Interesting observation. I doubt it could be verified, but I certainly don't remember anything else before it with upper leg bindings. And that is one of the things that makes the scene so damned good. Of course, the best thing about the scene is her wonderful expression. Classic all around.

And a big holiday thank you to you, too, Raffish. Everyone's really come through for us treatment addicts, this week!

I might -- and I stress might because I can't think of all the cute ones right now -- have to go with Leslie Bibb for cutest Did of all time. Raffish's latest update included her scene from "The Big Easy," and everything about her appearance is adorable: from her brown eyes, button nose and dark hair pulled back into the short ponytail (my personal favorite) to her attire and to her muffled verbal confirmation when the villain asks her, "Do you see those wires?" In short, Ms. Bibb has all the attributes of what I consider the classic damsel in distress. Thanks for reminding me, Raffish!

Is "Eating Pattern" the name of the movie in which she is bound and gagged? I found no Database Entry corresponding to that name.

"Eating Pattern" is noted as episode title:

Title: Lexx: The Series (1997) aka Tales from a Parallel Universe
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Eva Habermann

Description: Episode: "Eating Pattern" (1.3)

Zev (Habermann) spends most of the movie being passed back and forth between factions on a planet whose population survives by making living tissue into a green fluid to nourish parasitic worms they're infested with. First she ends up kneeling with her hands tied to a valve wheel on a pipe behind her. After being abducted by another bunch, her hands are again tied behind her, then she and her robot-head companion are tossed into a grinding machine, from which she saves herself by grabbing him between her legs and throwing him into the blades, causing them to jam. Finally she's wrapped with chains and tightly cleave-gagged, secured in a standing position to a rack of meat hooks while the movie's climactic scenes play out.

And ten years after that scene, Ms. Bibb jumped to No. 1 of my non-existent wish list once more. I couldn't help falling in love with her (again) the moment I saw her in "Cossing Jordan".

Re: Eating Pattern
I've made the Eva clip guest-accessible for anyone who would like to compare. (Tough call, though I'll have to go with Leslie.)

For the RealMedia clip, just change ".mov" to ".rm"

It's also lined up with the IMDB,
which you can cross-reference titles on a search there with the Database titles

Re: Eating Pattern
To be precise, the first four episodes (ie the first season) were essentially TV movies. The normal one hour episodes did not begin until the second season.

In the six episodes Eva Haberman appeared as Zev, this was her one and only full treatment scene, although there were no less than three instances of being strapped to a table (1.1 I Worship is Shadow, 1.2 Supernova, 2.2 Terminal).

All The Best
Won't be around until after the big day on the 25th, and so I'll take this time to quickly wish everyone a merry xmas, and a great holiday.

More relevantly, I'd like to salute a great year thus far in scenes, and plenty more to come in 2007. I think it's safe to say prime time T.V. has been VERY good to us. Cheers!
