For those of you who are fond of slave girl imagery. Female sword fighters rescue a woman and her daughter from desert bandits who keep their women in chains (the desert women wear a belt with a metal loop, and a chain passes through to cuff on each wrist, so they can only use one hand at time). Later in the book, the daughter grows up and is wounded in a sword fight. She’s feverish, so her girlfriend ties her hands to keep her from taking off her bandages. “The Mediator: Twilight,” by Meg Cabot Young Adult. Ch.14 - Girl bound hand and foot in a hayloft, tied to a post, handkerchief stuffed in her mouth and held there with rope. Time is spent on the subduing and tying, she stays tied for a while, then there’s a satisfying rescue. One of a series, and apparently the damsel’s distress is not an isolated occurrence: “People have, of course, tied me up before ...” “The Dark Highlander,” by Karen Marie Moning Romance. Student drops by guy’s apartment, is looking through his things, realizes he’s a thief. He catches her, ties her to his bed with silk scarves. Heroine is in a state, as she is lusting after her captor something fierce. He keeps her tied up for about two chapters, hand feeds her. He unties her. Then he ties her back up. “No Way Back,” by Rick Mofina Thriller. Woman handcuffed and forced down to floor of the car. Later she spends some time bound and gagged with tape, in a sleeping bag. When they take her out of the sleeping bag, they put a hood over her head. |

Naturally, the wife falls for Mehuru in preference to her staid and increasingly desperate husband. I was sort of hoping Mehuru would use the gag on her at some point while lecturing her on the iniquities of slavery, but it never materialised. |

| Just in time for the spring musical, the amateur rights to "Urinetown'' hsve been released, a show with an extended bound and gagged sequence for the lead female.
A high school near me in CT did it over the past two weekends, with two girls alternating the lead role (Hope). I didn't go because it was sold out (high school musicals usually are, calm down. A lot of aunts, uncles and cousins have to show up and clap). But, there is a page of pics from this production and, on the theatrical rights agency's homepage, a list of schools (some colleges too) around the country who have scheduled productions around the country for 2006. |

| Bit of a long shot this but does anyone know of any scenes where the woman is bound and gagged (especially tape gagged) whilst wearing spandex? There nearest i could find in the DB is the film aerobicide and i suppose Diana Rigg in her catsuit in the avengers is fairly close. Anyone else have any reccommendations if so they're much appreciated. |

Adrienne Corri gets the rubber-ball-and-clear tape routine in a stretchy red catsuit in "A Clockwork Orange." I suppose Batgirl's various tie-ups count, too. |

| According to my calculations and the DB entry - episode 37 will be on Tuesday morning (Telefutura, 7AM ET) On the previous episode - hot senorita and singer Thalia had exited the church and the homeless guy was watching her. Does anyone know how long this scene extends? Is it more than the one episode? |

I also pulled up a couple of hits under "skintight" that might be spandex. Finally, Joyce Hyser was wearing spandex or something very much like it in one of her scenes in The Flash TV series ("Revenge of the Trickster") so she might have been wearing it in the other scene where she's bound and gagged. I don't know. And Joyce, as though who've seen the uncut version of "Just One Of The Boys" will know, has what it takes to stretch a spandex suit in very enticing ways. |

| Just looked at the tape-gagged clip frame by frame and it doesn't look like it's Emily Proctor, but mostly because the damsel looks like the typical dead corpse on these shows and that wouldn't be Emily.
But just looking at the face, you can't tell for sure but likely just a hottie guest star. Hopefully, they show her before she gets killed. |

| Sylvie, thank you very much for your help. I actually have East of Eden but never got around to reading it. I'm going to go flip through it right now. And I'm most definately going to check out "No Way Back" ( looks like wonderful bondage stuff to me ) and "Stolen" ( great concept ). The next time I'm buying a Sandman, I'm going to make sure that I buy them.
Rich, I've never read any of Parker's "Spenser" series. Guess it's time I start with this one, thanks. |

| Holy cow...I set this episode to record & had to go out. Having forgotten my wallet I had to rush back & found that I'd forgotten to turn on the cable box after setting the VCR timer! So I turned it on & started recording manually (I just KNEW Ashley was getting close to getting tied & gagged by Mickie!!!!). A few minutes into it, I hadn't left yet, I see Mickie in the ring with a huge "present" for Trish & I knew what it would be!!! Whatta scene! Beenb waiting for this one for a LONG time.
Thank goodness for a forgotten wallet, as I'd have come home to 2 hours of black screen! |

| Down boys it's not Emily Proctor but someone else around the half hour mark. Victim of a home invasion is found bound and tape gagged over a clear table. Quickly released and she pulls tape from mouth. After following commercial tech guys at scene are examining scene, of course, we get a quick re-enactment of damsel gagged in a shot from under glass table. My advice is only bother if you've got free time, nothing to stress over if you miss scene. |

| It's about time! They've spoiled the "psycho heel bitch ties up babyface chick" angle too many times to count. Sherri Martel, Luna Vachon, Chyna, and Victoria all had ample opportunities for this angle when they were cast as the heel. Nice to see that the bookers pay it off once in a while.
I'd be interested to see what the live reports reveal off the wrestling sites. Most of the stuff you see "backstage" are shot long before it airs "live." This one would be hard to pull off without the crowd being in on it. Could explain why they were so dead, but that is for another forum. DiD mark |

Alive and well damsel, and pretty nice looking. But watching the full hour makes me want a scene with Emily Procter even more. What a sexy voice she has. |
