If something appears to the average person to be nothing more than a cheap attempt to show kinkiness, they'll probably tune out. If however, the kinkiness is integrated well into the story, it'll be more likely to be positively accepted. So if most people look at the movie as a movie, that can only be a good thing. |

Tripper, I know for a fact that there is a vidclip of this scene floating in cyber space. I'm wanting to think I downloaded it from either Raffish, Anubis, or Kerhop....don't remember. (I'd email it to you if I still had it.) BTW, A+ scene for fans of AOH |

Sunday March 14 10:40:37 2004 Dark Angel |
> As for the production values, I'll reserve judgement... The B-movie provenance covers a multitude of sins.
---- Agreed. I can't see why persons would complain about what they'd be seeing, especially given the enthusiasm expressed just a couple weeks ago for "The Invasion of the Girl Snatchers" (1973), which received the most nominations for "Best Scene in the Worst Movie". And that only had a b/b/sunglassed damsel on cheap amateur film. "Dark Angel" would seem to promise a number of Irving Klaw-type scenes, on not only "Bettie" but other models as well, different gags including leather gags, with the likelihood of some tieups completed onscreen (Paula Klaw would've done all the tieups), with each bondage scene lasting a goodly amount of screen time -- and without annoying jump cuts to other characters, and filmed with 21st-century technology. |

I thought the only AOH scene Kirsten had done was in that last Crow movie. I'm lookin forward to this scene given how you gag snobs are talkin about it.
BTW, for those who are interested, nothing has happened on Telemundo's Prisionera yet, but the potential remains. |

Sunday March 14 14:29:51 2004 sitcom scenes |
I love scene where a damsel's situation is played for laughs, especially if the episode ends with her still in her predicament. The scenes that really do it for me are the one from Hanging with Mr. Cooper and the one from Married with Children with Kelly tied up by the kids and the one where the episode ends with the girl tied up wearing only a towel. Anybody else know of any other scenes similar to these and where i could get caps or clips of them?
Thanks. |

There was a show called something like "the Cresent" kind of a suburban comedy series. I don't remember the context of the scene completely. It was either that one couple planned to stage a burglary for some reason or were talking about spicing up their love life. In any case the woman of the house is surprised in her underwear by a burglar B&G and stuffed in a closet. The husband later finds her but thinking it part of some game doesn't free her straight away despite her Ummphhing. |

I Love Lucy had one where Lucy planned to fake being tied up by a robber since she felt that her husband didn't care about her. However her plan was overheard. Naturally, a real robber later tied her up, and her husband and a friend found her. They just assumed it was fake, and left her the way she was. If you'd like a pic from that scene, I got it at http://www.geocities.com/jazz411.geo/bd-ilovelucy.jpg (actually found it at corbis.com doing a search for "tied up") |

I Love Lucy: "The Diet" with the dancer bound and gagged in the closet is a classic example of this. Lucy left here in that situation so she could replace her doing a song-and-dance in Ricky's show. It is the final punchline to the episode. The actress playing the dancer has never been identified. I would love to find out who she is. |

My favorite, in addition to Holly Robinson, would be Karyn Parsons from "Fresh Prince." Despite some male interferrence in a group tie up, she looked awesome sporting the white tape-gag. |

Sunday March 14 16:15:33 2004 another Phoney entry? |
I hate to be Mister "rain on the DB post parade Guy"
but this sounds way suspicious Record number: 9883 Title: Teen Titans Actress: Animated (Voiced by Tara Strong) Description: Episode: Mastermind (Rare) Red X returns and is now working for slade. Raven takes on X by herself and eventually gets gagged by the X attack or whatever it is so she cannot speak. X knocks her out with chloroform and proceeds back to slades lair. Later she is shown in a cell still gagged with her hands cuffed behind her. A few close up shots or her wrists as she struggles to get free. in the episode "masks" Robin WAS "Red X" he gagged raven with a red x there is no evidence of any episode named "Mastermind" and the TV tome list a few ahead. I'm hoping she gets a good scene though! if she is gagged and her hands are tied her powers are basically useless which is a plot device they should exploit I would so love to see her cute little cartoon legs tied ;) |

Thanks. Probably the *BEST* such scene is... Record number: 4590 Title: Detective School, The Medium: TV Series Actress: Jo Ann Harris Description: Episode: "One Flight Up" Short-lived late 70s comedy starring James Gregory about a low-rent detective night school. In the initial episode, one of the students, petite Teresa Cleary (Harris), becomes suspicious of her new neighbors. Nobody believes her. At the end of the episode, the cute blonde is found in a closet bound hand and foot to a chair and sporting a thick red bandanna cleave-gag. Her detective school classmates leave her still bound and mmmphing furiously as they leave with evidence of her abductors' evil doings. ------- Not only was Harris hot, *especially* as a DiD, but the episode had *everything*: A gloating scene, a "rescue" where they ignored the B&G'd damsel, good m'mmpfhing, struggling, & reactions to being ignored, *everything.* Want DiDcaps? Some of the compilation tapes have it. Want a *good* copy where you can actually see anything? Me too. :-( |
