Next Week's STARGÅTE SG-1
I just saw the promo for next week's episode of STARGÅTE SG-1, "Off the Grid", & there's a quick flash of the entire SG-1 ---including SAM!!--- captured by the Lucian Alliance & restrained. It's one of those kneeling-in-the-dirt-in-a-row while the villains gloat scenes. Sam has some sort of leather collar around her neck & she doesn't seem to be enjoying herself. No other details of their bonds are visible in the ad, but obviously we'll learn more next Friday (the 10th). And there's more good news! SG-1 is "undercover", dressed in leather costumes. They're rather Hercules/Xena-like, & Sam looks mighty fine!

Works for me. I was more concerned with finding the title so I could look for it. Thanks for help on this one guys, and thanks Brian for allowing it to go this far.

Allison Hossack in Cobra nicely chair tied w/ crossbow pointing at her. Several shots of her in tears while gagged.
One of my favorites.

I recall one splendid scene in which the damsel was crying. It was that episode of "Supertrain" in which Mary Louise Weller plays a kidnapped princess. She is bound and gagged in the compartment of the train, and cries when her bodyguard is killed while trying to save her life.

These tears may have been genuine. I read that the crew was jeering at her and making snide comments while she was bound and gagged.

Oh please, I seriously doubt they tormented her to the point where she broke down and cried, and they wouldn't have started filming a scene right in the middle of her crying.

There is such a thing called "professionalism" in the film industry.

Hi Folks,

I was doing a foreign language search on Google images using the keyword "secuestro" and came across this.

The DiD is Marcela Del Valle.

Anyone here seen anything of this?

This movie came out yesterday. Just wondering if anyone saw it. It looks like it might be promising...trailer isn't any help right now, but check it out anyway...

That is a good one. She must be one of those actresses that can produce tears on demand as I recall her scene in 'Two' she also had tears in her eyes.

There's a lot of DiD scenes where actresses make the crying face and even crying noises but don't produce any tears. 'Abducted II' and 'Spun' are a couple of those scenes that come to mind.

I'm really looking forward to adding JA's 'Into the Blue' scene to my collection as it's finally coming to PPV on DIRECTV next week.

She briefly states on the DVD commentary that some members of the crew made a few lighthearted wisecracks about her situation along the lines of 'imagine what we could do to you like that'.

I think the original poster needs to get real. The director, also on the commentary, then goes on at length at the pains they went to ensure Eliza was confortable while they filmed the scenes.

The idea they would mock the lead actress to the point of tears is absurd and bourne out of fantasy rather than reality.

I may be writing romances soon, our kind of romances
But prolly not under the name "Evil Captor."

Pretty much by chance I met an agent who has worked with authors that you would all recognize the names of if I were to write them, which I won't, to protect the agent's identity. She has decided I might be right for some of the racier lines of romances that are coming out lately, after looking at some of the novels I've written.

I find it pretty weird to think that I might be writing romances. Mrs. Pat Powers is all excited ... she's having all sorts of fun thinking up nom de plumes for me. I have convinced her that "Fifi LaRue" is right out, but she's still having fun with it.

Absolutely weird, but not all that weird. After all, the movie "Secretary" has been in heavy rotation on one of those women's channels. Apparently, some of the romance publishers have twigged to that phenom, because one of the writing guidelines I've been given has "Story of O" on its suggested reading list.

I'll keep you posted, if the Mod finds this appropriate.

C'mon guys, TG & "Reality Check", cut longtime poster Hadji some slack here...all he did was make acomment that her tears *might* have been due to comments & teasing form the crew, he never said it was a certainty by any means, and in any case I think you're being a bit rude to him for basically no reason.
Sorta reminds me of those message boards on the Internet Movie database (I know some of you folks have read 'em!) where a person makes a comment about a movie & is pretty much crucified for it by other posters for having an idea, opinion, or point-of-view that the others disagree with or think is stupid.
A simple "I doubt that is the case because..." would be much more civil than "Oh please..." and "I think the poster needs to get real...that idea is absurd" (paraphrasing).

JP, your supportive comments on my behalf are duly noted and appreciated. Thank you for defending me and my opinions. I didn't take any offense, and I always do appreciate constructive criticism, and corrections of my comments when they are corroborated by facts and logic.
I vaguely recalled reading comments by Ms. Dushku that the crew of the movie "Wrong Turn" either facetiously poked fun of her being bound and gagged, or made truly hurtful snide comments that induced tears. My memory is not infallible, and I apparently didn't recall her commentary in its entirety.

Is this scene actually in Congo Bill?
I've read about a gag scene, but not an AOH scene.

Extremely unlikely. They don't keep the cameras rolling if the star of the show is so upset she is bawling.

Not quite. From what I kinda vaguely recall hearing, Eliza wasn't too happy about shooting the scene more because a couple crew members decided to tickle her while she was tied down.
