Well, you know, they call that movie magic. In mainstream films, they don't always have the budget to actually cuff both hands. hehehe. Yes, that was Samantha Sterlyng. Did you get a load of that bomb? I called it "Bomb, by IKEA" That was the most stupid thing I had ever seen. I can point out numerous things that were wrong with that film. You could start a drinking game just on the mistakes. Jackie |

In mainstream films, they don't always have the budget to actually cuff both hands. hehehe. ---- Reminded me of that terrific party backroom scene in "The Glitter Dome" (1984) where Margot Kidder's B-list actress perks up when she finds out James Garner is a policeman; she wants to enact her fantasy of being handcuffed, blindfolded, and "ravished". To make the role-play more realistic for her, she encourages a reluctant standing-up-drunk Garner (who just doesn't "get" consensual bondage roleplay) to cuff her to something -- but the only item at hand appears to be a small footstool. "Get your handcuffs out! Just put 'em on me! Give 'em to me! Here!" (He handcuffs her). She smiles. "Okay! Now handcuff me to something!" "Like what?" "Like that stool!" Garner is puzzled. "It only weighs about a pound and a half! You can pull it away from there!" (Later in the scene): "Geez! You're supposed to ravish me! What the hell is wrong?" |

Monday February 16 08:09:27 2004 Not authorized to view this page |
Are specific problems with this page on topic? More and more often lately, I'm getting the error, "Not authorized to view this page". It's happened for up to a week at a time, and I don't know what makes it work again. I'm assuming everyone isn't getting this problem, since, when I do finally get back in, everyone else has been discussing things as usual. Any ideas? |

Monday February 16 14:02:42 2004 Ashley Judd teaser |
Her latest movie "Twisted" opens in a couple weeks. Plenty of possibilities as Ashley is stalked by a serial killer. Preview showed an extreme closeup of Ashley from the nose up. Too tight a shot to see any gag, but "Joyride" ran the exact same shot of Leelee Sobieski and it turned out that was the shot from the gag scene, you just couldn't see it. Longshot, but hopefully something will develop. The good news is Ashley keeps making these kind of movies, and the law of averages will catch up with her eventually.
Also, Dennis Hopper guests on "Las Vegas" tonight. Maybe he'll bring the goons from "24" who tied and gagged Elisha Cuthbert. |

---- I've always wanted to land the roles that Dennis Hopper is perpetually cast in. I wouldn't have to "method act"; I'd just be my regular self... :-) Among his many parts, Hopper got to stalk and get in a lengthy handgag on Jodie Foster in Catchfire (aka "Backtrack", 1991). Another tease is the title of Meg Ryan's "Against the Ropes". Unfortunately the title is merely from her role as female boxing promoter Jackie Kallen. |

Monday February 16 15:37:11 2004 Love Object |
Strange film about a love doll just opened in NY. Some reviews have mentioned S&M themes and this review, http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr/reviews/review_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=2091176
mentions a "Perils of Pauline tussle in the film with Lisa Sagemiller (very hot). No website I could find, no good pics. Anyone see the film yet? Thanks. |

You really have to work at it, as the software is now set up to "encourage" proper posting. Pat Powers had informed me that top-posting was becoming the norm and there wasn't anything I could do about it. BWAHAHAHAHA! > Having thought more about this I am assuming it is > posting a message on top of listings of al the previous > messages in the thread. More or less. Use google to find out all you'd ever want to know. The easy thing to do is conform to way I do it. You can't go wrong! |
