I love to read about upcoming scenes & the arguement about how good a scene is. I'm an budding actress in NYC that has been cast as an extra, but no speaking parts......yet. I was tied & gagged in a play that was written by a fellow classmate & my best friend. She wrote & produced the play while our teacher directed. I can't say when it was because it has an age reference, something the Mod deletes. All I can say is I was a sophmore in high school. Chapstick before applying the tape only makes the tape slide off. We tried that before the double-sided tape trick. To answer the question about what would happen if he had said no to the double-sided tape, I would have been a good actress & done the scene as written. The show must go on. But since making the scene look real wasn't too important, we got away with it. To the guy that thinks I'm a 45 year old fat guy, stop looking in the mirror & decribing yourself. My pictures are for friends, not dirty old pervs. |

You seem to be afraid that if we criticize actresses or TV productions, that they will get wind of us and do something to try to get this website shut down, OR that television networks will go out of their way to stop producing bondage scenes to spite us. I have been talking about a bondage scene that has been going on this week on a major network soap opera. I have been giving my opinion as to what I think of this scene. I have been talking about why I have found the scene to be disappointing. How can anything be MORE "on-topic"? Evidently, you have a big problem with our speculating as to WHY a certain scene ends up looking the way it does. WHY should you rule that "off-topic"? What better forum is there to talk about such things than right here? What is the point of even coming here then? You CAN NOT avoid controversy. Home and Away, Australia, Channel 7 (in sydney anyway), 7.00pm - 7.30pm, looks to deliver some more scenes from this Monday (March 3rd) In time honoured soap style, some actors want to leave the show, so the nutter is back, and he's gonna take a few characters with him! According to the local TV magazine: Johnny... attacks Mathilda (Indiana Evans). He ties her up and waits for Ric. and then along comes another character: Unwittingly Jazz (Rachel Gordon) is also terorized by Johnny. "I very much enjoyed being tied up by Callan Mulvey (Johnny)" Rachel jokes after filming the violent scenes. I'm not sure exactly which episode this coming week will have all this, or if it will fold over more than one episode, or if there is a gag involved with either DiD, but Home and Away delivers again. I've just finished four days worth of posts in order to catch up on the whole GH storyline. Just a few quick thoughts. Brian, thanks so damn much for this page. Kelly Monaco is one of the hottest actresses I've ever seen, and her getting the full treatment is incredible. When I first started considering collecting scenes after perusing one of the final issues of Bondage Life magazine, I thought, "Well, collecting scenes is going to be tough, even with a resource like this." Three years later I discovered this site and the rest is history. Thanks to whoever takes the time to read Soap blogs in advance to clue us in. That's huge. Thanks to Brian for moderating, and thanks for not banning TM just yet. TM is overenthusiastic to say the least, and Lord I wish he could learn to rein it in at least some of the time, but he's part of the family ... for some, the annoying little brother you're dying to cuff, but still. The fact that Brian has shown as much restraint in not banning him tells me he feels the same way about it. He doesn't want to have ban TM, but he has to try and grab the choke chain sometimes to get his attention. Rather than banning, perhaps some time outs might be in order if this stuff persists. And finally, thanks to Raffish and Van for making me laugh. I really enjoy both your sites, too. |

| In today's episode, the car was teetering off the bridge. "Elizabeth" (Rebecca Herbst) took the key to the handcuffs from the pocket of the unconscious text-message killer and unlocked her handcuffs. She started to try to get out of the car, but then heard the bound and gagged "Sam" (Kelly Monaco) mmmmmphing in the car trunk. Elizabeth tried to get to Sam, but then the killer woke up and grabbed her. Two of the male characters on the show have arrived to help, with one of them getting shot by the killer. The scene will continue on Monday. After next Wednesday's episode, General Hospital is having a "behind-the-scenes" special, showing how the "car teetering over the bridge" sequence was filmed. Perhaps they will show footage of how they filmed Kelly Monaco bound and gagged in the car trunk. Perhaps they will even give some information about her tapegag. |

| Fellers, fellers....hang on a sec. First off, I know how many (most?) of you guys feel about TM & his posts. I agree they can get a bit long winded, passionate, possible slightly political, controversal, even conspiracy-fear driven. HOWEVER, he does supply some useful information here, lots of alerts, and some of what he posts quite frankly ARE on-topic I'd think. Someone said a few posts ago something to the effect of "I just want to know what scenes are happening & what's coming up". Well, that is what the ALERTS page is for. This IS a discussion page, and isn't it at least a LITTLE interesting speculation on why, for a wonderfully tied up woman is gagged very loosely & sloppily, or why a gal is left in a car trunk tied up in a parking lot, gagged, with hands tied in front, etc.? Maybe not in so much detail & diatribe, but interesting fodder for discussion nonetheless. Also (and this is important), someone even went to far as to none-too-subtly hint that TM was the "cute college girl" who posted about being gagged in a play or movie. Is that a smart move? Just supposed it's really an aspiring actress, found the site & expressed her thoughts? Accusing her of being a guy who everyone around here has major issues with or of being a 45 year old fat guy probably isn't going to make her offer any more insights or posts. We can't be so quick to make assumptions. Most of you won't remember this but years ago there was an incident concerning a bondage enthusiast named Paige White, who posted for awhile but then left in disgust from this page because she was being accused of being a man & other things. If you have issues with TM, fine, but let's not accuse new posters of not being who they say they are. We're starting to sound like a bunch of arrogant, clique-ish assholes at times here. TM gets a bit passionate about his wants, expectations, & thoughts here, true, but I think sometimes folks tend to get a "pack mentality" and pretty soon that certain person can't even post a legit "today on All My Children I just found out Bianca will be tied & gagged!!!" without betting slammed. Tapemaster, you are obviously trying Brian's patience, and he WILL ban you if he gets pissed enough...I've seen him do it before. So you may want to reel it in just a bit on your posts. That's between you & him (me, I could care less...I just scroll thru posts that I don't care to read, from TM or anyone else...don't bother me enough to bitch about it), but guys, we really need to watch what we say about accusing people of posting as other people (none of us really know who anyone else is, right?). Cute College Girl just may really be an aspiring actress, who just answered some of the very questions that folks keep asking about, and why drive folks like that off? I think TM contributes much interesting info and I don't want to see him (or anyone else) banned, even if for the reason he might have something to post about, an alert or something, that will be useful to ME, so I hope he can reach a happy medium here on what he posts about & how he goes about it. | We vote for him not getting banned. We gave up on taping soaps and any other programs just for DiD scenes months ago. His info helps us decide if we're going to bother with watching the show. His side antics are pretty much bullshit, but he gets help in this area. "Cute College Girl" is likely the creation of some other poster who thinks he's funny. We're pretty sure we know who it is, and it's an asswad who should have been bounced from the site a long time ago. |

If you, one of the longest contributors here and an old trading buddy, started ignoring the rules and telling me I don't know what's topical, you'd heading the same path what's his name is. He needs to STFU and do it now. As FAQ 2.2 says, I mostly ignore flames. But there only so much insult and bombast a human will take. If I gave him half the treatment he gives me, he'd have such hissy fit his head would explode. Everybody gets some slack. Maybe longtime contributors a bit more. He's used all his slack for the year.
