interesting article...
found this article through my school's (ASU) web network:

http://www.asuwebdevil.com/issues/2006/02/21/arts/695775

worth the time, i'd say if for nothing else besides curiosity.

Robin Deardon on Knight Rider; her last scene inside the car. She gets angry when Hasselhoff doesn't pull the tape off and then says he can't understand what she's saying. The "car" then says something like "I think she's saying to take the gag off".

Which just reminded me of Madchen Amick screaming at Piper Laurie in Twin Peaks. More of a panic, but I think she got a little angry after Laurie utters her clasic line.

Edwige Fenech scene?
Looking at her entries in the Database, this scene doesn't appear to be in it, if this lobby card is any indication. Don't know if it's one of PantyDVD's collections.

Speaking of Ms. Daniel, I watched "Rampage" last night, and it doesn't offer much in the way of bondage scenes. Ms. Daniel plays a psychologist who interviews Kenneth Bianchi, a suspect in the Hillside Strangler Murders. The movie focuses on the dynamic between the two, rather than on the murders themselves. There is only one bondage scene in the entire movie; it occurs rather early in the film. A streetwalker is lying bound hand and foot on a cement floor. She is not gagged, as the victims usually were.
Ms. Daniel is herself imperiled, when Kenneth Bianchi visits her home a couple of times, and during one visit, chokes her. She very foolishly gave him a business card on which her home address was printed. Anyway, this movie is a big bust for those seeking bondage scenes.

With all those DinD's, it's too bad about the subject matter. It would have been great as an 'R For Revenge' film adaptation

Re: The perils of AFLAC
Interesting quote about the AFLAC ad (which is, in fact, entitled "Damsel in Distress"):

"The supplemental insurer says the 30-second spot is the second-highest tested television ad -- among research focus groups -- out of the 25 commercials in which the feathered spokesduck has appeared."

Lucille Ball B&G in Wall St. Journal
I read the online version of the Wall St Journal and there was an article on Google's video business, including the selling of TV shows. The picture in the article was Lucy bound hand and foot and cleave-gagged with white cloth (one of my favorites). I don't know if the print version of the paper also had that picture. I'm not sure how they wound up showing that particular scene because I don't think that particular episode is available on Google's video website.

Aldo YouthAids at it again
Remember all those nice pics of Christian Aguilera and Salma Hayek gagged with duct tape last year? Apparently Aldo Shoes is preparing a new campaign with new celebrities - the site isn't up yet, but there is a nice pic of Eva Mendes on the site with something in her mouth. :-)

Get ready for round 2.

Angry gag talk? I'll give YOU angry gag talk!
You youngsters around here sure know how to make your elders feel old and cranky, you know that?

You mean that none of you-NONE OF YOU-have ever seen Hope Emerson in "Belle Le Grand?"

My goodness, that was the scene that INVENTED indignant mmphing!

Heck, Emerson was older when she filmed that scene than I am now, but I defy any of you gag-fanciers to pass on it after watching it. Shows up on Encore Westerns fairly often.

Hmm, she was 54 years old, she was 6'2" and weighed 230 pounds (according to the IMDB)... I think I'll pass.

Hey, do you know the American title for this film (if there is one)? It apparently is available on DVD & I'd like to see if NetFlix has it. Thanks, JP

I totally second this motion. An adaptation of SVH "R for Revenge" would be great. I just love that inside cover pic that showed the 3 cheerleaders throughly gagged with thick white cleaves looking around terrified in a dark corner. Yeah, the ties are loosies but the look on those gagged cheerleaders is such a damn turn-on!!

The only possibility I saw on this happening was a made for TV movie based on the book to come out on ABC Family which bought the rights to the shortlived series which incidently gaves a few goods scenes as well.

If you mean me (I post here as Doug R, because of another Doug who posts), then the answer is OH YEAH! I missed this movie completely, but from what I've read about this scene here, it sounds really marvelous. I'll certainly try to catch it when it next airs and have the 'caps on my site with the following update. Thanks CM!

Not Quite VCR Alert...
I am watching "Girl From Uncle" on American Life Network. It repeats at 1 AM Eastern, and of course 10 PM California time. About 2 minutes into the episode there is a nice but brief shot of Stefanie Powers bound and gagged. It's not worth a clip, but would make a nice screensnap. Anyone out there have the gear to grab this? Thanks!

One More for Alexandra Paul
Here's an alert for the SCI-FI movie..
Disaster Zone:Volcano in NY ...airing on SCI-FI this Saturday at 9pm....happens about 50 mins into the movie or so (dont know what that is with commercials?)...Paul and a putz (Costas Mandylor..i believe) get captured by Michael Ironside (who else?) and she gets tied hands behind back to a chair(with Costas the putz). The best part however is while she is being tied, she is yelling at the villan to stop this because he's creating a..um..Volcano in NY...and he tapes her mouth shut while she is complaining. She and Costas are in this predicament for about 5 mins on and off (with intermittent shots of some lava that was created on some of SF's Fisher Price CGI computers) until she is finally untied by Costas. Some nice mmphing and struggling, even over all of the cheesy sound effects. Not the greatest scene in the world..but fairly long, plenty of shots..and enoguh of a reason to tape a bad movie.
