| Hi all ,Happy New Year to you from this little bit of England. My question most likely will be peaking the interest of our Aussie friends.Over here in Blighty the FX channel has started the Australia series Water Rats,from the first ever episode,now we have many entries in the DB for this show but what appears to be the first one has a warning message attached,which basically suggests that it may be an entry which is fake,so does anybody have some light to throw on this? The entry concerns Sophie Heathcote [who i'm sad to learn passed away on Jan 4 2006]and states she got a hogtie and gag on Water Rats.......anybody....anybody.....???? |

But it all depends on how the action was described in the database. Like example below, I know they were tied to together and beleive they were face to face. The graphics in Final Fantasy 7 aern't all that great. It was at a time when they were transitioning from 2D to 3D and during the gameplay portions as opposed to the "movie" cutscenes the characters were sort of blocky-looking. I'm sure if I went back to it today it would look primitive. But in the day it was pretty cool and since the very healthy heroine wore an outfit consisting iirc of a tight white top and a pair of shorts with suspenders, well I didn't mind all the hours I spent on the game. |

There's Mia Farrow and Woody Allen in Broadway Danny Rose. Not the most attractive bindees, but certainly an unexpected bonus in a classic comedy movie. "That's good wriggling!" Also a scene between Cybill Shepherd and Bruce Willis in Moonlighting, and an implied nude scene involving Sally Field and Michael Caine in Surrender. I'm giving away my age here -- obviously I'm a creature of the Eighties! |

| Although it's not clear in the dBase entry (Record number: 1723), face-to-face also describes the situation Karen Kopins {SCHWING!!} and the male lead put themselves into in "Jake Speed". Much squirming and use of mouth (by the damsel) ensues. The scene could have been world-class... if whoever rigged the "bondage" hadn't been a pathetic incompetent. Talk about your "loosie"! It was one of those sad situations where half the burden of the scene for the actors is trying to pretend their "bonds" are more than a minor inconvenience. Oh Karen... GLORIOUS in "Once Bitten", *almost* an Angel (She was cast in "Angels 88", a victim of the *last* writer's strike)... we hardly (so to speak) knew ye. {Sigh} |

I record any broadcast I watch to fwd thru the commercials; unless something visibly stands out or I'm looking for something in particular I would miss it. |

| Just a heads up that Law and Order is a 2 hour season premier tonight from 9 to 11 eastern NBC; "an executive's wife and daughter are kidnapped." Since nearly everything is a repeat and has been for weeks this is good news. |

Sometimes, actors don't mind a director asking for repeated re-takes... Included in the Database under "face to face" is Mike Hammer, Private Eye ("A New Leaf, Part 1"). | I'm pretty sure Archer and T'Pol wind up tied face to face in their incredibly long bondage scene. Flash Gordon and Dale Arden are tied face to face in the current "Flash Gordon of Canada" TV series. It was a Loosie, very bad ropework, just rope wound around and around and around the two fo them (by a bounty hunter whom you would suppose would know better) but so much rope was used that it was credible that it might have taken them a few moments to get out of it. In "She Spies" the nerdy boss guy and the cute blonde who isn't Natasha Henstridge are tied together, I think face to face but I am not certain. |

There is another on for Night Court. THe episode was about Harry's Birthday and he was tied to the lawyer Billie (Ellen Foley) in episode 2.12 "The Birthday Visitor". They actually were facing one way and managed to turn themselves around. (better way to play the hokey pokey) Also Joe Pantoliano was tied face to lady on top of a bar in a 80' comedy on NBC. Still have no clue on that name for that show. |
