip For Action" Maria Ford and another actress are abducted strippers who are forced to hike through the mountains with their wrists cuffed behind their backs (they're also wearing cutoffs). In "Cheyenne" Bobbie Phillips is led for some time with her wrists tied together in front of her, and a leash running from her wrists to her captor. |

The damsel is Faye Dunaway (yes, you remember now, don't you, oldtimers?), tied to a radiator in her bedroom, I believe, in "Three Days of the Condor," having just been subdued by Robert Redford after a brief struggle. She's looking at him with a glare that would melt diamonds, and after an interminably pregnant pause, she declares, "This is...UNFAIR!" "I know," sighs a resigned Redford, and then stuffs in the cloth. Love it, love it, LOVE IT! |

I'm mentioning this for completists' sake. It hardly merits a database entry.
Right after the commercial at about 45 minutes in there's a 'blink and miss it' shot of Laurel Holloman tied & cleave gagged from last seasons' "Deep Down" episode. Right before the commercial Wesley smashed a mystical object which caused the Angel gang to regain erased memories pertaining to the existence of Angels son. The Holloman shot is part of a montage containing several brief shots representing those memories. |
