| ..speaking of completists, there was a quick "blink & you'll miss it" scene tonite on WWE Smackdown! at arounf the 90-minute mark. They were doing some live remote promoting John Cena's new video. There were several celebrities hanging around that were interviewed (Christina Agullara (sp?), Mr. T., Gary Coleman) and some folks that I think were made up to look like celebrities from the 80's (I guess that's the theme of the video). Well, they show a fast scene of "Cher", Boy George", and one of "Madonna" and "Michael Jackson" (I'm assuming they weren't the actual artists, but folks who looked a hell of alot like them). In the shot of Madonna, she's standing with "Michael" behind her, and for some reason both have bandana cleave gags in their mouths. A shot a few seconds later, focusing more on "Michael", showed him with the bandana down around the neck, and you can see the Madonna character aside of hiim & her bandana is around her neck as well (that's how I know that the gags were bandanas). That was about it, and probably of interest to completists only, but it was a totally out-of-left-field shot in a show that doesn't show re-runs. Luckily I recorded it earlier to watch later so I was able to watch it in slo-mo to see exactly what was happening.
Incidently, I know that these WWE shows don't usually rerun, but my folks, who I visit regularly, live in northern Missouri (I'm sure Brian knows where Kirksville is), and up there, Smackdown! airs on Saturday nights instead of Thursdays, so there may be a chance this episode will air again in other areas of the country (at least it will in Kirksville!!!) :-) I'd post a cap but I don't know how. |

Also the weekend WWE shows (i.e. WWE Experience, WWE Velocity, etc) occasionally will feature highlights from the primary "Raw" and "Smackdown" shows. However, they may not replay this particular segment like they did with the JoyG-in-the-limo-trunk scene weeks ago. |

This description doesn't match the scene listed in the Database. That description is rather vapid, and merely states that Janice Pennington is holding a bound and gagged Dian Parkinson hostage. To corroborate the validity of this Database Entry, one of us should contact either "The Price Is Right", or Ms. Parkinson herself. I'm sure that the CBS has archivists with nearly infallible memories, and also that Ms. Parkinson would certainly recall the one time she was bound and gagged on the show. |

The girl lays on a bed (floor, table, back seat) and puts a lime in her mouth. The guy pours some tequila into that little depression that forms in your neck if you hold your neck muscles just so....the guy then drinks the tequila out of the depression and eats the lime out of the girls mouth. The fact that she's laying there with here hands untied on her chest and has some guy moving in on her sure doesn;t look like a threatened woman. I think thats a lime and I think she;s perfectly happy to be there. p.s. Body Shots make a mess of everything...it;s hard to get the tequila out of the depression, the lime juice runs everywhere....just plain messy. Buy the girl dinner/show...it;s easier. |

Question: The episode opened up with Tracy already tied in the wheelchair & gagged with the bowtie. Did the scene actually start the day before? I sure looked like the scene was a continuation from a previous day. Anyone know? |

"Descendant" may not be a very good movie, but it does give us her first-ever full treatment scene -- and it's a doozy. About 70 minutes in, she's knocked out in the woods with a blow to the head. A few minutes later, we see her dressed in a white nightgown, gagged with duct tape, and tied to a bed with narrow cloth strips: hands bound to one corner of the bed, ankles bound to the opposite corner. There are some cuts on her face. Lots of struggling, mmphing, and closeups ensue as the bad guy enters, lies atop her, and prepares to kill her with a knife. Fortunately, she's rescued at the last moment. As an added bonus, Ms. Dylan has a short-but-sweet scene at the 46-minute mark. Wearing her pajamas, she's grabbed in her own home, and seen a moment later standing with her hands tied together above her head and her mouth gagged with duct tape. The bad guy proceeds to mummify her completely with white tape. Nice closeups of her bound wrists, her taped feet and legs, and her face as her abductor gags and blindfolds her with the tape. The scene ends with a long shot of her predicament. Happily, she too is rescued at the 77-minute mark, in another short sequence that is intercut with Ms. Heigl's own predicament. |

| Hadji, I think you're in fantasy land. Do you really think anyone at CBS or the Price is Right is going to remember one skit that happened around 30 years ago? You would because bondage is important to you, but if it isn't important to them, they won't remember.
As for Ms. Parkinson the same holds true. Why would she remember if she had a cloth in her mouth for 30 seconds or so and ropes dangling over her thirty years ago? It was a silly skit - one of thousands she did over the years. This reminds me of a story. A friend of mine once played a kidnapping game with his sister and one of her friends when they were all in their early teens. Years later he brought it up and she had no memory of it whatsoever. |

There's a split second frame early in the promo where the female leans her head back and the guy has something heading for her mouth. I thought it looked like a lime or something. It doesn't interest me, but does that count as an actual gag and does in go in the DB? |

| I have it on good authority that "Smackdown" will repeat for East Coast viewers on WWOR on Sunday, 5/1, from 5-7 PM ET.
Hopefully someone with the equipment can cap this, since I'm interested in seeing it. |

Just like the previous poster said about Parkinson, why would a CBS archivist (or an avid fan) remember one of thousands of sketches performed over decades of the show? Or bother to try to recall it or track it down on the whim of a person writing and asking about this one sketch (and not just dismissing him as a weirdo)? Given the likelihood you'll come back and say "maybe the archivist (or avid fan) is one of us", I'll reply right away by saying that whatever chance there is of that, if it were the case, there is an even better chance that person would know about this board and post something about this. Actually, you'd probably get a better response if you found an online PIR discussion group or bulletin board and asking there. It would also help if you knew more about the sketch than just a model was tied up. As always, to most people, that is a very minor detail. Remember, different strokes for different folks. |

What about Monday & Tuesday? Since no one mentioned this plotline till yesterday, i guess it's possible no one caught it till then? Possibly some folks who get SoapNet can record this week's worth of episodes over the weekend (don't they show the entire week's episodes each weekend?) if we knew which days to record (I guess we could just record all 5 episodes). The only thing I noticed on the previous day was Luke giving Tracy some wine or something, She drops into his arms, and he puts her into the wheelchair and wheels her away. But since it was Tracy I wasn't paying much attention, possible there could have been more. |

Here's a brief re-cap: Near the end movie, Leila is grabbed out of her bedroom by her admiring fiancee-to-be, He tears a sheet apart as he holds her.The next shot shows her sitting the front seat of his convertible, tied (presumeably, you don't see her hands) and cleave gagged. The gag remains on for about 30 seconds or so, great lighting & close-ups. Some struggling with the gag but no mmpphhh-ing. A few seconds later he unties her hands as they drive away to wedded bliss. Interestingly, this is Leila's second gag scene (the other being The Bishop Murder Case), and both were cleave gags, rare in ANY 30's movie, let alone two, and both with the same actress! |

If someone has the actual video of this incredily sexy Latina weathergirl chained up and gagged!!!! That's worth a million bucks!!! Of course, I don't got a million bucks but I would glady pay $500 for it...honestly I would!!! That girl is freaking fine and I always fantasize how that weather chica would look tied up and gagged in her tight short skirts. |

| A few weeks ago, there was discussion in the Database Correction section about a scene deleted from most extant prints of the UNCLE movie "One of Our Spies is Missing."
I've just rediscovered a still I thought I'd seen long ago, showing Ms Faith as sweet, doomed Lorelei, tape gagged and being menaced with a knife. All that remains in most prints is the initial handgag scene, this one being usually deleted. A copy is now on the following site: htp://http://www.gagproject.com/gallery/Contributions . Man, that pic takes me back! I had a German pen pal, Moni, who looked very like Ms Faith, with the same hair and even the same style of dress. Wonder where she is now.... |

Not only did I see it, but I also TiVo'd it, dumped it to my PC and have high quality digital caps as well as the entire scene in a MPG. The only problem is, since everyone mostly blew me off as a hoaxter, I don't know if I would be willing to share........On the other hand, this site has been invaluable to me over the years so maybe....... |
