| Monday January 14 01:24:46 2008 Upcoming Telenovela: Bellezas Indomables |
| After 3 months of promos stating it was starting "Muy Pronto", the telenovela "Bellezas Indomables" will be starting Monday (10PM, Azteca America). Stars 4 very beautiful actresses, 2 confirmed scenes - 1 with Marcela Ruiz Esparza (Angeles), and Claudia Alverez (Fernanda). Both have clips on YouTube. Believe that the one with Marcela occurs in the first 1-2 weeks, she's held captive for a number of episodes, wearing skimpy dress and cleave gagged with a thick red paisley cloth. Excellent closeups. 5 min promo appearing on Azteca America shows a nice closeup of her gagged. Other telenovela notes: Codigo Postal (Univision, 3PM) is in its final weeks, I thought somebody had mentioned 2 girls getting kidnapped in this. Pecados Ajenos (Telemundo, 10PM) had an excellent scene with Gloria (Sofía Stamatiades) kidnapped and held tied to a bed and gagged for a few episodes last month. Thanks to those who posted the initial alert. Sofia is totally hot, as are the other 2 girls. May be entering it's last month, as I saw a promo for a new telenovela. La Madre Luna (Telemundo, 8PM) is finishing up within a week. They finally brought Ana Lucia Dominguez' character out from prison, so would be nice to see a yet another scene with her before the show ends. La Viuda (Telefutura, 10AM) finishes today. Redhead star was kidnapped by some guy and is currently held in the jungle, tied to a tree. She was briefly gagged with duct tape last week, but massive shootout is happening now between good and bad guys. Was hoping for a 2nd scene with the hot blonde (Carolina Sepulveda?), but doesn't look like it will pan out. |

| I ran across something on the net about an old Japanese adventure show called Playgirl. Its about an all female detective agency and is said to be in the style of Honey West and the Avengers. | I have a feeling we've had some discussion of this movie before, but I don't think I've seen this page about it before, detailing how the film was made. The Projectionist was evidently a short student-made horror film made a few years back at Northern Illinois University (it won a number of awards their 2003 Golden Reel Awards). The storyline seems to consist mostly of the heroine chairbound and gagged, both with duct tape, then being killed by a knife slash. No bondage, but substantially sleazier (the Japanese were always fond of upskirt shots) than its American counterparts. There had to have been scenes galore. |

Try "In the Mix" with Emmanuelle Chriqui. Short scene, but at one point Usher asks her, "are you alright?" and she turns to him and seems to mumble "I have TAPE on my mouth!" through the gag. Not too shabby. |

I belive it was Jeb who wrote he was interested early in life by the "Honey West" show from the early sixties. I read a while back that entertainment company VCI was trying to release the only season to dvd, haven't read anymore about that. I do have the paperback that shows Anne Francis wearing the long tape gag in her only gagged scene, the main reason I bought the book off Ebay. I saw the show when it was on TV Land, and the tape gag was one of those I like, the "Instant Silence" gag. She yelled help! and the gag went on and that was all that was heard from her until rescue. I know they are not realistic, but it's always fun to see one of those scenes. I never tire of seeing Emma Peel, but wonder what more seasons of Honey West would have been like. As far as I can tell there were no bondage scenes for her in the books, thou I've only read two. I did read one thing that showed how Emma Peel did win out over Honey West. It's in the book "Film Fatales," by Tom Lisanti and Louis Paul. In the chapter on Anne Francis she says that despite excellent ratings, ABC cancelled Honey West after one season. According to Francis, "they were able to buy The Avengers from England for less then it cost to produce our show." I certainly hope "Honey West" makes it to DVD and wouldn't even mind them screwing up a remake for today. I would choose the blonde from "Chuck" and get her on her own away from the silly characters on that show. |

I don't know about her career as a WWE Diva, but Mackenzie Montgomery (Candice Michelle, in other words) was a great fetish model over at FM Concepts and did a ton of great stuff. Snuck out of bed to watch her only gag scene (can't recall if it was the summer re-run, or if I had just seen an ad for it earlier in the week), in the episode called "What Lola Wants." Onscreen gagging and a gloating villainess go a long way with me. From our point of view, though, its few scenes were pretty forgettable, save that one. If it does hit DVD, I'll grab the appropriate disk from Netflix and burn a copy, but not even nostalgia is going to make it worth spending thirty bucks or more on the complete series. |

I think CBS did not have a specific date. The episodes actually air pretty soon after the first showing on Showtimes website for free. |

| Last night, while watching "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", I saw a preview for the upcoming episode of "Flash Gordon", and it looked as though this episode might contain a bondage scene. During the last scene of the preview, the voice-over announcer said something about Dale Arden getting revenge, and the scene showed what looked to be an actress sitting on a bed with her arms behind her back and her head bowed. I could not ascertain whether she was gagged, since her head was bowed and the scene was rather dimly lit. Does anyone know any more about this? |

They were showing clips from earlier episodes mixed in with the Berkley promo. Hope I'm wrong, and Elizabeth gets the treatment. |

| I didn't see any prior comments on the subject, so I thought I should point out that there was a scene of interest in Sunday night's debut of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" on Fox. I'll have to wait for the rerun to record the scene, but it pops up in the first 5 minutes of the show. Wearing a frumpy, but rather fetching, waitress uniform, 'Sarah' [the ever watchable Lena Headey] is arrested by the cops and has her hands cuffed behind. Once in the cruiser, she performs the rather impressive feats of KO-ing the trooper who's in backseat with her, followed by getting her cuffed hands around her feet and to her front. Her escape ensues. There's a bonus scene for fans of OTS carries, when at about the 30-minute mark, The Evil Terminator knocks out Sarah and hauls her to his lair. IMHO, the debut episode of the show was outstanding, and this Left Coaster is certainly looking forward to tonight's second entry. |

Then another guy shows up & releases her. Short scene, but cute. A side note about her scene months ago. I recently watched the scene in slow-mo & her hands weren't tied. When her captor pushed her to the ground, her were shown coming out from behind her back & no ropes were visible… |

All in the same season. Might be some more of tonight's seen in the next episode (depending if they have that taped or on hold due to the writers' walkout). |
