"Perils of Gwendoline" (1984). If somehow the quantity and variety of bondage scenes doesn't interest the viewer, the quality of topless scenes (particularly the ingenue Tawny Kitaen) should be of sufficient interest. "The Collector" (1965). A quality film, directed by William Wyler ("Ben-Hur", etc.) and garnered an Academy Award nomination for Samantha Eggar. "The Story of O" (1975) could also make such a Top-5 list -- depending on one's definition of "DiD". I suppose some might technically disqualify "O" as a DiD, because she wears her cuffs. collars, blindfolds, and one gag voluntarily. BTW, season three of "Hunter" is supposedly now available on DVD. |

It's about the world's worst super heroine and how she gets kidnapped a lot. According to Warren, the series came about after he got a large amount of request for "Damsel-In-Distress" commissions of his artwork. From what I understand this could be a bondage classic. Another series is "PAULA PERIL", published by Atlantis Studios. The series has been bondage heavy so far, and there is a live action DVD with her bound and gagged due out around February. As for George Perez being "One of Us" ("FREAKS" is such a good movie.) you can see more of his Damsel-In-Distress work on my Yahoo group. I know the group hasn't been updated in months, but I hope to have some new stuff up soon, including a new George Perez piece. Oh, and a Happy New Year everyone! Peace Out, LARD |

| A series of graphic novels by Franco Saudelli has been out a few years, not many naked sultry babes, but there is some of the great Saudelli bondage.
"Otto Porfifri" is the character and he is a noir detective. The comic books are well written and drawned and I hope he does more. Dark Horse comics was selling the series, I haven't out if there are any more. Good storytelling with a tiny amount of bondage. |

| According to Ain't It Cool News" ABC has ordered a pilot for a tv series based on the Angelina Jolie/Brad Pitt spy movie. While there was nothing in the movie, a weekly series of adventures could hold real promise. Here is what they had to say:
Doug Limon and Simon Kinberg, who respectively directed and wrote the big-screen “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” are tackling the same duties for the TV pilot. It goes without saying the Pitt and Jolie roles will be recast. It will be set six months after the movie. Funny thing is, CBS briefly had a 1996 Scott Bakula-Maria Bello TV series about covert operatives posing as marrieds. It was titled “Mr. & Mrs. Smith.” With an ampersand. PS to Van, because she'd be a good one to cast in this series- Don't want to break your heart but I read that Nikki Cox married actor/comedian boyfriend Jay Mohr a few days ago. Doesn't this make her name Nikki Mohr-Cox???<G> |

| What's the sort-of comic movie that had one sister tied to a bed AOH and the other cop sister tied to a chair while the villain was filming them with a handheld camera for a scene? They were both tapegagged with blue tape with a white pattern although the chairtied damsel was ungagged pretty quickly. |

For movies, I'd say three come to mind: "Gridlock" with Kathy Ireland (often replayed on Lifetime, but awesome as a DVD; got it for $10.) "Into the Blue" with Jessica Alba "Single White Female" with Bridget Fonda Would never pay any money for DiD scenes from TV series on DVD. |

| Nothing today but from Telemundo's new promo for the Grand Final it appears the last episode of the telenovela is Friday January 12th. I think, but I'm not 100% sure, Amores airs everyday at 2PM EST on Telemundo. So this may mean no scenes until the end of next week, but i would tape everyday anyway. |

The promo showed 4 women tied up sitting on chairs, with 3 of them gagged. It said that it is shown at 2:00 pm (1:00 pm central). There is no way to know when the scene will start, so we should be taping every episode from now on. |

| In a quandary over these two. Can only tape and you'll only get one chance with both of these. Passions scene showing the masked man was a dream scene. But as episode ended a door was opening indicating that he might be near. Nothing in previews though.
As for Amores I need help, as I said in Friday's post Mauricio Islas whose the guy who breaks in on the women and later dresses as one, was in prison at the end of Fridays episode. To those who've watched the show this week know if he's still in prison? As long as he's in prison there won't be a scene. The tipping point will be when he breaks out of prison. |

Savage Abduction has no special features and a gruesome ending, but if you like 60s styles and long haoired girls just stop the movie with about three minutes to go. Saudelli did a series called "The Blonde" that had LOTS of strong lesbian bondage imagery. I bought one. Saudelli certainly can do a nice pen and ink drawing, and the stories had a nice zippy plotline, but the fact that every female in the story either tied up or was tied up in lingerie at some point (and liked it a lot) struck me as kind of weak characterization. Wouldn't have minded seeing them made into a Skinamax flick, though. |
