Right. Definitely wasn't working today, I had to debug

Please help!
Please, can anybody help me in the following problem? I do want to increase the number of japanese damsel-scenes in the database(+ details on the existing scenes), but still I'm not able to get the password of the main source, GAGVISION. Is anybody able to give a fitting translation of those 3-4 sentences in japanese on the following URL:

http://gagvision.cool.ne.jp

The owner of this page seems to give some instructions on the above link how to get the password, but the usual online translations aren't a big help.
Would somebody be so kind to help me? Thanks, Anonymous.

Shakira Question
In these commercials is ther any hint as to the context of the gagging? Does it refer to song title or something? As part of a music video plot? An act of self-expression,maybe?

Go to the Fox site. According to their episode guide, "When Jaye comes to, she's lying in her bed suurounded by dozens of glowing candles. She's also gagged and tied to the bed."

The pic is from a German series, it's on HtF's site, I do not recall the name right now. (There's another ep with the same girl handcuffed to a bed)

As for Damsels captured by kids:

Teri Hatcher, Lois & Clark, "Smart Kids".

Jane Fonda (aka Hanoi Jane), Barbarella

Christina Appleby, Married with Children, "Kids! Waddaya wanna do?"

Then there was one - in a western setting- with a female school teacher tied to an outdoor pole by her pupils. I have it somewhere. Will get back to you on that.

Found it: Marietta Hartley. Bonanza. "Right is the Fourth R".

The first 3 I mentioned, you can find caps on HtF's site I believe. Dunno about the last 2. Mail me for some caps?

Record number: 1929

Title: I Love Lucy
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Lucille Ball

Description: Episode: "The Amateur Hour" (1.14)

Lucy is babysitting a pair of bratty twins who trick her into playing cowboys and indians. They tie her up loosely with rope, and when she starts screaming for help, they gag her with an apple. A few moments later their mother calls, and they ungag Lucy so she can talk her. They untie her after that.

I'm pretty sure there was a scene in Little Rascals at some point, but I don't remember the details very clearly.

I can guarantee a scene in the Addams Family Values movie, though. I'll do a DB search after this post to make sure it's there, but I'd be surprised if it's not.

I also think there's at least one movie where the kids tie up the babysitter.

Which also reminds me of "Honey, I Blew Up the Kid."

You are absolutely right gasface. How could I forget?
Especially the Addams family scene is cute. It's "Wednesday leaves home".
W. is arrested and put into a cell with a gang of girls. The gang leader threatens and gloats. (She is played by Kim Poirier)
When W's parents come to visit, all the girls wants out of the cell. Kim's character lies hogtied on a table.
W's father: "That's my daughter!"
W's mother:"And look! She used her favorite gag!"

Scene question
Title: Guiding Light
Medium: Soap Opera
Actress: Laura Bell Bundy

Description: Jan 31-Feb 1, 2001 -- Marah (Bundy) is seen tied to a chair (arms tied to the chair's back with one loop around her waist) and blindfolded. No gag.

Feb 6, 2001 -- Still tied and blindfolded (her bound feet are finally shown) and threatened with tape gag but nothing comes of the threat.

And there was a line uttered that you may or may not be interested in: at one point, the blindfolded beauty said sarcastically, "You had to tie me up." Uh, exactly!

What is she wearing on her feet? Anyone have caps?

In the April 3-10 TV Guide magazine (special 8-day issue), a box for the Saturday, April 10 @ 9:00PM ET new episode has the description: "Designers Doug Wilson and Hildi Santo-Tomas are nailed with the hammering and sawing when the carpenters fail to show up at two homes in Tampa." Wilson and Santo-Tomas are posed tied standing back-to-back, with about ten coils of rope wrapped around their lower torso & arms.

So is this an episode YET to air? Or is it the one that aired a few days ago that someone mentioned that they didn't like the clothes she was wearing (or something). If it has already aired, there shouldn't be any question as to if she was gagged or not. To whoever saw the episode..."Was she gagged??"

You mean Christina Applegate. She was tied to a banister, but, inexplicably, not gagged. She has, thus far, avoided being gagged throughout her entire career.

I'm pretty sure she was wearing black boots. I'm also
pretty sure the entry used to say that. Because I'm
pretty sure I put it in.

Ok, let's can the off-topic chatter. Unless you have
actual reasons to think there's upcoming scenes, it's
just fantasy wishlist stuff, which I've ruled off-topic
many times in the past.

The person was pointing out a discrency between the
episode description on Fox and the actual scene.

Unfortunately, we know that's often the result of a
script change.

----
Clarification requested: The above was a promo shot which ran in a national magazine, which I thought would fulfill the on-topic requirement. Movie posters and publicity stills have usually been considered on-topic, even though the DiD scene may have ended on the cutting room floor (or never was filmed to begin with).

If Promo shots/ads are not to be considered as on-topic, that's OK; I'll just ask for our general edification. Another question is whether a promo TV commercial (e.g., with a comedic DiD scene) would be considered as on-topic or off-topic.

MTV Inferno
I saw a preview on MTV for the show the Inferno, where it showed a girl bungy jumping with her arms restrained behind her. I thought I was imagining it the first time I saw it but I saw the same preview and she definitely looks like her arms are almost handcuffed behind her. The show runs tonight at 9 PM CST.

Mr. Moderator is (as always) correct! For instance, if I were to point out that the Ravishing Redhaired Designer LAURIE HICKSON-SMITH (image below) is the "Trading Spaces" regular who *really* needs to be B&G'd... that would be wrong, so I'll simply note, for the common good, that Fox TV has moved this week's eoisode of WONDERFALLS to THURSDAY. The episode is new ("Pink Flamingos") & one can't tell from the blurb if any DiD-ishness is involved.

Damsel stakes in royal halls
> Let's credit Van for his commentary on Barbara Griffin's scene in The New Adventures of Robin Hood ("The Legion"): "...Marion gets captured, cleave-gagged, and tied to a stake in the middle of Prince John's Great Hall.
----
In a Waxwork II: Lost in Time scene (that's been edited out on some TV channels' re-airings), a blindfolded damsel is chained to a wood cross-like frame, and tickled with a feather for the evil ruler's amusement.

I guess it's good to be royalty. (Right, Mel Brooks?). No one seems to mention to them that these damsel stakes clash with the rugs.

Yes, and sometimes reviewers who might describe a tie up and hand gag as "bound and gagged", not being as literal and detailed as we generally are here.
