I never really imagined a scene to occur on this show given its light nature. This week it moved from Fridays to Thursdays because a past rerun of the first show got better ratings in that slot, which is after Tru Calling. If the ratings endure and Tru gets renewed it looks like Wonderfalls will be around for a while. If this happens, I suggest checking reruns. Who knows how long the renewal will be in effect? If it gets cancelled during the second year the odds of cable reruns or DVD sets look bleak. |

Unfortunately, there's only a single shot that's less than six seconds long, and she comes to a bad end (offscreen). Guy alert. _____________ Record number: 10158 Title: Borderline Medium: Movie Actress: Gina Gershon, Carolyn Balogh Description: Dark-haired Jenny (Carolyn), wearing a sexy short red dress is attacked inside her house and is shown lying on the floor with her hands tied behind her back. She is barefoot and her feet are not tied up but she can't get up since she's drugged. Friday April 02 08:43:21 2004 Russian Split |
>...the Russian split from "Ted Bundy" as seen on the cable vision.
Fairly amazing to think of an actress bound like that for 90 minutes. ---- One of the (few) disappointments in "The Abductors" (1972) was that while the head evil villain informed the B&g'd cheerleaders that they would become "mistresses in bondage", this angle never occurred. The rather straightforward predilections of their wealthy buyers certainly didn't seem to warrant risking a long-term prison sentence, when they could've been easily fulfilled by hookers, or just a regular mistress (who was sexually adventurous). On the other hand, if their "depraved desires" ran to "Russian split" position sex on a regular basis, then "The Abductors" storyline of them specifying the kidnapping of nubile cheerleaders for "mistresses in bondage" would have made some sense. |

Is the streak of no scenes continuing? |
Friday April 02 12:35:16 2004 any recollection of this scene? |
...or am I imagining it? I seem to recall, when I was very small, a Laugh-in episode where they spoofed silent movies. Part of this was - again, with my foggy memory - a scene with a villain who had a damsel tied up. I don't remember any particulars except it was a musical number where the villain sings "Will he let her go? No!"
Ring a bell for anyone? Maybe I have the wrong TV show? Maybe I am just getting senile.. |

Can anyone id this scene? Semi poorly lit room. A man makes a woman strip and ties her in a good hogtie, butt naked. He tapes her mouth and leaves her to struggle there. I believe there is some crying. May be a Latin scene. Any help would be appreciated. |

The original script floated around on the 'net for a year or so before the first film came out, and definitely had a scene for Uma's character. The scene came toward the end of the original script (back when it was going to be just one movie), so it would make sense for it to turn up in "Kill Bill 2", if it survives. We'll soon know. |

Despite the male interference, that's a great cleave-gag with some nice closeups of just Pamela, not to mention the green dress with the slit, allowing plenty of leg to show during the struggle scene. Gorgeous, gorgeous damsel, although maybe I'm overrating her. One of my all-time favorites. If you've got the entire episode, or any Land's End episode, check out the opening credits for a shot of Pamela in a bikini. |

Friday April 02 16:30:25 2004 Y&R update - Lauren |
Remember the psychopath that we thought was going to kidnap Lauren (Tracey Bregman) and we were disappointed? There may be something more opportunities for something to happen. Kevin has been arrested for a vicious crime. Lauren thinks the poor guy has been framed up, and feels sorry for him, and puts up 100G bail. Kevin, who seems like he may have an obsession for Lauren, confessed something to her on the condition she not breath a word of it. Although he professes his innocence of the charges, he admits doing other things he had been accused of in the past. (Arson and rape.) Lauren realizes he is a psychopath, and he is free. She won't turn him in, though, which opens up two possibilities. One, she could be kidnapped by this guy. (Rope! Handcuffs! Gags! Blindfolds!) Kevin's lawyer (his brother) implied to Lauren that the grand jury may have call her to testify. (If she refuses to testify, that could mean being held in contempt. (handcuffs! shackles!) I haven't actually watched it for a while; I've been checking out the above site. I have a feeling if something big happens, they may stretch it out into the May sweeps. |

Friday April 02 19:29:09 2004 Bored of the Rings |
With the success of the "Lord of the Rings" movies trilogy, I'm wondering if someone out there will consider making a parody movie (as "Spaceballs" parodied Star Wars). Frex, it could be based on "Harvard Lampoon's Bored of the Rings" (1969).
Unfortunately, I re-skimmed thru it, and there doesn't seem to be any DiD scenes in it either (although Frito, Dildo, and the other boggies do favor sleazy novellas such as *Elf Lust* and *Goblin Girl*) for the few females such as Eorache. Of course, a filmmaker can make deviations from a parody novel without fans complaining about it detracting from the movie's authenticity. |

Top Ten Signs You've Been Kidnapped by a Dumb Guy 10. He puts his return address on the ransom note 9. Instead of tying you up with a rope, he decides to go with velcro 8. He's demanding $2 million in unmarked million dollar bills 7. Did extremely poorly on Jeopardy's "Kidnapper Week" 6. He keeps calling you "Evander" and asking you for a rematch 5. He's your Grandpa Kenny, and he hid you behind a sofa in the family room 4. He lets you borrow his phone, as long as it's a local call 3. He keeps referring to a dog-eared copy of "Kidnapping for Dummies" 2. When your parents ask for proof you're alive, he sends you home to tell them 1. Plans to bet ransom money on the New York Jets |

> I'm really setting myself up for a *serious*
> disappointment, aren't I? It won't be the first time. http://www.restrainedtastes.com/van/ The good word is not so good. Just some shots of the prisoner, an attractive black woman in uniform, with her hands cuffed in front. Three is a sad/funny bit. The prisoner is able to confront and deck the opposing counsel after being found guilty. In a second trial for decking the counselor, she's found guilty AGAIN and is able to confront (but not attack) the counselor. Later, the counselor complains that the prisoner's keeper wasn't able to control her. Well, duh! All she did was cuff the prisoner's hands in front. After the first attack, I expected to see the counselor wearing more chains that Marley's ghost. Didn't happen. In fact, later, the same counselor who complained about lack of control of the priosner took her through a busy airport restrained ... hands cuffed in front only. Of course the prisoner escapes, and once again, there's cuffs. At one time, the counselor threatens to shackle the prisoner to a bed, but of course it doesn't happen. Basically, it was a Lifetime emotional shlockfest in uniform. Well below the standard of amateur Web porn for originality. |
