Doctor Who - Series Four
Just a very far in advance warning

They showed the Doctor Who Christmas special in the UK yesterday - nothing for Kylie unfortunately - sigh

However as usual at the end they had a trailer for the next series and it looks very like Donna is going to end up bound to a sacrificial altar - if not Donna then someone is - it was a quick shot.

Donna is played by Catherine Tate

Yes, but I'm more excited about the Torchwood trailer that aired right after it, which had what looked to me like Martha played by Freema Agyeman bound to some sort of thing with black straps and it looked very nice. There's a link on the Video page (tried to post it here but it kept diverting it to there which is very annoying)

Here's a screencap from the trailer (as a Boxing Day treat). It sure looks like Freema to me! She's shown earlier in the trailer, as well, but only in this situation once.

Not gifts per se, but while Christmas shopping I found "Lone Star State of Mind" DVD for $3.00 at Big Lots, and "Big Trouble in Little China" DVD for $5.oo at Wal Mart.
Has a commentary track for "Little China", haven't watched it yet to see if anything mentioned on Kim Cattral's hogtie scene.

Naw, not really but I would say she is probably the greatest movie mom ever.

Yes, 2008 is looking like a good year for the Who universe, now all I need is Billie Piper to get a decent scene when she comes back towards the end of Series 4 and I'll be happy =)

You're not alone on that one, with many people saying it wasn't that good a scene. I disagree. I loved that scene. The closeups were awesome.

"P2"
I saw a quick clip on TV of a movie called "P2". The clip showed actress Rachel Nichols, a good looking blonde, running from a car with her hands cuffed behind her back.

And again, and again!

I'm currently having some difficulty running a new German series over to majorjohns.com, along with 2 already in DB. But I'll eventually get em there.

That'll be 4 beauts from the DiD powerhouse nation! Thank you Germany

I'd say the unsorted contributions area for raffish's page is your best bet with the current situation at mj's site.

Also a big fan of the Marisa Tomei scene in The Watcher. very underrated, imo.
