That's iffy.

A documentary shouldn't be too bad. Discussing an event
itself would be more of a problem.

Someone help me out here re: ANGEL DVD's...
I need to know which DVD volume of season One is "Parting Gifts on (Angel 1.10) and which DVD volume of season 2 is " " on (Angel 2.20). My local BBuster is selling previously viewed copies of the seasons as separate discs and I'd like to pick these up, but i don't know how many episodes are on each disk, and the cases are blank and don't say.

HELP!!!!!!!

I'd love to see the scene with Barbi Benton in "When The Whistle Blows." I wish somebody would dig it up and transfer it off their ol' Betamax tape and get it out there for all to enjoy. But it seems to eternally be in "the one that got away" category.

There recently was a thread on this message board whose topic was "Series that ended too soon". This series certainly qualifies, with two episodes which featured bound and gagged actresses, one of them being the gorgeous Kim Basinger. I still remember the TV Guide advertisement for this episode, with a picture of Kim Basinger lying bound and gagged on the floor. I also managed to catch the scene, while watching the episode on television in a room full of other small boys like myself. I certainly would love to see it again.

That's the one I was going to list as well.
Another one I've heard about but never seen is the one of Shakira cleave gagged in one of her videos (or something like that), and also a scene that is supposed to be pretty good in a movie called W.A.R. (Women Against Rape).

I was on the bus during this show. Missed the scene by about ten seconds, and it's never been on again.

Whiz Kids.

Technically I did see it, but it was the fuzzy antenna version. That and the passage of time don't leave much of a memory.

I have been looking for this scene. I would love to see it.

Title: Run, Run Joe! (1974)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Sybil Danning

Description: A young Sybil Danning wearing cut-off shorts and a skimpy shirt gets kidnapped by Tom Skerritt and Keith Carradine and held captive on a boat. She's lying on a bed with her hands bound behind her back and her bare feet tied and tigthly over-the-mouth gagged with cloth.

This is another scene that I would love to see.

Title: My Friend Tony
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Susan Michaels

Description: Episode: "Kidnap" (1.14)

Short-lived detective drama from the late Sixties which starred James Whitmore. In this episode, Susan is held prisoner for almost the entire running time. She's tied to a bed, hands over her head early on, silenced with a white tape gag. She manages to escape, is recaptured and similarly bound, but sports a thick white cleave gag thereafter.

She uses her bare feet to dial a phone. Guy alert.

Parting Gifts is on S1 disc 3. Over the Rainbow is on S2 disc 6. I'd also recommend Unleashed (S5 disc 1) and Why We Fight (S5 disc 4) if you happen to run into them, though the ones you mention are the undisputed classics.

I'd definitely vouch for the quality of this one. I've also just submitted a database correction, now that you brought it up, since the existing entry (while accurate) was missing some vital details at the end. See that forum for more info.

BTW, the scene is out on DVD and should be easy enough to track down via Netflix etc. if you want it.

And speaking of database corrections...
Just revisited/reclipped Conan "The Taming" and decided that its DB entry deserved some enhancement, so check out the forum for that as well. (It's on disc 4 of the DVD set if you're interested.)

I'll go for the very obvious with Keira Knightley, the less obvious with Olivia d'Abo (damn, those eyes), and the totally obscure and extremely-unlikely-ever-to-happen Adrienne Shelly. Oh, and Robin Tunney, who's already been B&G a couple times but should make more of a habit of it.

I added an update for Platinum Rush
to the Database Corrections page back
on 3-29-Sun.
The original entry left out 2 scenes.
I checked & the database entry has not
been updated.
Does it normally take that long or is
my update entry being ignored?

Figure you've been around long enough to know things like this belong over on the Database Corrections Page

Ironice that I saw a clip of that "Cat and Dog" episode recently. Some tennis player gets the treatment in the early part of the episode and the clip shows that. However, later on in the episode where the bad guy snags Basinger is not shown. I actually remember seeing the episode on tv when I was a kid. I echo the post I'm replying to. Would be quite a treat if that scene surfaced.

1) Scarlett Johanson
2) Jennifer Love Hewitt
3) Sarah Jessica Parker

I saw that as well (on Major's site) and didn't even realize the Basinger scene was in the same episode.

She is not strapped/taped/tied in any way. Nor is she gagged, despite what that image may lead anyone to believe. In the scene, Drake grabs her and throws her into the chair so he can feed on her.

Thanks for the ANGEL info Raffish!
Wouldn't ya know, Season 1 Disc 3 was the one disc that had already been bought. Some like minded individual beat me to it. (grumble grumble)
