I've said it before, but I'll say it again, "Ultimas Semanas" is the greatest spanish phrase known to man. It must translate into "It's time to start abducting and taking hostages." (For those that don't know, actually it means "Ultimate Weeks", it's what the networks label the last 6 weeks or so of a telenovela)

Dumb Luck
Has anyone seen the scene in Dumb Luck? I've seen caps at Fuzz's site before it moved, and the scene looks like a keeper. I ask because I hear the movie airs on Showtime mostly and a free preview is airing this weekend. I want to know if a possible airing is worth keeping an eye out for.

It's a good scene. Lots of closeups, etc. Tracey Nelson has always been a major cutie. I thought her scene in "Father Dowling" was nice with a white OTM, in an all-too quick scene.

That should have been Tracy Nelson without the e in her first name.

I might be thinking of someone else, but didn't Tracy have a scene in a Perry Mason movie? I vaguely recall her tied up with her real-life husband, who was also in the movie. Back to back in chairs. No gags. Not in the database.

Could you please describe the bondage scene in more detail? What is the name of the actress who plays the swim coach? How is she restrained, and is she gagged? Better yet, is she wearing a swimsuit?

throttle
Don't know if it has been discussed before, but there's for sure a scene in the upcoming movie "Throttle", starring Amy Locane. The trailer shows a quick glimpse of her gagged face (cleave gag) and there's a picture of her with the cloth (with a knot in the middle) around her neck.
Below is the link to the trailer.

Database Entries
I understand the Moderator's and Jay's arguments for a registration system, but I do also see the big problem of "foreigners" adding scenes on this page; not long ago, there was somebody who threw in a dozen or so new scenes of rare Australian tv-scenes (well described), and then there are the guys who did put up so much work by adding hundreds of scenes from Japanese doramas etc. (of, say, improving descriptions;) ) - those guys haven't posted since the new registration system works, you know.
Perhaps at least one weekend or so in a month the registration should be deactivated as a way for those guys to contribute from their sources?!

Hi.

Are you by chance a norwegian guy, or at least from Scandinavia ?
Very cool to see another viking who share this interest for bondage and bound and gagged girls in movies...

Maybe you can send me an e-mail and we can exchange some funny stuff ? (my e-mail is attached)

Publicity Stunt with Bondage in Toronto
Did anyone catch it on the news?

"Sir Richard Branson, dressed as a superhero, signalled the birth of Virgin Mobile Canada yesterday by sliding down a cable from the top of a building into the middle of downtown's Dundas Square, he then hopped on the back of a monster truck, which proceeded to drive over three rusted jalopies meant to represent the competition.

But the silliness didn't end there. After symbolically crushing his rivals, Branson rescued three miniskirt-wearing nurses who were chained to the cars. The four then flirtatiously played in the snow with each other as an awestruck media — who seemed to outnumber the general public — looked on."

These upcoming bondage scenes are coming fast and furious. Perhaps film producers have learned there is a target audience for mainstream B&G scenes.

This would be okay for me,
but Brian and a few others don't consider this "well described".
Brian's term used when got on me about it was "Bare Bones Description", or something.

There was also some complaints here on Discussion page around the same time,
this the reason for that red "Editor Warning"

Suggest do what I do.
Bound "hands behind", or "over her head", etc along with type of gag.

Oh yes, believe Deanl & Anonymous? whom went through the Gagvision site for us
[gagvision.cool.ne.jp site (password-DID)]
and others

Problem there is they went through the site,
but we left with figuring what Title it'll air under outside Japan, Korea, China, etc

So, this case:
----------
Record number: 10363

Title: Boku ga Chikyu wo sukuu aka I Save the World
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Hitomi Manaka, Unknown

Description: Episode: "7"

Ms. Manaka, playing one of the main characters in this "dorama"-series, is sitting tied to a pole together with another girl (both hands behind); however, Ms. Manaka is also tightly over the mouth gagged with a thick white towel; when one of the heroes arrives to free the ladies, Manaka's gag has changed to a rolled-up half-otm-half-cleave-gag; pretty good scene with close-ups and great facial expressions by Manaka
---------------------------------------

I added in the "I Save the World" title, as that what it aired here as.
Those two fellas had no way of knowing that, as they going off direct translations.

Means this how it's going to be for the rest of those. We'll have to wade through all of the doramas till we catch them.
Seeing how most Japanese soaps are about dealing with Bitchy Mother-in-Laws and backstabbing-boyfriend stealing girlfriends, it's going to take awhile for the good ones to air.

Don't be suprised if Asian shows mentioned once in awhile, unless Gagvision site has a big update.

Re: Database & ID Hassles- (Japan)
Whilst on the topic of Japanese entries.

A poster familiar with Japanese scenes suggested keeping an eye on shows aimed at a say "Yung-er" audience.
So I have on one.
Well they just recently had two women in black leather vests and such wrestling around, with one finally getting the other's hands behind her back and cuffing her.
No gag, but still have to get it clipped for laughs.

Where I'm from, these "Yung-er audience" shows feature a woman that talks to teddybears, claiming the bear "wants to pretend to be a fire engine", while a guy runs around dressed like a moose. We got to get in the game huh? ;)

Also had a sitcom? With two girls heavily tied to chairs, David Knight style. Appeared the cops came racing down the right side of the street, so this one likely from Korea.
The Major is working on "De-putzulating" this,
and hopefully we'll have an "Asian-expert" ID it from his clip.

Seeing how we can't enter without a title,
this again a main reason why you're hearing rumours of foreign scenes, but they taking their time getting entered.

Although this is far from a scientific analysis, I find myself adding more scenes after you put in the registration for episodes that just aired. It could be just that some of the people who add eps are only posting stuff in the alerts instead of making an entry. That isn't necessarily a bad thing though, a lot of crap is being filtered out.

Okay, for the curious..
Yes, I can sort of give rough data from adjusting the Database tracking to a specific show.
I'll do one for the popular Yank show "Alias", from notes and adjusted entry tracking leading up to registration point, to give you an idea:

Actress: Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Tung
Episode: "The Box", Part 2 (1.13)

First mention from US posters- Feb 2002
Entered into the Database March 2002
------------------------------

Episode: "Spirit" (1.10)

First mention Dec 16-17th 2001
Entered in DB March 2002
---------------------------------------

Episode: "The Getaway" (2.12)

First mention Jan 2003
*Entered in DB right at same time- Jan 2003
--------------------------------

Episode: "The Enemy Walks In" (2.1)

First mention Sept 30th 2002
Entered in DB Sept 2003
--------------------------------

Episode: "Breaking Point" (3.08)

*First mentioned and entered same time Nov 23 2003
-------------------------------------

Episode: "Full Disclosure" (3.11)

*First mentioned and entered same month- Jan 2004
-----------------------------------

Episode: "Almost 30 Years" (1.22)

First mentioned May 12-13th 2002
Entered in DB July 2004
--------------------------------------

Episode: "Crossings" (3.12)

First mentioned Jan 2004
Entered in DB Oct 2004
------------------------------------

Episode: "Passage", Part 2 (2.9)

First mentioned Dec 2002
Entered in DB Oct 2004
---------------------------------

Episode: "Prelude" (3.7)

First mentioned Nov 2003
Entered in DB Oct- Nov 2004
==========================================

Again, this rough. Probably take some time to adjust notes for all the popular US shows to give a better idea.

Actually "Ultima Semanas" would translate to "Final Weeks" as in the show final new chapters. But hey, it could be a double entredre b/c they indeed produce great, one can say "ultimate", scenes during that time. But novelas tend to give us scenes throughout the season. I have a slight preference for cloth gags (both cleave and detective) over tape gags, and I also believe that silver duct tape gags are used way too much these days. Nevertheless, the Kristin Davis scene is quite hot! Indeed, it is probably one of the very best tape gag scenes from the last 10 years! It is always nice to see a cap from this scene again. Kudos to you and to the unsigned poster for posting caps from this scene. My favorite part of this scene was how she blew away the bad guy (after she had gotten free of her bonds) with the tape still on her mouth!

Actually, as mentioned earlier,
those two fellas ran in entries based on a cap site.
Once around May 2004, then last around Sept 2004. A couple months before the Registration.
Wait till those sites update again and we'll see...

Btw: Their contributions helped the boy here tonight.
"Jung Da-Bin", or whatever the heck her name? Korean babe.
Negative side, appears more her chin and mouth buried in her own scarf when she tied up.
(Another of the "Great caps", but likely not so great "clips")
But on the plus side,
she's handgagged, or chloro'd, or both, during her abduction. Not in the caps, but will appeals to some here.
Also,
one of the goofs whom abducted her looks same as the bandit in the "David Knight" style one. Now know both Korean. Makes ID aheckofalot easier.

Good work Anonymous & Deanl, much appreciated

I agree that this scene is one of the all-time greats. When I mentioned it in an earlier post, I was proving a point that duct-tape gags can be just as good or better-looking than cleave-gags.
Coming from a cleave-gag snob like myself, that should be something.
The bottom-line: A gag only enhances a great scene. If the scene sucks (the lighting is bad, or the bondage is loose), it doesn't matter what type of gag is used. Really good scenes are memorable--and images of Kristin Davis in a lip-hugging tape-gag qualifies as memorable.

Yesterday, Camila made a break for it and when the guards caught her they were told to take her to the warehouse and tied her up. (So I read.) It must have happened during the 30 minutes she wasn't shown yesterday, because today's episode started with her free in a shed. Imagine my disappointment.

Luckily, Pablo returned to the house with cops to search for her. After the cops leave, Camila is shown out in the woods being tied to a tree and cleavegagged. Happens in the last ten minutes.
