Didn't see it after recording TNT from 7 to 9 PST -- though I did miss the first commercial break, which (given my luck) may well have been when it aired. Or maybe they don't run MetroPCS ads in my market. If the peeps want to keep providing west-coast alerts, I'll keep trying to grab it and make some caps. |

I'd throw it on geoshitties, but afaik they will whine. email me if you can host it. I capped it to xvid and I have a couple nice jpegs. Wow that gag is nice! Also have a couple jpgs of the crap scene with her last episode (it was 51 frames long /sigh. . . maybe they were just getting her used to it ;) |

However, since the idea was already utilized on JAG (when Harm & Mac were being held hostage at gunpoint during an embassy coup, Harm flicked out a Morse code message on a cigar lighter), perhaps a writer on Navy NCIS could pick up the ball. Somehow, the 21st century equivalent (typing out an e-mail or pager message, and downloading it) lacks the dramatic tension of Elizabeth Ashley crawling from the bed to phone, tapping out her Morse code message (no time to repeat her message!) w/ crossed wrists still taped behind her back, then hurrying to crawl back to her original position on the bed before her captor returns to the bedroom... |

And were her hands tied down to the chair, as well as together? |

Just wondering about some shows that refuse to give us some good bondage. Remember, in it's last season, Wonder Woman put Lynda Carter in tight cleve gags in 3 different episodes. It contrasted nicely with her great cheekbone structure. On show that continues to fail miserably is "Charmed". I'm sure most normal red blooded guys watch ths show hoping to get a scene. Forget about Alyssa Milano with the dyke haircut. But a tight cleve with both Rose McGowan and the other chick is long overdue. Another show that often disapointed was Dukes of Hazzard. Yes, Cathy Bach had a few scenes, but never a real good tight cleve. Too bad as she would have looked cute all bound and gagged in her daisy dukes. Rumor has it that a movie Dukes is in the works with Brittney Spears to play DD. Although her legs are a litlle too muscular to show off in, still would'nt mind seeing America's favorite nympho getting a full treatment scence. Any thoughts from my fellw bondagers? |

OK, we got a bondage banter with caps from Sign of the Cross -- BOTH bondage scenes, as well as cogitations on the fact that apparently there was a gorilla sex meme loose in America in the 1930s.
Speaking of oversized sex partners, we have a review of "Magic Woman M" in our anime section, which features M and another gal doing it with an ogre about four times their size. Members get explicit caps of Magic Woman M, Stepmother's Sin, Cool Devices, Bondage Queen Kate, Holy Virgins, Darling, Bizarre Cage, Desert Island X, Fragile Hearts and quite a few others. |

Thursday April 08 12:29:15 2004 Comic fans: question on "Doc Dare" |
Bud Plant's listing a new reprint of the "Doc Dare" trade paperback, something I've heard of, but never read.
Now, the cover (which is too large for me to post here, but if you follow the link you can get the fullsize version) is one of *the* best D-I-D illustrations I've ever seen. Question for those who've read the series: a tease? Or is there more good stuff inside? Eight bucks-plus-shipping worth? |

Some very good bondage throughout the series, though I couldn't tell you right now exactly where it pops up. $8 + shipping may not be a steal, but it's close. |

Agreed on "Charmed" although ranting about here is not allowed, so I'll just say yes the show does suck and I don't even record it anymore. I disagree somewhat on "Dukes." Reminds me a little of "The Fall Guy" where the female leads (Catherine Bach, Heather Thomas) each had multiple scenes but no real great ones. But what they did give us was better than nothing. Although I'm not a hand-gag person or a nongag person, Catherine had a great handgag and chair tie in the back room of the Boar's Nest in her shorts. Only thing missing was a gag. Finally, Jessica Simpson has secured the role of Daisy in the bigscreen version of "Dukes." She either won the role or Britney passed. |

There's a new trailer out for Kill Bill Volume 2, and there looks like a few shots from the scene with the full treatment in the script. No gag, and from what I saw, no bondage. So I think we lost out in this one..

Thursday April 08 21:30:10 2004 Days of Our Lives tomorrow |
The day-ahead spoiler for tomorrow says
"John is driving a blindfolded and handcuffed woman in his car, telling her that her killing days are over. He can't even believe Marlena confessed to the crimes as well, but he knows his wife couldn't do all those crimes. He rattles off all the people killed as his passenger wrestles with her tied hands and finally whacks him in the head, causing his head to swerve. She chokes him with the tape used to bind her hands and his head falls on the steering wheel and his horn honks away as she tries to open the locked back door (love those kiddie locks). He comes to and pointing a gun at her, says sorry sweetheart, you aren't going anywhere. He retaped her hands (what, no handcuffs in your ISA kit John?) and tells her that her first stop will be to see all the family of her victims and the last stop will be death row. She continues struggling in the back seat." |

Just saw the Spiderman 2 trailer on tv - among the quick action clips was a shot of Mary Jane (Kirsten Dunst) with her arms bound overhead. Didn't actually see the bonds in the shot, but after Tivo-ing it, there's not much doubt. |

I'm sure most normal red blooded > guys watch ths show hoping to get a scene. {Snip} It's important to keep things in perspective. VAN'S FIRST LAW OF DiD-SCENES IN MAINSTREAM MOVIES & TV: It's never about the BONDAGE; It's always about the STORY. Most TV productions & movies are marginal at best, & the number of mainstream creative projects that have a *serious* bondage slant are miniscule. Multiply by the difficulty of trying to get anything good on the big or small screen. Multiply *again* by the number of suits more than willing to tell the creative people what to do 'cause some focus group didn't like this or that. Although the Damsel-in-Distress is a bona fide Cultural Icon, whatever we see is almost always watered down, ineptly written &/or directed, & further spoiled by the committee process. ...& another thing: Over the years, almost every series I've ever watched (Charlie's Angels, Wonder Woman, X-files, Buffy, Charmed) has been an exercise in FRUSTRATION. DiD-scenes are ALWAYS few & far between, & series become hotbeds of bondage *only* in fond, flawed, & highly selective memory. ...& another another thing: I was disappointed by the duct tape floating towards Willow like everyone else, but give the writers a break. The tape was going to be a BLINDFOLD, probably followed by a tape-gag & a little bondage... all of which came off BEFORE her invisible kidnappers hustled her into a PUBLIC PLACE for the final scene. Sure, *WE'VE* disappointed none of that was on the screen, but the Car Chase Forum people are no doubt *devastated* the car ride from lair to exchange site wasn't filmed *&* wasn't a high-speed chase! :-) Van's Law #1: It's never about the bondage; It's always about the story. |

Hope you find one though...it was a hell of a couple pics. A thought: Mr. Moderator, could pics like that one be posted over on the AG page as opposed to here? I'm not sure of the "nudity" restrictions over there but it would be a way for pics like that one, which would probably be of interest to most everyone here, to be seen somewhere on this site & not break the rules here on Discussion.
