| Over on Bondgerotica we have a review of the "Dead Things" episode of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" explaining why we think Joss Wheedon missed an opportunity for some excellent story development by snuffing a spunky female character so quickly and callously. And on our blog we have a bit of leftover comic snark, with an image of Kaanga the Jungle King looking a leetle TOO handsome, if you get my drift. (See image below.) |

| I just viewed an Internet of Hollywood's hottest cougars. For those unfamiliar with the most recent definition of the term, in the United States it now refers to attractive, horny women who are forty or older. Several of the cougars were actresses who are mentioned in the voluminous Scene Database; they include the inimitable Heather Locklear and Pamela Anderson. I then wondered about the hot cougars who have outstanding bondage scenes that have been described in the voluminous Scene Database, but were not on the aforementioned list. The name that comes to mind immediately is Andrea Roth, that gorgeous Canadian actress who was bound and gagged in the movie, "Dangerous Attraction". Who can think of any more hot cougars who have been bound and gagged in the movies or on television? |

| Anyone catch the bondage scene last night on Pushing Daisies on ABC? The female lead's hands were tied in front of her and placed in a clear plastic body bag next to her boyfriend. No gag but the body bags were supposed to be sound proof. |

| Just saw a cable movie called "Dawg" on the HBO Zone. Did not have the VCR going, which was a mistake. During a scene where the lead, played by Dennis Leary, is having a dream sequence, a woman in her underwear is tied hand and foot to a table, clearly in preparation for a little consensual bondage sex. But while Dennis is pouring money on her, she's conked out by a large wad of bills. Fairly long scene, well lit, cute actress plays the bondagette. I'd keep an eye out for it, if I was me. And I am. |

| Some ads for this ABC soap have shown a blonde woman getting handgagged. I don't ordinarily watch it; don't know who she is or whether it'll lead to anything good or even if it already happened. Maybe someone else has more info? Might be worth taping for a few days. |

| Something I found kinda interesting while listening to the commentary by Jayne Atkinson (who plays Karen Hayes). It occurs during the scene where Peter McNicol gets tape ripped off his mouth (no, that's not what I found interesting!) What I found interesting was her comment: "Ow! That really hurts when tape's ripped off your mouth!" Sounds like she's talking from experience... |

Rereun Record number: 13005 Title: Pushing Daisies Medium: TV Series Actress: Anna Friel Description: Episode: "Dummy" (1.2) Sometime around the 45' mark, her and her two counterparts are zapped with a tazer as they examine a hole with dummies. When we come back, we find all three in a car. All three are in a clear body bag with their hands vound in front of them. No gags and Anna is setting in the front passenger seat. After a few minutes, the guy in the back manages to break free and lets the drive loose. As they use the car to get away, we see that Anna still has her hands bound in front of her but is no longer zipped in the bag. Ends around the 54' mark. |

Actually, at that stage in her life, Stefanie was considered the opposite of a cougar, since she was the longtime significant other of William Holden. I would think that virtually all soap operas are rife w/ cougar casting (it's hard to think of any "matriarchs" that *don't* look thirtysomething!). As for the world of nightime soaps, Joan Collins even played a cougar as Alexis Carrington (married to Dex), and was B&g'd in "Dynasty". |

| Just was setting my DVD recorder to tape various LMN movies for late tonight/earlier morning. Well, it appears the alert for Lies and Deception is to air at 4:26pm and not 4:46am like I originally thought. So you still have a chance to edit your settings. It is to air 12 hours later than I had posted. So don't yell to much; heck, I was about to miss getting a better copy than what I tape last year on my VCR. Also, LMN removed the 11am airing of Fatal Teacher. If you want that, you need to catch the 11:42pm airing tonight. I'm trying my best, so don't complain. |
