I realize this is probably easy, but could someone please direct me to the c3c Yahoo group. I've searched for it but can't find it. Thanks.

Yahell! 101: You can get to any group via the first part of the add below ... just substitute the name for "c3c" (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/(group name) also works).

The SIN CITY scans aren't posted in the Files or Photos area. They were image attachments, which Yahoo! no longer archives. After joining, you can ask (politely) for a member to send you the scans. Chances are good that someone will do so.

Villains are always overlooked.

A good villain can make a good scene better, a bad villain can get in the way of a scene.
Lame Villains/Good Bondage = The Fate Brothers from Kill Kill Overkill.
Cool Villain/Lame Bondage = Z.Z. Von Shnerk from the Avengers "Epic", this guy was hilarious.
Cool villain/Good Bondage=The crazy guy from "Candysnatchers"
These are of course, just my own opinions. Feel free to add your own.

You know, Carrie Fisher wasn't the only one who wore that chain and collar in ROTJ.
Imagine the fun Jabba would have had ballgagging Leia.

Just to add,
Armed Reaction IV clip is the extended of the first ep with Yoyo Mung.
The second ep is one where Ada Choi joins her and performs bound and gagged stunts
My test clip is the cut down one of the second ep.

Intent is eventual entire scene available.. Working on it

Star Wars Bondage
There is bondage is some of the Star Wars novels. The "Tales From Mos Eisley" novel has a young woman captured by sandpeople, tied up, gagged, and carried off on a bantha.
The Classic Star Wars Early Adventures had Leias hands tied behind her with rope, and Dark Empire II had a girl tied to a tree.

Those are the ones I can remember offhand, but I'm sure there are more.

Theres also Pernilla August in Episode 2, how could I forget that?
That's got to count!

So far, I count FIVE instances of restraint in the Star wars films.
Padme- Chained to post in Episode 2
Vader's mom- Wrists bound with straps, Episode 2
Leia- Hands cuffed in Episode 4
Jabbas dancer- Collar and chain in Episode 6
Leia- Collar, chain in Episode 6

Who'da thunk Star wars is chock full of bondage? Maybe George is one of us? (I'm KIDDING!)

Now THERE'S a prime example of LAME villian, but awesome bondage. This is a great scene.

Mark C,

appreciate your assist with the Armed Reaction IV ID's.

Like you to keep around and have a look at another HK one with subtitles only in one of the Chinese languages needed for ID'ing.
Appears going to be "Love in a Miracle" soap at moment.

For some reason, the romance interrupted when a Hong Kong babe is chased down, tied hands behind, ankles together, and blindfolded with a black cloth.

What really pained me, Nube, was the lost opportunity when Han and Luke were captured by Ewoks, and Leia wasn't. That was a bitter pill to swallow after the tease of her being shackled in the bronze bikini in Jabba's palace.

Star Wars Bondage
Speaking of Star Wars bondage. There is non-involving Natalie Portman's character.

As far as string related to Princess Leia chained to Jabba: While Leia may not have had a ball gag, early sketches of Oola, the green dancer who flashs a 2-second nipple, has a ball gag. Check out the old cd-rom Star Wars "Behind the Magic". The cd is about ten years old and this image is in one of the art galleries.

Something to rip sound out of videos
Hey fellow cappers.
Anyone know of a program that rips the audio out of a video file (to .wav or something) even if the audio is a bit corrupted?
I've been having some trouble using virtualdub to cap some episodes I have on disk. I can watch them, but virtualdub craps out and refuses to decode the audio.
I can do "Direct Stream Copy", but the files use variable bit rate, so the audio is screwed up.
I suppose I could just sit there and record through the line in port, but that takes a while...

Cool Villain/Good Bondage: MacGyver's arch-nemesis Murdoch resurfacing in "Strictly Business" to place Mac on the clock to rescue Kristen Meadows from a B&g'd "flying" suspension.

While some here will complain about "male interference", evil captor gloating can really help improve a scene for me.

What kills me is when a villain holds the good guy's beautiful wife/girlfriend captive, and acts like she's a sack of potatoes (e.g., tying her to a chair, stashing her in the corner of a darkened room and basically ignoring her.).

Instead, I think it's so much more interesting, not to mention probably more realistic, when her captor acts like a kid in a candy store -- sorta like *we* would if we landed a role holding a Hollywood hottie b&g. Repeatedly complimenting her on her beauty, and/or beaming at his good fortune and evil genius. E.g.,

Matlock ("The Abduction")
Walker, Texas Ranger ("The Return of LaRue")
Party Line
All four of Heather Locklear's b&g scenes in T.J. Hooker.

A prime example is "Orgazmo", currently on show at Kerhop's Kaptures - a comically gross villain taunts an outraged virtuous damsel as she works one of the best tape gags in the business!

Lame bondage, but this clip captures her gag-fighting expressions particularly well.

The Villain Effect
An *Intentionally* Lame Villain/Good Bondage: Woody Allen holding a nude Daliah Lavi captive in Casino Royale (1967).

Good Villain/Good Bondage: Veteran actor William Windom in The Rookies ("Time Is the Fire"). Lynne Marta is lovely, but because she's gagged essentially throughout the entire episode, it's up to Windom to "carry" their scenes. Fortunately, Aaron Spelling was able to land an actor of Windom's caliber for this role.

BTW, another notable example of Windom's work is Star Trek's "Doomsday Machine", in which his pushed over-the-edge Commodore makes it one of TOS' most riveting episodes, despite their limited budget making the "Doomsday Machine" appear to be a flashlight suspended by wires.

First, make sure you have the appropriate codecs installed (AC3ACM) and saved in the Virtual Dub folder.
Under Video AND Audio, make sure you have 'full processing mode' checked EACH time you make a clip (VD will default to the originial settings each time you close it)

Ewhttp://www....that was torture, although it was nice that even though she was suffering and seconds away from death, she still had time to notice how good-looking Hayden Chrtistensen is. Upon her death, of course, Anakin went nuts, though frankly those 3 1/2 foot Tuscan Raiders didn't look like much of a danger to me.

Villains and bondage
Another example of good bondage, lame villain is the Mummy Talks episode of Simon and Simon, where shes tied and gagged nicely by some annoying, wimpy whining man-child who kept apologizing the whole time.

Great Villain(ess) is the girl from the Jamie Luner Melrose Place scene gloating while she brushes her teeth.

The Villain Effect
Dovetailing with a discussion thread of a few days ago, either a giant missed opportunity or a gem that would be a cutting room technician's crown jewel would be "Speed".

Dennis Hopper (perhaps cinema's best evil gloater of today) has kidnapped Sandra Bullock, America's sweetheart-to-be. Viewers have seen he has a plentiful supply of duct tape, and he has time to kill till Keanu-dude shows up. Meanwhile, he has to keep his location a secret from the rest of the police force...

Instead, all movie viewers saw was Jack finding her with a bomb strapped to her. :-(

TJ Hooker - "Outcall" episode
Hey all: The "Outcall" episode of TJ Hooker will be aired on A&E on April 9th at 4:00 a.m.

I have posted this alert, but I wanted to give everyone the heads up in case they're not in the practice of viewing future alerts. I think for many of us this episode contains one of the greatest mainstream bondage scenes ever. And Heather was cute then.

Z. Z. Schnerk was without a doubt the finest, most over the top villain to ever bind an avengers heroine, though his rope technique did indeed have vast room for improvement. However, since he went the way of most Avengers baddies, that wasn't to happen.

A couple more from the Avengers, with more professional villains:

1. "Look Stop Me..."
Tara given full treatment by not just any old villains, but vaudevillains (yeah, yeah, I know it's mispelled, but I'm using comedic license). The bad guys were over the top in a Schnerkian manner, and were having loads of fun at her expense (esp good ol' Fiery Fredrick). We get great bondage (these guys aced the course in binding at Villain School), one of my fave OTM gags, and LT puts on the DiD performance of a lifetime.

2. "Stay Tuned" Good bondage scenario again; LT gives another demonstration of top notch DiD acting. Good villains. Great villainess who suffers villain comeupance bondage (obviously she failed binding at Villain School).

And don't forget the episode before that, on Friday, April 8, at 4 a.m. eastern, is Heather's first B&G scene in this series, the "Trackdown" episode with the white tape-gag. So in the series run, Heather was B&G in back-to-back episodes after no gags in the first 3 seasons and 12 episodes into the fourth. Also posted to the alerts.

Also, A&E has increased the weekly run from 4 episodes to 5, Tuesday thru Saturday mornings at 4 a.m. They weren't running any Saturday episodes until recently, so this bumps up the original schedule a few days.

I still think she's smoking hot today. I was hoping for a gag scene in "LAX," mainly because, at 19 years, wouldn't that be the biggest gap between full-treatment DiD scenes? Was hoping to have to research that one. Her last gag scene, I think, was 1986 in "Bloodsport."

Most years between gag scenes?

----
Perhaps that mark is already held by either of two other "Dynasty" alumna: Linda Evans and/or Joan Collins.

Linda's The Big Valley "Tunnels of Gold" (1.29) would've aired around 1966; and her two scenes in Dynasty would've aired around 1986.

It'd be natural that Joan's Alexis Carrington would try to match her rival Krystle, with "Fear in the Night" (1972) and "Dynasty: The Reunion" (1991). Depending on when the TV episodes actually first aired might determine the mark.

Howver, some soap opera mavens may know of some starlet who had her first b&g scene as an ingenue, then not again till as a diva.

Linda Evans was also bound and gagged in the made for TV movie "Standing Tall" which aired in 1978.

Joan Collins had a 20 year break between scenes but so did Diane Keaton ("Sleeper"-1973/"Manhattan Murder Mystery"-1993).

Others I've found who've gone more than 10 years between gag scenes:

Stephanie Powers "Girl from Uncle" (1966) Hart to Hart
(1979)

Alyssa Milano "Commando" (1985) "Charmed" (1998) (although this one is debatable whether or not it counts)

Lynda Carter "Parnters in Crime" (1984) "Prayer in the Dark" (1997)

Shannon Tweed "The Surrogate" (1984) "Nash Bridges" (1997)

Barbara Eden "I Dream of Jeannie" (1965) "The Amazing Dobermans" (1976)

Lina Thorson "The Avengers" (1968) "Return of the Saint" (1978)

Demi Moore "General Hospital" (1983) "The Scarlett Letter" (1995)

Janine Turner "General Hospital" (1983) "Fatal Error" (1999)

Tied & True tales updated
Your humble webmaster is a happy, HAPPY boy because he *finally* got his tax out of the way… so what better reason to celebrate than another update of Tied & True Tales? Today, we've got 2 new stories, 3 updated serials (including the latest chapters of "Donor") and a great review of one of the most interesting (and dare I say it, unique) online stores I've seen for a while.

Meanwhile Priscilla (our bibulous, mutant roo mascot) is busily gearing up for Tied & True Tales' 4th birthday a week from now - but she wants to know: where's all the beer she's been asking for? (don't tell Pris that I've been hiding everything - a drunken roo is not a pretty sight, folks) Seriously, joking aside, we would sincerely welcome all story (or pictorial) contributions to help make it a birthday to remember - and that's something we'll drink to! :-)

Is "Trackdown", on Friday, April 8, actually on very late Thursday (April 7), or very late Friday? I assume very late on Thursday (which is actually Friday morning) but some folks refer to a time like 3 am (my time, Central) as very late rather than very early! :-)

Upcoming Films With A Chance
It's pretty much been confirmed that Jessica Alba will be bound and gagged in the upcoming film "Sin City" which opens April 1st. Here are some other films that are being released this Spring and Summer that could produce scenes for the actresses in them. If some of these can deliver scenes it'll be a pretty good few months.

Jessica Alba again in "Into The Blue"

Kate Hudson in "The Skeloton Key"

Penelope Cruz in "Sahara"

Scarlett Johansson in "The Island"

Jessica Simpson in "The Dukes Of Hazzard"

Jennifer Connelly in "Dark Water"

Katie Holmes in "Batman Begins"

Anyone think any of these films could deliver?

Bandidas

Later this year Salma Hayek & Penélope Cruz will star in a movie called "Bandidas". It's about a ruthless enforcer terrorizing their town in Mexico sometime at the turn of the last century (1890's). Both women will play bank robbers in the film. Now I know Salma's DiD track record hasen't produced a great scene, and she needs a good B&G struggle, and Miss Cruz has nothing that I have ever seen. Having both B&G together would be unbelievable. I'm not getting my hopes up, but you never know what could pan out.

True, but we do have Kate Hudson's words that she is bound, gagged and "loving it" in the movie. So, unless she is just lying for some odd reason or another, we can expect something good here.

Alba is confirmed for a scene in "Into the Blue." She's tape-gagged in the trailer, although barely visible, but it clearly is her. Hopefully, a better shot will show up in future trailers/images.

Re: Crossing Jordan...a let down
she is taken hostage
KIDNAPPED
and when her father comes to get the bait in the warehouse he finds her just friggin sitting there in a chair
the worst part is I had to sit through this crap
the ending was beyond predictable
this has to be the most poorly written unexciting piece of drivel on the air right now

Anyone think any of these films could deliver?

According to the A&E website, it "airs on Friday, April 8 at 4:00am ET". Adjust for your local time zone.

Hope this helps.

I think everyone who watched got exactly what we expected. Nothing. They did the exact same thing when the Jennifer Finnegan character was kidnapped earlier this season. She was allowed to walk around at the bad guys' hideout, no less.

I agree this is a horrible show. The frustrating part is the storyline was solid, but of course they gotta mix in the secondary storyline in the morgue which takes any momentum the main story has away. It's the way these hour shows are going right now, where even "Las Vegas" takes it to more absurd lengths and mixes in 3 storylines. Makes us appreciate "T.J. Hooker" and "She Spies." In this one, I'm actually surprised they didn't at least tie her hands to the arms of the chair for some realism.

OK, enough ranting. I had to cap the damn thing anyway. They'll be up in a few minutes.

Another possible "kidnapping" on WWE Smackdown
From the link below: "Booker T's real life wife Sharmell Sullivan ... is being brought in for an angle with Heidenrich & Booker T. The planned storyline was a 'kidnapping' angle."

For those wanting some background... Booker T and Heidenrich (some lunatic character) have had a series of matches lately, most recently Heidenrich read a poem about how Booker helped him become a new man last week while Sharmel Sullivan was in the audience at ringside (her first time on WWE TV).
