Actually, Sabrina has already been tied up a few times (and tape gagged once) when she was on that old sci-fi show "Sliders". However, she was pretty young & not nearly as hot as she looks now, IMO |

I said hello to her at Sundance when she was there with "Dopamine" a few years back. I somehow managed to refrain from also saying, "You're unreasonably beautiful and should think about getting tied up and gagged onscreen more often," which might have been weird. |

| On the subject of old black and white scenes you can't get much older than the silents. But what, in people's opinions, was the best scene from those ancient times? Obviously there's not much available out there and silent movie bondage to a modern day audience is generally the "Spoof", as seen in a large number of TV commercials and Music videos. But from the bonafide days of tinkling piano music accompaniment and caption cards my own favourite has to be the rope heavy cliffhanger from the old serial "Woman in Gray" where Arline Pretty is tied to a bed under a huge slab with a spear projecting from underneath.
I've only seen stills from this scene but it looks pretty cool. |

| Here's my contribution:
In 1977 ABC had a one-season-wonder entitled "The Feather & Father Gang". STEFANIE POWERS played Toni "Feather" Dalton, an attorney with a con-man father (Harold Gould), & together with Father's gang of aging accomplices, they would fight crime, prove people innocent, trick murderers in confessing, etc. It was an update of "The Sting", only not good enough to be a hit. Anyway, one day I tuned in to the end of an episode, intending to watch whatever was next, & they were doing the montage-of-scenes-from-the-episode thing under the end credits. What to my wondering eyes did appear, but... Toni (Stefanie), dressed in an evening gown (unless I'm suffering from scene creep), & BOUND TO A WOODEN CHAIR FROM ANKLES TO CHEST WITH WHITE ROPE... *LOTS* of white rope. It was tight & looked like REAL BONDAGE! She had an OTM gag of white cloth (I think). She struggled briefly, then rolled her eyes---end of credits. {AAARGH!!!} I don't know the episode, but it's probably moot anyway. I recently ran across an interesting story about a new ballet that is touring called; Knot. It's by Deborah Colker and it's. . .well, a ballet based around ropes, both metaphorically and physically. Here's part of a review and there's a link with photos and video. The Brazilian Deborah Colker, whose latest work to visit Britain, Knot, features a spider’s larder of bound and suspended bodies, says: “It is interesting to deal with bondage in art. It talks about control — of pleasure, and pain — and art is about control. Dance especially is about many of the same controls, of motion, technique, breathing. People may think it is perverted, but there is a clear contract between who will dominate and who will be dominated. This IS ballet after all, so there are men involved, though fortunately none bound to distort the idea. "The F&F Gang" is probably lost forever. :-( ---- Aye... I think even Bondage Life's "Bound for Hollywood" lacked a photo of this scene. BTW, Harold Gould played "Kid Twist" in The Sting (1973). |

| Just got back from seeing this British Horror film at the cinema. It has a very minor scene for Maria Bello, strapped to a wooden chair.
To be honest not that good, and the film, while atmospheric (And relatively gore free before anyone asks) is pretty predictable. I wouldn't rush to see it when it comes out your side of the pond. Too tired now but i will endeavour to write a DB entry tomorrow night. |

| I watched this movie last night; it is a VERY low-budget thriller. Its plot concerns two parolees who kidnap two rich girls and hold them for ransom. The girls are rendered unconscious and carried over the choulder by the villains. They are held captive in a secluded cabin in the woods, where they spend much of the time tied up. They are alternately secured to chairs with rope or handcuffs, or chained to the headboard of a bed. They are very briefly gagged with duct tape.
The villains aren't very bright and inevitably succumb to internecine squabbling, to which their victims goad them. The girls taunt their captors incessantly with jibes and insults. It was unfathomable to me why the villains didn't simply gag the girls; they had a roll of duct tape handy. |

| The latest Steven Seagal direct-to-video laff-fest is called "Mercenary for Justice" (it is, by the way, one of SIX movies he's supposedly got coming out this year).
Anyway, the review over at AICN indicates that two female characters get kidnapped, at different points in the movie. No details of any kind. One is played, it seems, by Jacqueline Lord, the other is hard to tell from the incomplete IMDB listing. |

No episode title was given. The series did resurface as late night or filler cable fare in the late '80s, IIRC ... but either I never caught every ep, or neither the ep you chanced upon, nor the possible other ep with a scene, reaired. |

No details of any kind. There's always hope of course, but since Seagal's "Belly of the Beast" I'm not really optimistic anymore. There we had two bikini-clad damsels kidnapped by a terrorist group, and the movie gave us practically zip. I see there's no DB entry for it, so I will put one together. There: Two girls hiking in Thailand are taken hostage by a terrorist group. The only result of this promising premise we get a few minutes after the abduction: CIA agents watch a video with the kidnappers' demands. The bikini- and shorts-clad damsels are briefly seen blindfolded and with their hands tied in front when the camera zooms in on the TV set. Incredibly, the rest of the film is completely devoid of scenes |

I refrained from commenting on the physical attractiveness of the actresses, but did mention the very evident intellectual deficiencies of the villains and the acerbic tongues of the two damsels in distress. |

This was out at my Blockbuster, so I couldn't rent it. Sounds like some nice scenes here, but a couple questions. How are they KO'd? Are they tied up when carried OTS, and when you say briefly gagged, is that a few seconds or a couple of minutes and any closeups of the two of them gagged together? Lastly, good looking females or just average? |

I know these points are open to debate, but in low-budget movies, I think it really helps, when you often can't find pictures of the no-name actresses on the Web. I'd respect your opinion if you said they were hot, or not. |
