Mr.Irony's way was simple & easy to use. Novels by topic, then title/author, quick note about type of scene- (g/b/c/e) were the only ones I remember- gagged, bound, chloroformed, e might have been ether or escape... and there was a 1-5 star rating. he also did x2, x3 if there were multiple scenes (the gor novels, etc.) Ratings systems aren't esp. helpful, as tastes are subjective, but if someone gave a 5-star rating, I'd be more inclined to look at it. notes on illustrations, I don't know if you want to incl comic books, seems like there's a couple sites already do that. There was a site that did comic strips also. |

Yes, I'm pretty sure it was "The Alaskans," with beautiful Dorothy. In fact, one of the early issues of Bondage Life featured a still of Dorothy bound and gagged, and it might have been that exact scene. I have to go rummage through the attick for my copy of that issue. If I find it and the still I'll post it if I can. |

Sorry I'm coming to this thread late, but if you haven't read "Let's Go Play at the Adams' by Mendel Johnson, c. 1974, then you're missing a seriously high-impact DiD bondage novel. And it's horrifying, too. Babysitter done in my really nasty children. But the bondage scenes last through the book, are highly erotic. Very well-written.
The book itself was a sensation when it came out. Reviewers either loved it or found it so horrifying that they ran from it. People literally flushed it down the toilet, it was so disturbing. But, once again, the bondage scenes are indelible. I'd also suggest "L'Image" (English title, "The Image") by Jean de Berg. The bondage scenes come late in this short novel, but they are extraordinarily wonderful. Book was made into a movie about the same time as "Story of O," with similar results. Ok film, but book was much, much better. |

This interview in which she candidly disclosed her sexual proclivities was published in an issue of Maxim magazine that was published many years ago. This I know because I have every issue of Maxim. To locate this particular issue, you may want to peruse the Maxim Website, or e-mail your question to the editor. |

> Sheesh guys, really. We can confirm the upcoming Bettie Page biopic contains bondage, BECAUSE I SAW THE FILM 7 MONTHS AGO, AND HAVE REPORTED ON IT HERE MORE THAN ONCE.
Now, can we stop pretending that no one here has yet seen nor reported on the film? ---- However... no one who's actually seen the movie has entered "The Notorious Bettie Page" into the SCENE DATABASE! Unless the reader just happened to see one of your Discussion forum posts, they wouldn't know about it. Not everyone here reads every day's worth of the Discussion forum. |

Thursday March 30 08:45:40 2006 i need some help with this scene |
I don't remember the name of the serie, neither the names of the actresses. It was a seire from Warner and just last one season, a few years ago(between 1999-2002).It was a serie about a team of soldiers or mercenaries, i think i showed some DiDs.I remember just the last episode when the leader of the team, a beauty oriental,is kidnapped. I think they have her blindfolded and hancuffed. But the best part was later, when the team go to rescue her and they culdn't.In addition of this, bad guys capture the other woman of the team(very beuty).Later the chief of the bad guys gives the order: "gag them and put them inside the trunk",after discuss with the ladies, at that time just tied wich their hand back and a handkerchief hanging in thiers necks(future cleave gags). And they do it unfortunatly very quikly. At the end of the episode i think there was a quik scene with both damsels B&G inside the trunk being recue.
Can you help me to identify the serie and the actresses please? Thanks |

The good news: there is indeed a photo of Dorothy Provine in bondage in Bondage Life, Vol.1, Number 3 (August 1978). The bad news: it's a still from the 1966 movie "Kiss the Girls and Make Them Die," not from "The Alaskans." And the page layout crops the still so badly that it's hardly worth the effort. I regret not being able to fulfill my promise. |

Steve, just wanted to say that I appreciate the effort, thanks. The web needed something like this for some time, imo ( since Dr. Irony's.. had been gone for some time now ). |

Catherine Robbe Grillet ( nom de plume; Jean de Berg ) is the wife of one of my favorite authors, Alain Robbe Grillet. His books also have bondage ( and bdsm ). He's the author of La Belle Captive and writer director of Trans Europe Express. Here's a link about Catherine Robbe Grillet ( one of the few I found on the net ); http://www.halfaya.org/leo/writing/story/deBerg.html |

From a Personal POV the important things are title - author - publisher - year of first publication. The last as this may help determine whether or not a book is likely to still be in print. Obviously a broad description of the scene would be nice, perhaps a page quota to indicate length of scene. But really you need to do it in the way that's easiest for you |

Thursday March 30 18:25:13 2006 Ghost Whisperer |
After last night's Numbers was an ad for tomorrow's Ghost Whisperer. I played the final frames real slow and it seemed to show J.L.Hewitt screaming as she is grabbed around the waist from behind and about to be chloroformed with a white cloth |

Hmmm...I began recording this show after I saw your first post yesterday & didn't see any scene, or any scenes of anyone in prison. The episode I just recorded 2 nites ago & scanned thru today opened with a girl in a hotel room getting the crap beat out of her & the guy was about to rape her when her friends arrived & saved her. The closing scenes of the episode I don't remember but they had something to do with a priest & a middle-aged redheaded woman arguing. Did I miss the scene, or are the episodes in my area possibly not a far along (or farther along) than the one's in your area? Do the scenes I mentioned ring any bells? thanks. |

This may be the start. I may actually try watching the show. Up to now, when I've tried, it's been like watching paint dry. |
