| Thanks for the link to this video. A couple of cool scenes make this a good one. I especially like the shot of her on the table with the near "full body wrap", which by my definition, is when the damsel is bound with ropes encircling the body many times from just below the shoulders down to the wrists. By far the most visually satisfying method of tying a damsel there's ever been, in my humble opinion that is. Anyone agree? Some favourites of mine include the "Aflac" silent movie commercial and the first "Sergeant Pepper" scene. Any one know of any others that fit the above description? |

| Just caught the previews for next week's Passions. Included was a quick shot of the mermaid character tied hands-in-front with a cleave gag. She's seated in a chair as some Cupid guy aims an arrow at her while the other girls cheer him on. In other words, it looks stupid beyond belief. The mermaid is cute, however, and I guess a scene played for laughs is better on a show like Passions than them attempting to do serious drama. I never actually watch the show, so I can't predict what day it will happen, nor how far along in the storyline they are at this point.
Incidentally, did anyone ever post a video or caps of the mermaid's last scene? I think it involved some weird mouth/hands gag. In any case, next week's cleave looks OK, although hands-in-front is always a bummer. |

| Released in the UK today, not sure when it's released state side, but if you are holding out for a scene don't bother, entered to the database thus:
Title: Severance (2006) Medium: Movie Actress: Claudie Blakely Description: British Horror/comedy about an arms company team bonding exercise that goes horribly wrong. Approx 50m in - possibly later Blakely's charector is captured by a survivialist woodsman and seen briefly tied to a tree, There is rope around her upper body and her forehead and also between her teeth hoding in a rag gag. She mmphs and struggles a bit before the man douses her in petrol and ...(not shown on camera). Ms Blakely isn't that much to look at here, the director having played up her resemblance to Velma from Scooby Doo plus the nasty ending makes it something for completists only. I will add though that for fans of slasher horror this is both incredibly funny and scarey, sometimes both at the same time |

Well actually, it wasn't really in a preview scene sense, but it was shown in a series of shots advertising for the show in general. After all the shots (including the one described above), the shows' logo & title were shown, along with the words "esta noche" ("Each Night", or something to that effect...my Spanish is a bit rusty!)), so it more advertising for the show, saying that is comes on every night at 10 pm/9 pm central, and it didn't really look like previews. Those scenes they showed might have aired already, maybe long ago. But then again, maybe not. I'm gonna tape tonite just in case, but just not get my hopes up TOO much! Hopefully I'm totally wrong! :-) |

| Well the show paid off tonite. Extremely hot blonde (I'd like to find the actress name), basically what was seen in preview. Apparently, she's in the mood for some lovin' but her guy has to split so he blindfolds her (she thinks he's just being kinky), then we see her with her wrists tied to the headboard above her head. He tries to sneak out but sh'e s apparenly asking questions or something so he cleave gags her with a white cloth. A very loose, sloppy cleave & no real close-up shots, all semi-close medium shots. Action occurs about 20 minutes in.
About 15 minutes later, her friend goes to the hotel room where the "victim" is, and thru the door hears her mmphhh-ing. The gag appears a bit neater & tighter this time. The friend enters the room, removes the blindfold, then the gag (the wrist ropes/scarves/whatever was used) seem to magically untie themselves once the gag is removed! Not a great scene but a nice little keeper. Only cravet: her beautiful feet weren't tied. The blonde is totally hot also, which doesn't hurt one bit! I'd enter a database entry but I'm still having trouble logging in. Someone needs to, though. |
