| This show has some potential for a small scene, but never follows through. Tonight for example, they set up Eva Longoria. Her Desperate Housewives co-star help set her up when cops pulled them over and he bolted. She was pulled out of the car and threatened that she was going to jail, but they never handcuffed her. They did a similar scenario with singer Brandy last season. Next week, it looks like Kirsten Dunst will be put in another cop/pull over set up, but don't expect anything. |

| BTW, I'm running into a problem I can't seem to overcome. All of these dubbing machines are set to stop copying if they run into any copyguarded material. Ok, that's fine, but what's NOT fine is that when these machines run into some very poor quality video (Such as some of the really old, really rare soap scenes.) they treat it like it's some form of copyguard and refuse to continue copying.
Anyone have any idea on how to overcome this? |

| Theres a good scene from the Japanese kids show, Space Giants. Its about a family of 3 robots who battle to save earth from the evil Rodak. In one episode, the sexy female robot, Silvar, must sneak onto Rodak's secret island base and blow it up. She puts on a skin-tight wet suit and is captured as soon as she gets on the island. Her hands are chained up behind her and she is stood against a wall to be shot.(No gag btw). She is then rescued by her robot son who shoots off her chain with the lazers from his antenna. Good thing he's a good shot or he'd have fried her shapely butt!
Does anyone else know of any wetsuit bondage? |

Nothing in 'Be Cool' besides a putz. Uma Thurman could have been B&G late in the film when Harvey Keitel insinuates that they have her as a hostage but she's merely shown being held by two villains with a gun on her. |

You might be SOL. What dubbing machine do you have? There are often firmware hacks and / or special menus that disable such protection if it is from one of the lesser known manufacturers. You can try googling the model number and see if anything comes up. |

| Vince, It could be the VCR you are using..In the sub menus on your vcr could be something called bluescreen.You have to set it on the off position..When the vcr is playing if it detects a weak signal the vcr will just send out a blue screen and nothing will show up.When the bluescereen is defeated it should send out a signal no matter how weak it is..These are found on Panasonics,JVC and other vcr decks..I hope this helps??

| My new site dedicated to Damsel in Distress scenes from the mainstream media is now up and running. The site is still a little raw and funky, but I hope to clean it up and tighten things up as I learn more about how to do this.
The site will feature caps, clips, links, and requests are encouraged!! Site will update a couple times a week, likely on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the updates, but new scenes from the current season will pop in any time when I catch them. I have to send the video clips out via e-mail for the time being until I figure out the site system. Sorry to have to ask everyone who sent a request to the lycos e-mail last week to send another one to the new email listed here to get on the MAILING LIST. I need to avoid doubles. Clips will go out Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Caps will be on the site. First up, this week, Caren Kaye in "Simon & Simon" and the scene from "Code Name Eternity" on Sci-Fi last week. Nice OTM gag in that one! Also reposted the "Szizoid" caps that many might have missed before. Check the site for FAQs on other topics. The "Simon & Simon" clips goes out Tuesday, and "Code Name" on Thursday. |

The old guy with the ponytail is in a jail and makes a call to his ranch and we see scenes of the damsel there. Unfortunately my VCR is having problems and it powered off when the only close-up shot came on. Shortly after there's another scene when the bad guys take her from the room where she's being held. Unfortunatley when they join up with the ring leader later the is ungagged but still has her hands tied in front. That's it for now, for the gag at least. |

The first occurs around 10-12 min. in and has a nice close up of Ana gagged. The second comes a few minutes after the commercial break where the bad guys take her away. When she's shown again at around the 30 min. mark, she's ungagged with hands tied in front. There are scenes throughout the remaining half hour of the villains leading her up a hill to their hideout presumably. There may be more to come as there out in the woods and a posse is on their tails. |

Other similar shows such as Spike Tv's Ultimate Revenge and Scare Tactics (I believe they did a similar stunt)have had the same set up where the victim of the joke was handcuffed. Although I doubt they would do it to celebrities. However, the people who have helped set up the prank (unfortunatly, male celebs only) have been restrained so there may be a possibility in the future. |
